Summary
Loki stares at his hands, slowly realizing that magic still works in the TVA. Perhaps not every kind, but Asgard’s sorcery can take hold here- in particular, Asgard’s illusion magic. Loki’s proven it with every step he’s taken.
If magic didn’t work at all, he’d be entirely blue.
