Chapter Text
A soft click of metal sounded from the mahogany door within the aged chamber, the soft, elegant fingers of luna graced over plush cotton sprayed over the bed and hardwood planks, worn with the ages of time and memory. From the chamber emanated the weak musk of sweet dandelion wine, it's fragrance embedded within the stone walls which had guarded the activities of the Ragnvindrs over the many generations.
A soft hum echoed throughout the room as the maiden shed their outer cloak onto the midnight velvet chaise, their hair shone with an ethereal glow under the moon light's caressing fingers. They turned toward Kaeya, a smirk decorated their face.
"Say captain, did you think through your plan this far."
Soft giggles flooded the ears of the smitten captain, along with the crimson blood, showing both the captain embarrassment at the current situation. He swiftly turned towards the door, both to hide his demeanour and to hang his outerwear to rest.
"Well then, my darling (y/n), you've allowed me to indulge in your presence for the evening," Kaeya softly whispered into the air, though audible to the maiden. He walked over to the maiden, collision of the metal adorning his footwear against the hardwood became the defining sound within the enclosed chambers.
"(Y/n), you are my master tonight," Cool mist fell from the captain's mouth, under the rays of moonlight, transforming condensing water vapour into dancing crystals, the maiden could have sworn that the captain in front of them breathed diamond instead of air.
Gloved hands of the captain presented before the maiden glowed with ethereal light, cyro danced in each palm, in one hand formed miniature wine glasses which floated elegantly across the palm and fingers of the knight before the maiden. In the other hand, perfect spheres of ice bounced, like ringing bells, within the mist created by maiden's companion.
"Well then Master, I propose we start our evening with a fine glass. Or we could play a game?"
A tinge of rose painted the maiden's face and ears, lifting their hand from their side and picked up one of the icy spheres between their gloved fingers, its solid outer layer melting down the maidens hand.
"I quite like the idea of indulging in a game, what do you say sir Kaeya?" They looked down into their hand, the sphere of ice melted into the fabric and dampening their hand. With a swift pull the maiden removed their gloves, exposing them to the dry air of the chambers the pair inhabited.
"Well what game are we playing?" They mused.
