Chapter Text
“Please take care of me.”
“Dad?”
BANG
Izuku jumped awake, heart hammering in his chest and a terrified scream stuck in his throat before assessing his surroundings.
All Might smiled down at him from every angle and in every form be it poster, figurine, keychain, clothes or his own bedsheets and the only sound was of the ventilator blowing fresh air in his general direction.
He was in his room, thank god.
Izuku breathed, letting his body relax.
So tonight was Hisashi.
…
...Hisashi...
The greenette glanced at his clock and his eyes widened.
“HISASHI YOU DIDN'T WAKE ME UP!” Izuku threw himself out of bed, pulling a sock on and brushing his curly hair (unsuccessfully) at the same time.
He ran out of the room, shirt halfway up and laces untied and quite litteraly rolled into the kitchen because he tripped on said laces.
“Onii-chan, what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be out training with King Explodo Kills?”
“YES and he's going to EXPLODOKILL ME! Why didn't you wake me up? You said you'd do it since you wanted to watch us! I would have set an alarm!” Izuku lowered himself to the ground so he could tie his shoelaces more comfortably.
The cheeky ten years old dared to grin.
“I changed my mind.”
“If I wasn't aiming to be a hero I would be strangling you.”
“Scary. Besides, you should have set an alarm in case I didn't wake up either. Or wake you up.” he shot back but lowered his head between his shoulders when his big brother stood back up menacingly, a smirk on his face and a stolen tuna onigiri from the brat's plate in his hand which he was already bitting into.
“I'll buy someone else's support equipement. You'll have to find another hero to buy your stuff.”
“Katsuki will!” Hisashi defended.
“...You're right and I hate it.” Izuku finished inhaling the onigiri and turned to grab his keys from the hero-themed keyhanger
Hisashi giggled, making his pastel curls bob with the movement.
Goddamnit, why did Hisashi have to be such a cute kid?! Izuku smushed his brother's freckled cheeks together, careful not to have his housekeys dig into the skin.
“Tell mom I'll be eating out with Katsuki tonight since we'll stay out late.”
“Can'tchiu jusht send'a a texsht?”
Izuku pushed his cheeks further together, making Hisashi's lips pucker like a fish's before releasing the poor boy's face.
“You're right and I hate it.” he kissed the top of his adorable annoying head.
The greenette quickly grabbed a water bottle to put in his back pack along with his analysis notebooks.
“No experiments if mom isn't here, make sure you finished all your homework for monday and don't burn the house down. Call if there's any problem. Loveyoubye!” he ruffled the light lavender hair one last time before leaving their appartement in a sprint.
He jumped down the stairs four steps at a time and jumped over the railing for the last of it before pulling out his phone.
“Oi, where the fuck are you?! I would have left twenty fucking minutes ago if it weren't for skele-man and buddha ears.” was what greeted Izuku's ears along with Jirou's background indignation.
“Sorry, I'm on my way! Hisashi forgot to wake me up!”
“Don't blame it on the brat, fucker! You should have set an alarm!”
“...I think you two should spend less time together. Anyway, I'll only be fifteen minutes, I'm almost at the subway.” He waved at an old man he recognised passing by and kept running.
“Yeah, yeah. Get some ice cream on your way and I might show mercy. It's too fuckin' hot for this bullshit.”
“Hahah, okay! See you then!”
Izuku quickly went down the streets, occasionally saluting classmates or glaring at one of Hisashi's, then down the stairs of the subway, a beep confirming the scanning of his card when he passes it in front of the machine.
Quickly, he slips into the packed subway inbetween an elderly lady that looked ready to pass out from the heat and a fellow teenager whose B.O was so impressive Izuku wondered if it might be a Quirk.
The lady accepts the water Izuku offers her gratefully and they are both further relieved when most of the passengers leave at the train station, leaving them with more space to breath and less body heat adding to the furnace.
“You're heading to Dagobah Beach?”
“Yeah, I'm training with some friends for UA and one of them is clearing the trash for strength building.”
“Such a nice venture. You children will definitely be reliable heroes, I can tell.”
“You really think so? Thank you!” Izuku blushed.
The two continued to talk back and forth until the lady's stop and eventually Izuku arrived to his destination.
Right, don't forget the ice.
Instead of directly heading for the side of the beach where Katsuki, Jirou and mister Yagi would be training already, the greenette left for the corner store he knew was close since it wasn't the first time they got some snacks from there.
There weren't many people when he came in.
After all, the garbage beach was a nice human-repellent for the entire block which was why he and Katsuki had chosen this area to train their Quirks.
So Izuku wasn't too worried.
He walked through the aisles, first getting another five bottles of water since he gave his to the nice lady earlier and everyone might appreciate a second bottle in this heat. A girl was staring at him but he payed her no mind.
No way that would happen in this place, right?
Next was the ice cream and god was it nice to stand in the cold of the frozen products aisle.
Katsuki was into salted caramel and he recalled Jirou mentionning an appreciation for oreos... What would Yagi-san like? Cookie dough maybe?
He grabbed one pot of each but was distracted by a tapping on his shoulder before he could grab another one for himself.
It was the girl from earlier.
“Excuse me... You're Midoriya Izuku, right?”
He felt his heart sink right into his stomach.
Her eyes were dead, decorated with deep purple bags, her cheeks slightly sunken and her posture was tired as if she were dragging herself.
Izuku knew exactly what she wanted.
“N-no, I'm s-sorry you must have co-confused me with s-someone else.”
He grabbed his ice cream quickly and sped towards the cashier registers with his strawberry and meringue ice acquired.
He wasn't sure if the girl was following him or not but he did not want to take his chances.
Coins fell and after thirty seconds of trying to take the right amount of money out despite his trembling hands he decided to fuck it all and handed the cashier a note.
“Keep the change!” he ran out, ignoring the cashier trying to tell him it was way too much and losing the girl that had in fact tried to follow him in the process.
The bag of groceries hit his knee every step to the beach but Izuku ignored it, intent on finding Katsuki as fast as possible.
“Over here fuckwad!”
“K-katsuki!” he threw himself at the blond, hiding his face into the crook of his neck despite the heat.
“Is- is she gone...?”
Katsuki immediately realised what Izuku meant.
“I don't see anyone. I think it's safe.”
Izuku allowed himself a sigh of relief and let go. “I brought you caramel ice cream.”
“Good, you're not so useless afterall.” Katsuki grinned and his friend punched his arm playfully.
“Asshole.”
The two walked to where their friend, Kyouka Jiro, was clearing trash under the guidance of her mentor Toshinori Yagi.
The four had met a few months ago, when Katsuki had complained 'some motherfuckers had invaded his training space' and Izuku had decided to follow him to help with whatever problem there was.
There actually was no problem and Katsuki was just a drama queen.
From then on, Izuku would occasionally join training with Katsuki and the four of them would hang out together, neither Katsuki nor Izuku bothered by the fact Yagi was much older.
The greenette distributed the ice cream and water to the pleasantly surprised Jirou and Yagi.
“God, marry me please.” the long eared girl moaned around a spoon of oreo flavored ice-cream.
“We're both rainbow level gay.”
“It can be a platonic wedding.”
“I already married Katsuki in pre-school.”
“Don't tell her that you stupid fucking nerd!” Katsuki yelled in embarrassement.
“Where's the ring then?” She teased but was surprised when Izuku started reaching into his pocket. Before he could pull anything out though, the explosive blond tackled the greenette to the ground, sending the both of them rolling in the sand.
“It's just a stupid clay thing! You should have fucking thrown it away.” He grumbled face deeply flushed.
“Eeeeeh? I couldn't do that!” he teased in turn despite his vulnerable position, “It's the symbol of Katsuki's neverending love for me!”.
“Shaddup!” he pulled on the greenette's hair but Izuku laughed through the sting.
“Now now young Bakugou, young Midoriya. A lovers' quarrel shoud not involve physical violence to resolve.” The skeletal man grinned.
“Shut it old man!” Izuku laughed harder at his friend who was getting teased further and further by the other two.
It was really nice to train like that despite the heat.
Next time, he should insist for Hisashi to join them.
Chapter 2: Weird family tree
Notes:
It's a lot of dialogue, I know
Chapter Text
The sea breeze was pleasant against their sweaty skin.
Jirou had managed to clear a good part of Dagobah beach and so they decided to celebrate with a small picnic, taking advantage of the lingering heat of the sun. A picnic cloth had been set on the warm sand with a display of various foods and some drinks, which were all rapidly disapearing, engulfed by the three teenagers, old man Yagi and ten years old Midoriya junior who was sitting on the surprisingly accomodating Bakugou's lap.
“Wanna make some room for me, explodey?”Kyouka jabbed.
“Back off, that's my dad.”
Jirou and Yagi chuckled but Hisashi kept a straight face.
“You're... You're not serious, right?” The blond man asked, looking worried.
“You didn't fuck Midoriya's mom, right?” Yagi splurted blood at the young girl's question but the two Midoriyas burst out in laughter while Katsuki got a look of horror on his face.
“NO! What the fuck is wrong with you?! I would have been four!”
Hysterical giggles kept coming, forcing Izuku to calm down before he could finally speak, cheeks burning red from his amused smile. Before he could explain though, the lavender colored kid spoke.
“She-she's not really my mom anyway, more like my grandmother.”
“So Izuku is your uncle and your mom is his sister?”
“Oh no, I don't have a sister or even a brother.” The greenette corrected.
“Wat.”
“This is getting very confusing, Bakugou is your father but he was four years old when you were born so he isn't your father by blood-” they nodded, prompting the man to continue “-And despite calling each other brothers, you-” he pointed at Izuku “-are the son of your mother while you-” Hisashi “-are actually her grandson despite your brother being an only child yet you look too much like each other for there to be any doubt you are actually related and so you weren't adopted as a grandson- I don't understand this family tree! Who IS your mother?!”
He fixed young Hisashi who stared back in silence for a moment then looked over his shoulder at Katsuki, seemingly passing on a message because the two pointed at the amused Izuku.
“But... You would have been four as well...”
“Yeah, Hisashi is the product of my Quirk so I'm his sole parent and ever since I told him I 'married' Katsuki when I was little he was convinced he was his dad.” The apparent ????mother???? chuckled.
“What the actual fuck my brain hurts I THOUGHT YOUR QUIRK WAS FIRE BREATHING ARGHHHHHHH” Jirou rolled down on the clean sand, it sticking to her skin but she was too busy having a crisis to be bothered.
Yagi seemed in a similar situation, staring at the void as though it held the secrets of the universe.
“Just google 'Musutafu suicide kid' once you get home, that should clear some things up.”
“That just makes me want to ask MORE questions oh my god make them stop!”
Suffice to say, they stopped asking questions about it, fearing their brains might implode and after a few hours of training and scrap hunting in the younger one's case, All Might and his ward were left on the beach to continue their own activities. The Midoriyas waved goodbye from up the concrete stairs and the two 'parents' took hold of young Hisashi's hands as they started walking away.
"They really do look like a family."
Kyouka could only nod, a smile stretching her lips. "They do."
"Ready to pull that car over there Young Jirou?"
"Absolutely not."
Chapter 3: What? You thought Hisashi was only here for the fluff? You were right... until I wrote this chapter
Summary:
Hisashi finds a new passion
Chapter Text
Hisashi was extremely excited.
So excited, in fact, that he hadn't slept and left very early to his now favourite place in the world where he would stay all the time with Old man Yagi, Jirou (who was super fun and said she'd get his support items when she'll be a hero which makes her extra cool and his third favorite future-hero) and his parents (As much as he loved mom, she wasn't his mom as much as nii-chan was and they could pry Katsuki being his dad from his cold dead hands. Kasuki's words, not his).
The weather had cooled since the unbearably hot summer upon which they met their new friends (Hisashi's first friends!) and the winds of february stung his freckled cheeks and nose red.
But he didn't care. He was incredibly excited. Why? Because today, his parents would take the first step towards their dream. They would take UA's entrance exam and they would ace it!
He just knew it.
The beach was pristine, having been cleaned up by Jirou's efforts with Old man Yagi's mental support so Hisashi was not scared of walking without watching his every step, running along the long strip of sand that lined the sea in the hopes of burning his energy out.
He had the pleasant surprise to recognise two spots of colours in the distance and headed towards the two.
They appeared to be in a deep conversation and the pastel purple boy decided to slow down and wait for them to see him before intruding. Although in hindsight, maybe he should have warned them of his presence.
“OLD MAN YAGI?!”
The man had inflated like some kind of balloon into someone Hisashi thought he would only ever meet in his 'brother's dreams.
And, just as similar to a balloon, All Might deflated as soon as he had spoken the name, spluttering blood in his shock at being caught.
“Um... This is not what you think?”
Jirou stared at the both of them, seeming to have trouble processing the situation before finally opening her mouth.
“All Might. You suck at lying.”
“I do not!”
“You just confirmed you were All Might!”
The ten year old watched the back and forth bickering occur, not sure weither to be amused at the scene or worried the number one hero looked like that. Or, he guessed the man had planned ahead in finding someone to take his mantel he thought as his eyes wandered to the buff lady.
She could crush an actual rock in her palm and he wouldn't be surprised. Scary but super cool!
“So..” the blond man scratched his throat awkwardly, tapping a tissue to his bloody chin. “What brought you here this early? Surely at this time of the day someone as young as you should be home, shouldn't they?”
Somehow, he remained calm. Most likely the knowledge that Yagi was in fact All Might made the hero less intimidating. It didn't feel any different than how they would usually talk aside from the man's awkwardness.
“I couldn't sleep. I know I'm not the one taking the UA exam but I couldn't stop thinking about it.”
“Tell me about it.” Jirou snorted. Right, it kind of slipped his mind she would be taking it too.
“So... All Might?”
“Ah... I was hoping you would forget about that Young Midoriya?”
The ten years old stared at him. Right. It was obvious the boy would not magically forget. The blond sighed and explained how he came to lose his stomach and a lung.
“I'd appreciate it if you could keep the secret.”
“Secret? What secret?”
For a single moment, the hero's heart dropped into his nonexistent stomach before climbing back up with a swell of amusement. “I don't know any secret. I hit my head and forgot the entire morning.” The child bumped his forehead against Jirou's shoulder.
“See? Whoops, guess I'll have to go back home and heal that nasty bump!”
All Might sighed in relief, glad that he could trust the youngest Midoriya.
“In all seriousness, I don't dislike heroes and I guess it would be cool to be friends with All Might.” the boy toned down on the sillyness and poked his two pointers, meekly. “But I think I like being friends with you better mr Yagi. And I think it would be the same for nii-chan and Katsuki. Not that I would tell them anything, I won't betray your trust!” He added, flailing his arms. “But I really don't think they would treat you any different. Not that I should get a choice in the matter, I mean this is your identity after all and with an injury like thatyouwouldn'twantthewrongpeopletoknowand-”
Holy shit, he really was Midoriya's son, All Might realised as the child went into a mumbling storm. Gently, he ruffled the boy's lightly coloured curls and offered him a smile.
“I will tell them eventually.” And he meant it.
He trusts these boys, and if anyone else had to know, these two would be his first choice.
But right now, all he really wanted was for the kid to kindly fuck off so he could pass his power on without telling young Hisashi yet another secret. Especially that kind of secret. He would feel terrible, showing off One for All in front of a quirkless boy only to give it to his quirked ward. It wasn't just terrible, it was plain cruel.
So, he sent the boy off to “at least have a breakfast, my boy” and finally passed on his Quirk to the next generation. Good thing the young lady had a water bottle because that hair would just not go down on it's own.
Back in the Midoriya appartment, while Izuku prepared his bag (and checked about 17 times if he missed anything), Hisashi took out his workbooks, ready for a day of homeschooling (okay, more like a few hours but he worked much faster than when he had been in a classroom last year) and trying not to get distracted by the image of that purple star-shaped wound in his mind.
Today was a chapter on pre-quirk history, and how Quirks had relatively slowed, or even sometimes completely ceased research in many domains. As he read a small article mentionning growth of artificial skin, which was were the medical field stopped developpement (after all, why spend money on researching how to heal when you could do most of it with a Quirk?), the young boy fell upon interesting information.
“I'm going now!”
“Good luck, see you later.” he responded absentmindedly.
After all, he had science to do.

I was going to keep writing for all of the stories and I did (and still do) have lots of ideas for all of them but I'm afraid I may have fallen out of love and passion for My Hero Academia :/
I was going to try and write them to the end but I feel it might not be the best idea to force myself.
If you want to know how one of my MHA stories was supposed to go, feel free to ask and I'll give you a summary. The same goes if you want to take over a story: just ask!I apologize for those that were hoping for more of my MHA work :( From now on I'll only post a story once completed so as to avoid disappointment. Sorry!
