Chapter 12: Enjoying the Present

Chapter Text

Master Control

Chapter 12

Inko sat on the couch, watching yet another ocean documentary with her adopted daughter Eri. The albino little girl sat on the floor crisscrossed snacking on a bowl of goldfish. She was wearing her long time favorite All Might hoodie that let her hide her horn in the stitched hair bangs that she 'borrowed' from Izuku. Her now dyed green hair was a mess, never seeing a need to actually do it since she never put her hood down unless it was inside.

It was strange how polar Eri's interests were. Soon after coming into their home, she loved superheroes and had plenty of All Might merch to match her older brother. Her other fascination came with the sea, the fish, anything that involved bodies of water. Inko figured it was going to be a phase after being deprived of so much of the world when in captivity, but it had now been years and she still had a passion about the ocean and all the life it had.

"The Mantis Shrimp's punches carry fifteen hundred Newtons of force generate pockets of air that instantly collapse-"

"Izuku!" Eri shouted from her spot, not taking her eyes off the tv.

'Yeah?!" He shouted back from across the house.

"How many Newtons can All Might make?!"

"Um..I think his best ever recorded punch was around fifty thousand Newtons."

"Does he break nature by making collapsing air bubbles that hit villains after the punch?"

"I uh, don't think he has. But he doesn't fight in water much so-"

"Thanks!" Eri then looked at the Mantis Shrimp on the tv in awe. "He's stronger than All Might." She whispered to herself.

Inko chuckled, very amused by the twelve year old's antics. They never found out how old she truly was, so they made their best guess and celebrated her birthday on the day they got her. Sometimes, she would have nightmares about back then, always wanting her savior to calm her down. That's why half of his room now belonged to her. It took forever to convince her she should have her own bed instead of sleeping with Izuku. Even if it was cute when they were smaller, certainly others who didn't know about their past would judge a brother and adopted sister sleeping in the same bed.

It felt, that Inko wasn't doing enough sometimes. Never would the mother try and force the little girl to look up to her, but she wanted to be more of a parental figure in her kids' lives. Himiko took care of herself, never accepting help from anyone unless it was forced on her. Eri always went to Izuku with any of her problems when he was around, sharing her darkest memories with the boy. Not even Inko could get Izuku, her own son of flesh and blood, to share what he knew about Eri's past.

"It wasn't his secret to share." Is what he always said.

How was a mother supposed to help if she never knew what was bothering them? It just felt like she gave them a place to stay, food to eat, and nagging them about getting their work done. Himiko already was making more money than she ever made from a job! Eri apparently had issues with a quirk that could be very dangerous, and Izuku spotted it, trained her, and helped her accept it all without asking for any help.

When did it all go so...not wrong just...when did Inko suddenly feel like she lost her role as a proper mother?

She knew when, she knew exactly when. The day Izuku got that watch. He was so hurt, and Inko never felt more helpless and stupid for not seeing the signs. Inko failed to protect her son, and probably the biggest secret she knew was on Izuku's wrist. A device that can take and give quirks, cure cancer instantly, blast villains, and store people in it.

He never said anything about it unless he needed to, and that's a problem, it was only what Izuku thought he needed to explain. Never, for all the effort that Inko gave, could get him to talk much about it. Izuku would just repeat what she already knew. Himiko had mentioned a few times that he and Eri were in the watch doing who knows what. Now, Izuku did mention it was the safest place on earth and that put some ease to her.

If Izuku was open to sharing secrets about that, 'omnitrix', to Eri, then she should know too.

"Eri?" Inko asked in as gentle of a tone she could.

"Hm?" Eri tilted her head, showing she was listening but eyes still glued to the screen.

"What do you do with Izuku when you go in the omnitrix?"

Stuffing another mouthful of goldfish in her mouth the little girl turned to look at her adopted mother. "We ree an *munch* see bi plashesh"

"Try again with an empty mouth this time."

*gulp* "We read at a big library and visit bigger places."

"What kind of places?"

You could practically see the sparkles in Eri's eyes. "We went to a giant forest with huge tree house cities! There was also the biggest ocean ever that had no land except underwater! Oh! And a place made entirely out of metal with little windows and doors! Izuku said it was made by tiny people."

Tiny people? Oh, Izuku must have taken her to a copy of New Zealand in his watch. But hold on, it wasn't made of metal. "How little were the people who made the metal houses?"

Eri held her hand, less than a foot from the ground. That small? She was sure the Hobbits weren't that small in those old stories. Now stuck in her ranting Eri went on.

"Yeah! Izuku said that even though they look like frogs they're super smart!"

Frogs?

"And another time we were on a big field that was half on fire and half made of ice!"

...Greenland?

"Izuku says they're all the homes to the one million heroes he has in the omnitrix, but I haven't seen them."

Heroes...in his watch? Izuku, what isn't he sharing with his own mother?

"They're here!" Her son shouted, running over from the front door and to the living room.

*SLAM* "About time!" Himiko burst forth from her room. "Seriously, you'd think the best high school in the country would be faster with sending out results."

"Well." Izuku sat down in a recliner. "You have to remember that they have to go through thousands of applicants. Plus, they rely on the mailing system. It's not like they have Ingenium on call to do mail runs for them."

"Bah, you take the fun out of everything." Himiko plopped down on the couch next to Inko, stretching out her hand to grab her letter.

"Ok." Izuku stared at his letter intensely as Inko paused the tv. "How should we do this? Together? Separately? If either of us didn't make it I don't think we'd want to do it in front of each other. Ah crap! We need a good letter opener to keep these intact in case we do make it i-"

*RIP*

Himiko crushed Izuku's sacred moment by ripping her envelope without care. Her knife finger sludged back into a human one. A quick read over and she only said three words with a shrug. "I got in."

"Yay!" Eri shouted.

"Himiko! These are our letters from UA! Shouldn't we, you know, treat it more seriously?" Izuku complained.

"You think I'm capable of treating something seriously?"

"...You could at least have been excited."

"Who gets excited for school?"

"This is UA!"

"Is that supposed to mean something?" Himiko laid back, a cheeky grin across her face.

Inko could see Izuku's mind trying to comprehend the audacity of what his sister was doing. This was Izuku's dream school, and to see someone treating it as a common occurrence was beyond his imagination. Putting a hand on Himiko's shoulder she got the girl to stay quiet for a moment. "How about we hear Izuku's results?"

"Ok." The blonde sighed, her posture becoming more straight. Eri mimicked her sister, with much more eagerness in her eyes.

Izuku took a deep breath, carefully opening the letter. His eyes took in every word at a time, burning each one into his memory. "Izuku Midoriya, after going over your test results we are happy to invite you to attend UA's business course! I GOT IN!"

He shot up to his feet, victory in his hands. Eri ran up and hugged her brother, jumping in place with him. Himiko even decided to join in, morphing into an All Might look-a-like and telling Izuku how proud he made the hero. Only for Izuku to spend the next few minutes fixing the smallest details about Himiko's face to make it more accurate. After the siblings' small celebration, Izuku went into another room to call his friends and hear their results.

There was a lot that Inko was worried about for Izuku, for Himiko, and their experience at a new school. But, they had made such wonderful friends along the way. Even if Izuku wouldn't share everything he was dealing with, he had plenty of support.

And that would have to be good enough.

"ALL MIGHT'S TEACHING AT UA?!" Izuku yelled. Someone looking forward to school more than ever.

*SQUEEEEAAAL* Eri shared his excitement. "Getanautographgetanautographgetanautograph!"

Even if things had changed drastically with plenty of worries added to it, Inko was grateful that her kids were living much happier lives. She should try and share that joy.

Tie, check.

Purposely kinda messy hair that looks good, check.

Awesome cop trench coat, check.

Doing his final check in the mirror, Detective Naomasa Tsukauchi deemed himself ready to make it to the Midoriyas' party. He had heard the news from Inko, how Izuku and Himiko had made it into UA. It was amazing news, the kids being able to live normal lives even if things don't go quite as planned for any of them. Somehow Izuku ended up in the middle of all this. All around him anomalies were adding up. Quirks vanishing and reappearing stronger, unaccounted time slots, and a direct encounter with a yakuza boss.

Just what exactly is happening behind the scenes?

No, this wasn't right. He shouldn't take all his confusion and reasonable paranoia over to them. This was a time to celebrate their achievements, not question their every action. They were a lovely family, and the last people he wanted hurt. Naomasa would just have an eye open at the beach…

Beach party, a party at a beach. A specific kind of party that's location was featured at a beach. Activities usually include barbecue, sand castles, swimming, and fireworks.

How fast can he purchase a swimsuit?

The sand felt amazing under his feet. Each grain on the surface was already warmed by the sun. If he dug his toes further, he could feel the cool layer underneath. Inhaling deeply, he could smell the salty air. With everything combined with the constant crashing waves, it was unbelievably therapeutic.

"Egh, ugh, ack, eck."

Well, almost.

While to some the sand was comforting against skin, but to certain living mud people it was horror.

"Sand, I hate sand. It's course, rough, AND GETS EVERYWHERE HOLY SH-"

"Himiko."

"Yes Mom?"

"No swearing in public."

"Yes Mom."

Izuku was wearing yet another All Might t-shirt with a pair of matching swim trunks. He carried a cooler filled with drinks, snacks, and many other goodies. Himiko wore a one piece swimsuit, or more accurately shapeshifted one that had her streaming logo on it. She carried the various deflated beach balls in a bag, along with their towels. Inko was wearing a simple white dress with a large sun hat, holding the umbrella and collapsable chairs under her arm.

Eri was humming happily, carrying an inflatable seal while wearing a jellyfish style two piece swimsuit. It came with a convenient jellyfish cap that concealed her horn. Even if Eri wore her green contacts and had dyed hair, it never hurt to be cautious for whoever might be looking for her.

"Fsh fsh fsh, love me some fsh, fsh fsh fsh, ocean has fsh." She sang to herself while looking over the waves.

"Oi! Over here!"

Eijiro was with his parents, waving to the Midoriyas. Mr. Kirishima was hooking up a propane tank to their grill while Mrs. Kirishima was reading a book in the shade. Izuku never saw much of the woman, but from his interactions she seemed to only speak when needed. His best friend had already shed his shirt, wearing flaming swim trunks. It was hard to look at the living chandelier, each movement making more sparkles than the last.

"Hey Eijibro!"

"Hey Izubro!"

The red head ran through the sand and right up to them. "Dude! I still can't get over the fact that All Might is going to be teaching the hero course."

Almost makes Izuku wish he could get into the hero course, but he decided long ago to help the heroes from the business side. At least until he figures out a way to help others more openly with the omnitrix. "Do you think it would be rude to ask for an autograph from your teacher?"

"I don't know, they'll probably go over it in orientation since all the teachers at UA are heroes."

"True."

"Hey, sparkles." Himiko plucked her eyes from her head. "Could you not blind everyone?"

"It's not that bad, right?"

His answer was clear when he saw that all the Midoriyas were squinting their eyes when looking at him.

"So bright." Eri shielded herself with her arm.

Inko grabbed a bottle from her bag, handing it to the boy. "I think some sunblock would help."

"Sorry everyone, I'll go put this on right away." Eijiro jogged away to meet back up with his parents, who Izuku noticed were wearing very thick sunglasses. Why had he never thought of that before?

Eri tugged on his shirt, gaining his attention.

"Why is no one else here? Don't people like the beach?" She asked.

"They do." Izuku replied. "It's just that this beach was really dirty recently, and not a lot of people know it's clean. Plus, people go in the summer instead of the spring."

"Ooooh."

Himiko plopped her hand on Eri's shoulder. "People also don't love the beach as much as you."

"But why?! The beach is where the ocean is! And the ocean is where the fsh are!"

"Why don't we set our stuff down and get set up?" Inko suggested before things could get more intense.

Pony looked down at her phone again. The address that Izuku sent her was definitely to a beach, but all the photos associated with Dagobah beach were filled with mountains of trash. It hardly seemed like something for Izuku to invite her to, but she trusted him. He wasn't one to lie or even make jokes like that. But this beach, it was super nice! She tried finding something about a charity event or anything that could explain how this place was cleaned so fast.

She wore simple shorts with a white tank top over her swimsuit. Hanging on her shoulder was a tote that held her beach going essentials. Towel, sunscreen, water bottle, just the basics and nothing extravagant. Walking down the stone staircase she spotted a small group gathered. A blond girl with shovel hands digging away at the ground, it was hard to make out the face but it had to be Izuku's sister. A guy smothered in sunscreen, cutting through the sand with red crystal arms. A girl with pink hair, skin, using a similar red material shovel in her own hand along with a small girl with green hair under a hat.

Off to the side under umbrellas and a picnic table were adults assembling a wide variety of food to eat. One woman had longer green hair, probably Izuku's mom.

(Are you a friend of the Midoriyas?) Someone asked in Japanese

"Huh?"

Behind her stood an older man in his early thirties carrying a grocery bag. He wore a very plain outfit, blue swim trunks and a short sleeve button up shirt with a collar. Translating what he said in her head she made sure to give a proper reply.

(Yes, Midoriya is my friend.) Was it weird she was standing here from a distance watching people on the beach?

(Well, the party isn't going to wait for us.) He nudged his head in their direction with a normal smile. This guy seemed nice, overly normal but that was fine with her. (My name's Naomasa Tsukauchi. What's yours?)

(A-ah, Pony Tsunotori. Nice to meet you.) Pony was glad he was so average. His sentences were really common, so common that she recognized them from flash cards with just a tiny bit of difference. Though she felt her responses might have been slow due to her having to run everything through her head a couple times to translate things. Where is her personal translator when she needs him?

(Are you from America?)

(Yes.)

"Is English easier for you?" Tsukauchi asked in her native language. Thank All Might that normal guy wasn't so average.

"It is! Geez, what's the point of teaching English in almost every school in the country if hardly anyone can use it?"

Mr. Tsukauchi laughed. "You got a good point. So are you friends with Izuku or Himiko?"

"Izuku, he's been helping me learn Japanese since I moved here."

"Well that's very nice of him."

"Yeah, I can see him using his quirk a lot in the business side of hero work." She casually commented.

The man stopped walking, looking at Pony very puzzled. "Translating quirk?"

"Yeah, I figured that was his quirk since whenever he talks everyone understands him. Even if he speaks English to someone else they talk back in Japanese. Is his quirk something different?"

Now that Pony thought about it she never really asked Izuku what his quirk was. It just seemed obvious from the way he used it. If it was some sort of mind reading quirk that would be awesome! But, that wouldn't explain how his words are understood when speaking something else. It had to be a translation quirk that only applied to him.

Speaking of Izuku she hasn't seen him yet.

(Yo! My man Naomasa!) Himiko waved over with one of her shovel hands. Hearing the name Inko perked up from her station at the salad.

(Did you bring the buns?) asked.

Naomasa held up his grocery sack. (Sure did. I'm surprised you guys settled on Hamburgers for the party.)

(Well Izuku did say he had a friend who moved from America joining us. I thought she might feel more welcomed with something familiar to her.)

(That's very thoughtful Inko.)

Pony felt touched by the act, bowing and introducing herself to this wonderful saint. (My name is Pony Tsunotori. Nice to meet you.)

(I'm Inko Midoriya, Izuku's mother. Feel free to call me Inko.)

Speaking of Izuku, where was he? All she saw were Himiko, two other her age, a smaller girl, a few other adults, and a ball of seaweed on the ground that the teens were surrounding.

(Izuku! Your friend is here!) Inko called out, but paused when she saw the ball of seaweed.

The little girl ran up to Inko. (Izuku's being punished.)

(...For what?)

(He blasphemed against the Mantis Shrimp.)

(...)

"Am I missing something?" Pony asked the other english speaker.

"Trust me, it's just as confusing in Japanese." Tsukauchi replied.

(Ah! Pony's here!) Himiko ran up, grabbing her arm, and tugging her to the ball of seaweed.

"Wait! Guys let me out!" The seaweed squirmed with a familiar voice.

(Nope, you're sentenced to fifteen minutes of embarrassment for blasphemy.) The pink skin girl chastised. She had on a two piece swimsuit that was color vomited on it.

"There's no way All Might would lose to a literal shrimp."

(Blasphemy! He speaks Blasphemy!) Sunscreen guy cried out.

(Another fifteen minutes!) Pink girl demanded.

"Eri! Help me!" The seaweed turned to the side, revealing Izuku's face in it. Oh, that was just his wet hair.

Pony looked back to the girl deemed Eri. She was standing there, a neutral look on her face. Holding out her fist, her thumb stuck out to the side. All the teens waited with silence to see what Eri would do. The thumb turned downwards, sentencing Izuku to his fate.

"Noooo!" Izuku wailed in mock misery.

(Praise be to the mantis shrimp!) Himiko yelled.

"What's a mantis shrimp?" Pony asked.

(Izuku! Translate!) Himiko demanded, squatting down and poking the helpless boy's face.

"She asked what a mantis shrimp was."

Eri sprinted from Inko and back to the group, spun to face Pony, and listed just about every fact that the mantis shrimp had to its name. Izuku summarized what she said, translating to Pony only what was necessary.

"So, in short, the Mantis shrimp generates air pockets when punching things in water that collapse instantly, and since All Might doesn't do that they determined the Mantis shrimp would win."

Pony seemed stumped. "How does that work?"

"The Mantis shrimp fights in water, which is apparently more impressive."

(I think he just blasphemed again.) Himiko said to the others, who nodded in agreement.

(Another fifteen!) Mina declared.

(Huzzah!) Eijiro, Himiko, and Eri cheered.

Pony chuckled, sitting down next to the defeated Izuku's head sticking out of the sand. "You having fun down there?"

"I think my legs are starting to go numb."

(So, you're Izuku's secret friend?) Mina asked Pony.

"Secret?" Pony asked Izuku.

"Sorry, but I didn't really mention you to them."

That...hurt. Pony didn't realize she was being kept a secret from Izuku's other friends. She hoped it wasn't because she was American or had a funny looking face compared to more 'human' looking people.

Sensing Pony's unease Izuku panicked in his prison. "I-it's not like I meant anything bad! They're just...really cautious about who I make friends with."

Why?

(Um, so I'm Mina Ashido.) Mina pointed to herself.

(This is Eijiro Kirishima.) She pointed at the blob of sunscreen.

(Um, Mina.) Eijiro tried to interrupt.

(My parents aren't here but his are. You already met Himiko and Eri Midoriya.) The sisters waved.

(Mina.)

(And over there is Mr. and Mrs. Midoriya!) Mina finished, pointing at Inko and Naomasa. The adults stopped what they were doing. The Kirishima couple looked between Naomasa and Inko, who were slack jawed at what Mina had just said.

(When did you two get married?!)Mr. Kirishima shouted.

(Detective Man is our Dad now?!) Eri yelled.

(I KNEW IT! Hand over the money Izuku!) Himiko victoriously smiled, reaching out her hand to the stuck boy.

"When did we bet on this?!"

(We didn't.)

"Then why do I have to give you money?! Besides I thought they were dating already!" Izuku yelled back, making Inko grow even more red.

(Wait, he isn't your Dad?) Mina grew embarrassed about her assumption.

(Nah, he's totally our Dad! Suck it cop man! You're our Dad now!) Himiko pointed to Naomasa.

Eri mimicked her sister. (Yeah! Suck it Dad!)

(Eri!" Izuku and Inko both screamed.

Pony's head was barely following what was happening. Translating was already taxing but to actually understand the chaos around her was way beyond her. "Izuku! What's happening?!"

"I don't know!"

After spending the next half hour clarifying that he was not in fact dating Inko, Naomasa settled on a beach towel while watching the kids play. Himiko turns out couldn't enter the water. He asked Inko about her new abilities, and apparently while she could change her shape to an equal mass of whatever she mimicked in the end she was still composed of a mud like muscle. If diluted enough, her form would fall apart. After she tried having a glass of water at a young age, she was slower to respond and had a tough time keeping herself together. They experimented by taking a piece of her and putting it in a glass of water. Normally she could summon broken parts of herself back to her main body. She could even survive being cut in half, but couldn't control the pieces independently. The finger that was in the water became too diluted, essentially dying.

Now Himiko had to avoid getting wet or else she might literally melt.

That didn't stop Himiko from shapeshifting into a big Mantis Shrimp and letting Eri ride her as they chased Izuku and the others in an odd game of tag. He might not have noticed one other thing so soon if that Tsunotori girl pointed it out.

When Izuku talked, he spoke Japanese as clear as day. Pony struggled to fully understand the language but kept conversation with him perfectly in English. Izuku was diagnosed quirkless, that was a fact. If he somehow got a new quirk from being quirkless then there was little doubt about his return. First things first, as much as Naomasa hated it, he had to make sure Izuku was clean.

"Izuku!" He called out in a friendly manner.

"Yeah?"

"Didn't you score pretty high on the exam?"

"Um, I scored ok."

"OK?!" Himiko screeched. "If you did just 'ok' then I would have failed!"

"Did you cheat on him or something?" Eijiro asked.

"What? No, I mean that Izuku scored really high and I did just enough to pass."

"Oh, gotcha."

"And what rank did your 'ok' score get you Izuku?" Naomasa teasingly asked. He needed the conversation to flow naturally, in order for him to ask the next question without suspicion.

"He got third!" Eri shouted before Izuku could weasel his way out of it.

"Impressive. You're not hiding a quirk are you Izuku?" He asked with a chuckle. Throwing in a loose accent to make sure that Tsunotori girl didn't catch any of it. As far as he knew everyone else knew of Izuku's quirklessness.

"Nope, just did my best." Izuku said with a hint of pride.

Truth.

Naomasa spotted that Ashido did not seem very happy at that question but didn't push. Looks like quirkless is a sensitive subject for her. He should run a background check around her and double check things.

"Awesome job man!" Eijiro slapped Izuku on the back.

"Ow."

"Good job bro!" Himiko smacked the same spot with a big paddle hand.

"Ow!"

Eri ran up from behind, adding her hand to the red spot.

"OW!"

"Aw come on guys! Leave poor Izuku alone." Mina said coming up beside Izuku.

"Thank you Mina-AH!" Izuku was betrayed by his pink friend, who had pinched the sore spot.

Eri charged up to Mina. "Stay away from the cheeks!"

"I wasn't going to touch his cheeks!" Mina defended herself.

"Show me your hands!"

"..."

Putting her hand into a finger gun, she aimed it right at Mina. "Hands up!"

Izuku glanced behind himself, Mina's hand was right above his butt primed for the pinching! "Mina, if you've ever considered me a friend, please don't pinch my cheeks."

"..."

"PUT YOUR HANDS IN THE AIR CRIMINAL SCUM!" Eri yelled, intensifying her finger guns.

"Izuku just what kind of hero videos are you watching with her?" Himiko asked.

"Now's not the time!"

*Pinch*

"AH! Mina!"

Himiko morphed herself into a brightly colored gauss rifle, right into Eri's hands. "Bang!" Eri said, a patch of sludge going right into Mina's face.

"Hrmph!"

"Bang bang bang!"

Mina leapt away to avoid mores sludge bullets.

"Haha yeah!" Eijiro shifted his arm to become longer, a barrel forming at the end. He hadn't had much practice with launching shard bullets, but doing blunt slow moving pellets? Easy.

"Pew pew!" He shot at Eri, the red marbles bouncing harmlessly off her.

"Traitor!" Eri turned around, Himiko turning into a large baton. The little girl spun it around, showcasing her living weapon.

"Yo Eri, you're really into this." Eijrio said, backing up from the intimidating girl.

"RAH!" Eri swung right towards him. He shifted a three foot crystal rod to block the hit, backing away from the fierce attacks that a twelve year old could summon.

"Eijibro!" Mina called out, holding out her hand. The redhead created a six foot crystal rod and tossed it to Mina who caught it and twirled it around.

"Did my looks remind you of Maul?"

"..yeah.."

"Dope." Mina grinned, brandishing her new weapon.

Pony watched the Midoriya sisters battle against Eijiro and Mina with a passion she never saw before from them. (Will they be alright?)

Izuku nodded nonchalantly. "Don't worry, Eri is just ally excited about being at the beach."

(You don't say..)

All Izuku did was smile, watching his family, his friends having an awesome time. Sure they didn't need the beach to do it, but knowing that he put the omnitrix to good use without any repercussions felt amazing. Pony took a glance at Izuku, who just seemed happy to be alive. Without warning she hugged him.

"Ah!" Izuku flinched under her grip, hissing as she was unintentionally squeezing his bruised spot. "W-what's up?"

Pony turned to look at him, smiling. (I'm just happy you invited me to this.) She then squeezed one last time before running off to join in the play fight. Izuku rubbed the soar spot, smiling once again.

Yeah, life was good.

"Alien life form detected."

WHAFUHASFHAUHFG WHAT?!

"Non Earth based life form detected within background scan perimeter."

"Where?!" He hissed into the omnitrix.

"Three miles southwest."

Oh All Might help him now. Aliens, on EARTH?! What was he supposed to do?! Should he leave and track down the alien? Welltheymighthavebeenlivinghereforyearssomaybeheshouldn'tdisturbthembuthteymightknowabouttheomnitrixyetthatwassupposedtobeasecretand-

"Lifeform has left the perimeter."

….No worries then? NO! BIG WORRY! There was an alien in Musutafu and if anyone had any responsibility that involved aliens then he did! But he couldn't leave now, everyone would notice. Mina and Pony still didn't know about the omnitrix, and as far as Izuku knew Naomasa still thought the watch was a PQE. Ah man he hoped this wasn't going to be a thing he had to constantly watch out for ON TOP of bullies and Yakuza.

Next chapter, first day of classes! Will Izuku be shunned for his quirkless status? How will Pony handle discovering his lack of quirk but language abilities? What next will the omnitrix reveal? Not transformation, I'm saving that for later. Besides, it's not the focus of the story.

PQE stands for Permanent Quirk Effect
