“Well that’s everyone, right?” Huey said as he and Boyd joined the group in Webby’s room.
They had all been planning this sleepover for... a week now? After Dewey met Gosalyn and Huey went on the adventure in Tokyo with Boyd it was a unanimous decision to invite them to the sleepover crew. The FOWL takedown mission a few weeks ago only made them want to plan a huge group sleepover sooner.
“Yep!” Webby replied while restocking the snack hoard.
Gos started, “Okay! So what do we have planned first? Bringing video games to life? Epic gorilla battle?-“
“We were thinking something a little more... normal? Like a party game?” Webby interrupted.
“Seriously? Dewey said you SHARED DREAMS at your last sleepover, that sounds AWESOME!”
Everyone glared at the triplet in question.
“Yeah that wasn’t on purpose.” Lena added.
“Well what’s the plan then if-“
“NEVER HAVE I EVER!”
The attention was on Webby now.
“According to an article I read online,” she continued, “Never Have I Ever is a slumber party game that’s better with more people... and we have more friends here now so...”
“I mean I’m up for it.” Louie added, “better than death darts”
The triplets all shuddered, and Gosalyn made a mental note to ask the others what death darts was later.
“I second that. There’s a low probability of it ending with us in mystical peril.” Violet said, closing the book she’d been reading.
“Sure” Lena shrugged and found a spot on the floor near her sister.
Everyone settled into a- sort of- circle shape. Huey and Louie sat on either side of Boyd, Dewey sat near Webby with Gosalyn on his left, and Webby was unsurprisingly right next to Lena.
“We all know how to play right? Someone says something that doesn’t apply to them, if it applies to you then you put a finger down, last one standing wins, yada yada.”
Everyone nodded.
“I’ll start,” Dewey piped up, “Never have I ever...
...
“Never have I ever been to the shadow realm” Louie smirked.
Lena, Violet, and Webby all put a finger down.
“Oh it’s ON green bean.” Lena shot back. “Never have I ever time travelled.”
Nearly everyone put a finger down.
“-on purpose.”
Nearly everyone lifted a finger back up.
“Dewey?”
There was a pause as everyone stared at the blue duck.
“... so you remember the Christmas right before Mom came back?” He said a little sheepishly.
...
“Hmmmmmm... OH! I’ve got one!” Webby exclaimed. She smiled, “never have I ever hatched.”
Everyone looked at her with varying levels of confusion and surprise.
“-like hatched from an egg, because, you know...” she added.
Lena laughed, “HA nice one Pink!” They high fived.
“Oh come on that one isn’t fair-“ Louie protested after lowering a finger.
“Seems fair to me!” Said Boyd, who still had all ten fingers up.

“Never have I ever been offered as a sacrifice” Violet stated.
Huey, Dewey, Louie, Webby, and Lena each put a finger down.
Gosalyn was slightly shocked.
Louie noticed her expression, “We’ve got a running tally going actually” he said as he brought out the list.
“Dewey’s on top!” Dewey chimed in.
The paper unfurled and hit the floor.
“Hold on, WHAT?!?”

It was Gosalyn’s turn, “Hmmm… Never have I ever been to space?”
Huey, Louie, and Webby each lowered a finger.
Dewey put a finger down and scoffed, “you’ve never been to space?!”
“YOU HAVE?!”
“Yeah when the Moonlanders invaded-“
“Wait, Lena?”
Lena also put a finger down.
“Oh yeah I guess I didn’t tell you guys,” She started, “last week I was practicing my magic while Vi watched-“
“I was observing for later research-“
“Yeah whatever, Nerd. Anyways I guess I got SUPER irritated and accidentally landed myself the moon for like 5 seconds-“
Webby interrupted, “You teleported all the way to THE MOON?!”
“-Yeah for like 5 seconds. I kinda brushed it off as a weird shadow magic thing and forgot about it til just now.”
Huey spoke up, “Ok so I have a few questions-“
“Oh God not this again.”
