Chapter 1: PART ONE
Chapter Text
The days were long and the nights were short in the summer. Those days were the best and they will be missed dearly.
Life has a funny way of expressing itself that's for sure. For the longest time growing up he thought he’d never amount to anything. That he’d work his life away in the mines and fields and never see anything but these places for the rest of his life, but that all changed he was given the chance to make a name for himself, give the chance to show himself.
As the Oracle all for one pointed at him his eyes lit up with hope. He’d be able to help his country after all. Little did he know this was the start of the most heartbreaking chapter in his life. He was stripped of his possessions and his entire family was killed. He was forced into training and molded to be the perfect chosen warrior. Every emotion he had was beaten out of him.
All for one had captured the great Knight that held the power of 8 men and took the power for himself, and later transferred it to Izuku once he proved his worth.
The cost of his worth? He had to kill without explanation. How many? Three whole towns, women, children, and men all were slain in their homes.
The first time however it was unbearably hard, watching a child gasp their last breath, dying by his hand, but he learned quite quickly that if he didn’t kill them swiftly and without hesitation, they’d meet a worse fate.
With a single touch villagers were turned into grotesque beings that constantly groaned and moaned out in painful cries in moments of clarity before they’d ultimately die from self harm injuries to themselves as they slowly went insane. In the aftermath of this traumatic experience he was told how it was his fault they died that way, if he only killed them without question they wouldn’t have suffered like they did.
He became dark and brooding. He never spoke unless spoken too and his eyes no longer reflected light through them. He was a chosen tool. The chosen one to bring the world down into chaos.
Word spread far and wide at the arrival of a dark chosen one and the final straw was pulled when Izuku brought down the great knight with the cherished power that was taken from him. In front of thousands he beheaded the knight of peace and threw his head off the wall into the crowds of people.
In that moment everyone feared him, guards and knights alike tried to kill the formidable man but none succeeded. Not even one landed a blow on the green haired monster and after it was all over, He walked down the center of his destruction path. His hair was no longer green but instead a deep crimson, his clothes dragged heavy on his body from the extra weight and his feet trudged through the pools of blood that had turned the soil into mud with how much blood was spilled. People trembled in fear in their homes, no one daring to utter a word to the frightening being who everyone thought was anything but human. How could someone be so cruel and heartless? How could anyone slay that many people and not care? How could someone who looks so human be devoid of any emotions at all? It was downright terrifying.
As village after village fell the kingdoms began to worry. The reports of a man with dark hair and an entourage of goons filled their letters of concern and some kingdoms pulled their army’s back to protect the royals while others tried to fight the threat off and for a few years it worked but slowly one by one the kingdoms fell… all but the Bakugou Kingdom remained in the Southern Isle.
It was a constant stress but not one of their cities fell and none were damaged badly either… even when the Dark haired figure arrived he didn’t make it far. Harpoon guns and bombs were thrown keeping the beast at bay. Until finally the group seemed to settle.
The attacks still ongoing became frequent and were easily squashed.. the kingdom was off put by it but after years of fighting they were hopeful they wore their enemies down.
The Bakugou Kingdom was a huge powerful kingdom, known for their rich mines and plentiful trades in fine silks and weaponry. They also had the coastline which made their kingdom a bustling trade empire. The rulers were kind and reasonable, but ruled their kingdom with an iron fist. King Masaru was the peaceful ruler everyone adored, he was wise and spoke with confidence, his wife Queen Mitsuki was outspoken and brash, she was violent but also disciplined, and their Daughter… was the spitting image of her mother. Both in looks and attitude.
The young princess was widely considered beautiful and she has definitely received marriage proposals by the truck load all of which she declined. All the men she had met were too snobbish. There was one that came close but he didn’t believe in her abilities and she even overheard him say that he intends to strip her of her power once he knocks her up because it’s a man's job to run a kingdom and women’s job to raise the kids. That did not go over well at all.. let’s just say that the Kirishima name was no longer considered a part of the royal court after that fiasco.
Her parents fully supported their daughter, they didn’t want to force her into an unhappy marriage and they wanted her to marry for love not for greedy reasons . Their kingdom gave them that liberty because of how prosperous it was. They were sought after, they didn’t need to beg for anything so the Princess could be as picky as she wanted to. As long as one day she’d choose someone to make her happy and continue the family line they were happy.
It was about noon when the royals gathered in the main courtyard. The young princess was set to take a voyage across the sea to meet a possible suitor. She’d been exchanging letters with the young prince for a few months now and she wanted to meet him to truly see if he was worthy of her hand in marriage. The dual haired prince who had magic abilities. The third prince of the Todoroki kingdom.
“Katsuki, I hope you find everything you are looking for my dear..” Masaru hummed sweetly as he hugged his daughter.
“You better give that prince hell, put him to the test! Those Todoroki are stubborn but they are weak men.” Mitsuki huffed. “Don’t let yourself be swindled.” She warned.
Katsuki rolled her eyes as she stepped back from her father. “Don’t worry about that mom.. if he’s weak I’ll break him in half.” Katsuki snickered with a smirk on her face.
“That’s my girl.” Mitsuki laughed.
The queen then sighed as she looked at her daughter. She then looked over to the side and gasped. “Oh- right.” She exclaimed as she caught the training officer to her side. “We have a new personal guard for you, since this is your first time leaving the kingdom without us.” Misrule explained.
Katsuki raised her brow and crossed her arms as she looked over to the training officer. “Oh.. great… is he a twig like the last one?” She huffed.
“Uh.. no actually he very strong that’s why we chose him to be your guard.” Masaru added.
“He is the first of his training regiment.. he outscored everyone.” The training officer explained. “Sir Midoriya… step forward.”
Just like that Katsuki’s breath hitched as the hulking figure basically appeared over and out of not where and walked right up to the young princess and bent the knee putting his sword into the ground. The metal of his armor clanked against each other as it shined brightly in the sun.
Katsuki felt like she couldn’t breathe. This man was fucking huge! Where the hell did they find someone like him?! She stared at him for a few moments before she furrowed her brows. He wasn’t addressing her. “You gonna speak?” She huffed as she put her hands on her hips.
The man moved his head and looked up, even though his face was covered in a helmet she could tell he was staring her down and it made her bones shiver. The arua this man put off just ruffled her feathers, and what pissed her off is that he hadn’t even said anything!!
“He doesn’t speak much.” The black haired man said. “But he is very capable and seems very loyal and trustworthy.”
“Thank you sir Aizawa.” Masaru hummed.
Katsuki stared down at the knight as she squinted her eyes before finally crossing her arms. “Fine… then I’ll just call you Deku.” She huffed. “Useless if you won’t speak.” She huffed as she then turned toward the horse that would bring her to the docks.
The knight simply rose up from the ground and sheathed his award before turning to the royal family and bowing his head.
“Please protect our daughter.” Masaru said with a gentle smile. Mitsuki hummed in agreement as she hooked arms with her husband,
The knight quietly nodded and then walked over to the horse bending down and over his hands for the princess to step on to be able to get onto the saddle.
After their goodbye we’re given the small party of guards made their way to the boat waiting for them at the docks, it was only a matter of an hour until the ship was leaving port.
It was quite boring if you asked the princess.. watching her home grow smaller and smaller as the sun set. No one really talked with her until it was time to eat and even then she sat in silence.
The other guards had taken their helmets off and were eating as well… all except her personal guard who remained knighted and armored to full capacity. He also never spoke a single word but she could feel his state on her at all times.
When it was finally time for her to rest she bid her knight goodbye and closed herself off in her room. She changed into her night gown a simple white gown with balloon sleeves and lace and took her hair down from its updo. She brushed it until all the knots where out and then put out all the candles in her room except one. A small bedside light she would use to write in her journal about her day. Something she grew to always do to keep herself balanced.
As she wrote she lost track of time and she lost hours and was way past her usual bedtime when she heard something alarming followed by the boat slightly rocking. More so than it did from the waves. She set her book down in her lap and furrowed her brows as she listened in to try and pick up any sounds. The sound of waves is all she was met with. It wasn't until she looked out her window did her breath get caught in her throat. The water around the boat had an off putting slight glow of green. She sucked in a deep breath and picked up her candle before slipping out of bed and as she did so she heard a thud on the wood above. A few seconds passed and her heart rate accelerated as she heard sturdy footsteps across the deck.
Suddenly her world was thrown into utter terror as a warm droplet hit her shoulder. The princess jumped out of her skin and had to cover her mouth to keep herself from screaming but in the process dropped the candle on the ground creating a loud clang that echoed in the empty ship.
The footsteps on the deck above suddenly stopped to take in the noise then footsteps began once again this time heading toward her getting somewhat louder. The footsteps weren’t frantic though. They were calm and in a normal stride.
She quickly looked down at the mess she made and quickly rubbed her foot in the hot wax to smooth it across the deck as she picked up the candle and it’s holder. She quickly put the items at the side of her bed and pulled the dagger out of the side table and her covers up and tried to steady her breathing as she closed her eyes and heard the creak of stairs.
When her door opened the young princess gripped the knife of the handle which was propped under her pillow. Her heart beating wildly in her chest as the adrenaline from both her fear and the pain in her foot surged through her body. The food steps grew closer until they stopped at the side of her bed.
The seconds dragged on as every muscle in her body told her to run. She felt so trapped and so scared. She gripped the knife tighter under the pillow and somehow remained expressionless to her emotions despite her utter terror and hopelessness.
She had been taught self defense, but something about this situation made her judgment untrustworthy. Her entire being felt like this situation was too dangerous. She lied in wait hoping for whomever it was to simply leave so she could figure out a game plan, but that wouldn’t be happening. It felt like an eternity of silence as the moments ticked on until finally the silence was broken.
“I know you are awake.” A gruffly unfamiliar voice deadpanned.

The princess remained still. She had to. Her hand gripping the knife to the point her knuckles were white but she did not break her act. Her heartbeat was frantic but her breathing remained shallow and calm. She was an amazing actor… he could give her that.
A sigh escaped the lips of the figure standing over her bed. “You are stubborn.” The voice huffed. “I’ll give you that.” And then there was silence. Just the waves and the sound of creaking wood filled her senses but there was an underlying electrical tension in the air. It felt so off putting and terrifying.
Footsteps began again this time walking to the other side of her bed getting closer to the side she was on.
She could feel the presence leaning in and she gripped the handle tightly, getting ready to strike.
“But you can’t hide this.” The voice said deadpanned as a single finger pressed the now cool wet spot on her nightgown into her shoulder. “There’s blood on your shoulder..”
Katsuki breath hitched and her eyes shot open she launched herself up to try and attack the man but as soon as she moved her hand out from under the pillow something wrapped tightly around her arm and then around her and pinned her back to the bed. She stared up at the man, eyes wide with both fear and anger as she gripped the knife struggling to break free.
“Don’t make this harder than it has to be.” He said as the grip around her tightened making her gasp and drop the knife.
Katsuki’s eyes began to water as her last line of defense was now gone. She couldn’t reach her knife. The princess stared up at the man and focused in on his face as she snarled out but it was all a black mass to her struggling. “Wh-what the hell d- do you want from me?” She growled through broken breaths.
“To kill you.” The man said monotone. “You’re the sole heir to the Bakugou kingdoms… without you they will fall.”
Katsuki felt the restraints tighten again and she gasped as she felt her lungs condense. “Ah- f-fuck-“ she gasped out fear filling her brain. She didn’t want to die.. there-there was so much she hadn’t done yet, she hadn’t seen yet.
“W-wait! Ah- who do you- who do you work -fo-for—“ Katsuki struggled to get out as she tried to expand her chest.
“I am the chosen knight of All for One. My hands will bring chaos and destruction to this existence, that is my sole purpose.” The man spoke devoid of emotions. “You and your kingdom stand in the way of that.”
Katsuki let out a high pitched gasp as she felt her arm strain in the binding that was growing tighter. She whimpered in pain as she felt her lungs begin to burn. “P-please-'' she started as she shut her eyes. “T-tell me- tel me why-“
“I just told you why.” The man said sternly. “I shouldn’t even be talking to you. I should just kill you.” The man huffed.
Why was he speaking to her? He didn’t need to tell her who he was and what his purpose was. She was just a person on the list to kill, he had to kill her and then return back to the kingdom after maiming himself. He would then be knighted so he can pay off his debt for losing the princess and then kill the royal family and court after he's gained their sympathy and trust. That was his plan to take the kingdom down. His mission for the world to fall into chaos. Once they had the Bakugou kingdom the world was next.
The bands of black tightened harder around the princess until a deafening crack was heard followed by a scream of pain. The pain surged through her body as her arm snapped like a twig, hot fresh tears streamed her face as she gasped to breath. Fuck- she hated to beg but- she - she didn’t want to die- not without experiencing the world-
“WAIT! Ah- please- pleas-“ Katsuki huffed out pained as she sobbed in his grip. “I-I don’t want- to- to die-“ Katsuki begged.
“I don’t care.”
“You can have me! Please-“ Katsuki gasped out loudly.
The grip loosened on her body prompting the princess to gasp and suck in the air she desperately needed.
“What did you just say?” The man growled. “That makes no sense. You are worth nothing to me.” The man said as he began to tighten the whips again.
“L-let me speak- please—“ she gasped. “Pleas-“ her voice squeaked.
The man paused his actions as he debated his options. He had already killed everyone on this ship. It was only Katsuki and him left. She wouldn’t be too much of a problem if she got the knife again. It’d be nothing he couldn’t handle.
“Y-you have to want more in life then to- to kill innocent people-“ Katsuki huffed out as she opened her eyes to look at the man who was now looking down and away from her, the stark moonlight revealing that he wasn’t wearing his helmet anymore.
“It doesn’t matter what I want.” The man huffed.
“So you mindlessly obey to kill!” Katsuki growled out.
“Yes.”
“How do you live with yourself?!” Katsuki growled out venom on her tongue as anger seeped into her bones.
“I don’t. My life is not mine, I do not live for myself, therefore I do not need to live with my thoughts and actions.” He said deadpanned. “I was chosen and given a gift. My life was payment.”
Katsuki stared at the unmoving man. She took in steady breaths as her eyes continued to water from the pain in her arm. “That’s a horrible excuse.”
The man whipped his head to look at the princess. His eyes glowing green and his face although in shadow was splattered with dried blood. “….” He didn’t know what to say.
“Your life is horribly sad and despicable.” Katsuki huffed. “Is this really what you wanted in life-?” Katsuki huffed as she tried to move but couldn’t due to the restraints and her broken arm.
“….” The man remained silent.
“If you’re gonna kill me at least tell me how you really fucking feel about it.” Katsuki snarled. “At least- at least let me see the sunrise one more time-“ she croaked.
The man's face twisted in displeasure and pain as his glowing eyes narrowed on the princess. “You want to endure your pain for a few hours…” he huffed.
“Yeah.. let me see the sunrise.” Katsuki grumbled as she closed her eyes. “You can tell me about yourself before you kill me.” She huffed.
“I’m not important.”
“Who said that?” Katsuki huffed.
“I was chosen to create-“
“You were chosen… therefor- important.” Katsuki huffed.
The man remained silent. The man groaned in displeasure and then released Katsuki as he rubbed his face and walked away in frustration. He hadn’t felt emotions in such a long time. It felt so off putting as the unfamiliar warmth in his chest that someone cared about him more than killing people, but his mind quickly reminded him that the princess was probably only doing that because she didn’t want to die. She was probably trying to swindle him to get her to let her live.. but he couldn’t do that. If he let her live she’d ultimately die a worse fate, it was better to kill her now-
But- but something told him he couldn’t. He wanted to fulfill her last request.
Katsuki gasped for air and immediately curled her arm up to her body, whimpering in pain as she inspected her injured arm. It was broken in at least three places and she couldn’t even move her hand. Fuck… would she be able to use it again.. she needed a healer..
She looked up with glossy eyes to the hulking man in the corner as he ruffled his hands into his face and hair looking more and more frustrated. This man probably wouldn’t let her leave… she’d be dead by morning. She looked down to her arm again and frowned to herself as fresh tears slipped her eyes.
She should’ve just stayed home instead of agreeing to meet the stupid halfie prince… she knew no one would be looking for her for another ten days… that is how long the journey would take to reach the shores of the Todoroki kingdom and then it would be another four or so days until she was at the castle.
She’d be long dead by then…
Silence hung over the two as the boat rocked with the waves. She sniffled as she looked up to watch the man. He remained far away but looked very uneasy, he looked incredibly stressed.
“Is your name really Midoriya?” Katsuki asked softly.
The man froze and glanced back over. “Yes.”
“Your first name?” Katsuki asked.
“Izuku.” He answered again without hesitation.
“So Deku does fit you… huh…” Katsuki huffed as she laid back on the bed.
The princess looked up at the ceiling, she could feel his eyes on her from the corner of the room.
Footsteps soon made their way back to the side of the bed and the moon's light became blocked by his broad shadow. The scent of iron filled her nose prompting her to look up at the man, and that was when she noticed how handsome he was.
Still splattered in blood was a sculpted yet round face, his cheeks splattered with freckles and his eyes were a deep green still glowing with specs of power. His dark hair curled around his face framing it perfectly. If this man wasn’t a fucking psycho and trying to kill her she’d be smitten… he was beyond handsome. Way prettier than anyone she’s ever met. His eyes were so captivating too, even if they were dull and somewhat lifeless they held so much. She didn’t know what they held exactly but she could tell there was at least pain. Pain and suffering. It was obvious he didn’t value his emotions or he was taught not to.. she wondered how far back this trauma went in his life. Did he ever truly live for himself or was he chosen and molded from a young age?
The man’s face scrunched in confusion at the long stare the princess was giving him. For the first time in his life he felt like someone was actually peeling his layers off and he did even know how that was. She was getting under his skin. “You’re staring.” Izuku pointed out as he remained still faced and displeased.
“If you weren’t gonna murder me I’d ask to marry you.” Katsuki huffed. “You’re handsome.” Katsuki huffed as she looked to the side.
The knight went rigid and his eyes expanded.
“But it doesn’t matter… I’ll be dead as soon as I see the sunrise, right?” Katsuki asked as she looked back at him.
“W-what-“ the knight squaked his voice cracking for the first time in years.
Katsuki sighed and looked out the window. “I said you’re handsome.” Katsuki repeated. “From what I can see at least.” She shrugged but then grimaced as she moved her arm. “Ah—“ she whimpered.
A pang of guilt struck Izuku’s core. This- this woman was so confusing… why- why was she like this- no one- he wasn’t- he was the chosen one but no one would want a man like him- he was a hideous monster. Unfit for anything but destruction.
“Y-you confuse me.” Izuku huffed. “I-… I shoul-“
“Kill me?” Katsuki growled through her pain.
“Yes.” Izuku replied.
“Have you ever done something for yourself before?” Katsuki asked. “Aren’t there things you want to do besides killing people?” Katsuki huffed now, getting a bit irritated. She couldn’t understand his thought process.
“No- I- I’m just destruction.” Izuku mumbled out as he looked down at Katsuki. “I think I’ve changed my mind.” Izuku huffed as black whips expanded out of his body.
Katsuki’s eyes widened at the display. Fear immediately coiled in her gut.
“W-wait-“
“No, I'm done waiting-“ Izuku snarled. “You need to die. I was ordered to kill you…” Izuku said, getting upset. This woman was messing his head up. He felt so exposed under her gaze.
“I-if I don’t- y-you will die an ever worse death- I- I’ll give you mercy.” Izuku fumbled over his words as his whips hesitated.
“P-please- g-give me one chance to change your mind-“ Katsuki huffed out in desperation.
“Change my- no… I was ordered to kill you. If I don’t you will be killed in an extremely long and painful death.. I do not wish that on you.”
“So why didn’t you just snap my neck instead of telling me you knew I was awake?.” Katsuki asked quickly as she stared at Izuku, still shaking and terrified of the display.
Izuku’s body language faltered. “I- I… I don’t know..” Izuku said softly as his whips receded.
“You don’t want to kill me-“
“I have to-“
“You have to.” They both said in unison.
Izuku froze the black whips disappearing in the air as he coiled in on himself, staring down at the blonde princess.
“But you don’t want to.” Katsuki stated as she sat up straighter and held her arm close to her chest.
“….”
“You can tell the truth… it’s just us on this ship now isn’t it?” Katsuki asked softly and in despair.
Izuku nodded. “I- I killed everyone else… I- I was ordered to-“ Izuku mumbled out. “I-I killed a lot of people…”
Katsuki nodded. “Why don’t you just call it enough then?” Katsuki asked.
“I can’t-“
“Why don’t you do something for yourself?” Katsuki suggested.
“For myself?” Izuku echoed confused.
Her arm throbbed against her chest in pain but she grimaced and continued on. “Yeah… for you.” Katsuki huffed.
“I- no.. I’m not allowed.” Izuku huffed.
“Well… you are allowed tonight.” Katsuki said firmly.
Izuku stared at her dumbfounded and in disbelief. This woman felt like a missing piece but in the same breath she confused him, it had been that way since he laid eyes on her. A connection he couldn’t explain away, something pulling him into her circle… it almost wore away his ties to All for One.. well it basically did… he hesitated to kill her. He’s not killing her now… he should be maiming himself at the very moment-
Maiming himself…. Izuku furrowed his brow at how horrible it sounded… the pain he’d inflict on himself. He didn’t want to…
“Then don’t.” Katsuki grumbled as she stared at him.
Izuku snapped himself out of his thoughts and looked up at Katsuki confused.
“You were mumbling…” Katsuki huffed. “Come here…” she sighed.
He hadn’t been caught mumbling in YEARS and now suddenly with a comforting voice his body complied and gave in and quickly sat down next to Katsuki.
Katsuki looked to her side and picked up the knife which made Izuku’s body coil up in whips before she abruptly threw the knife across the room.
Izuku froze and stared at her wide eyed. “Y- you-“
“A knife wouldn’t do anything… and besides..” Katsuki looked back at him. “I want to talk to you.” She said softly as she stared at him.
“About what..” Izuku asked softly.
“You.” Katsuki said as she looked into his eyes.
Izuku gulped. “I- I don’t know…”
“You clearly show remorse.. don’t you want to change all of it? Make it right?” Katsuki asked.
“I can’t make it right… I killed so many people.” Izuku said as he turned away. “I should be tortured until the end of my days-“
“Hey- look at me.” Katsuki growled.
Izuku didn’t budge.
“Izuku..” Katsuki huffed as she stretched out her good hand and guided his face to look back at her. “Yes you can.” Katsuki said firmly.
“How? I’ve done so much-“
“Destroy the system you built.” Katsuki said as she stared at him.
Izuku looked at her for a moment completely baffled. “I-…” he quickly got overwhelmed and looked down trying to get up but Katsuki moved her hand to his chest.
“I can’t. Not alone… I’m not-“
“You have me.” Katsuki said as she looked at him.
“Y-you? But I just-“
“Yeah… you did just try to kill me but you’re not gonna anymore..” Katsuki said as she tilted her head to look at him. “Are you?” Katsuki said softly.
“I- I shoul-“
“I can help you bring that system down.” Katsuki said as she scooted closer.
Izuku gulped as he looked at Katsuki, his eyes traveling to her arm that was pulled up close to her chest between her breasts. His eyes quickly found their way back up guilt ridden.
“Even after I broke your arm…” Izuku said in an almost whisper.
Katsuki looked down at her arm and then back up to Izuku. “You weren’t doing it on free will.” Katsuki argued. “Were you?”
Izuku shook his head. “I- I did.. I should’ve just killed you instead of causing you pain..” Izuku said as he looked down.
Katsuki sighed. “It happened, get over it.” Katsuki shrugged.
Izuku furrowed his brows and stared at the blonde. He then looked down and dropped his shoulders.
“It hurts like a bitch but at least I’m not dead.” She sighed as she leaned down to look at Izuku. Who just glanced up at her through his curls.
Izuku chuffed and shook his head. “How could you even help me? Huh?” Izuku asked. He sat up straight. “I’m bound to my duties..” Izuku huffed.
“Well then you could break your bounds with new ones.” Katsuki suggested.
“It’s not that easy.”
“It is if you have a whole kingdom behind you.” Katsuki said as she raised her brows.
Izuku looked at her even more confused. “How would that be….?” Izuku asked condescendingly.
“You become bound to me-“
“So you would control me inste-“
“And I to you.” Katsuki said as she shifted, grimacing as her arm throbbed.
“What-“
“I’m the only heir to the throne..” Katsuki said as she looked up at him. “You are one of the most powerful knights in history..”
“I’m not a knight.” Izuku huffed.
“Warrior.” Katsuki corrected. “You stand by my side and we’ll destroy that horrible system that forced you to be this way.” Katsuki said as she looked at the man.
He was clearly at a crossroads and more and more he was becoming vulnerable. Katsuki could read him like an open book. He was nervous about this, he wasn’t cold and confident anymore but was shy and unsure… he didn’t know how to proceed.
“S-stand by your side-“ Izuku huffed. “Like- I guard you?” Izuku mumbled as he looked at her confused.
Katsuki shook her head. “No.. you’d rule beside me.” Katsuki said as she looked at him. “As long as you promise your word to me.” Katsuki said as she leaned forward.
Izuku gulped. “As- as in marriage-“ Izuku said as his eyes glanced Katsuki up and down and then back up again. “I- I don’t know-“ Izuku said as he quickly got up and put a hand through his hair.
“Do you not want that?” Katsuki asked as she looked at him.
“I- I don’t deserve that.” Izuku said firmly. “And- I- I don’t… I’ve never-“ Izuku started to get flustered. His mind was already melting and agreeing to the proposal without his conscious knowledge.
“You never been with a girl?” Katsuki asked.
Izuku shook his head.
“I haven’t been with anyone either.” Katsuki huffed as she sat up straight, holding her broken arm.
“Hold on..” Izuku huffed as he put his hands out and shook his head.
Katsuki smirked. This scary man was turning cute on her.
“You want to marry me?” Izuku asked, his eyes wide and a solid blush on his cheeks.
Katsuki nodded. “Sounds about right. You can take back your life for you with me.” Katsuki said as she looked at him with a softer expression.
Izuku stared at her for a few moments and then looked down. “Y-you won’t… won’t betray me?” Izuku asked hesitantly.
Katsuki paused for a moment. She could quite easily play this man’s tune and turn him in once she’s home but… that thought never crossed her mind. She was serious as soon as she suggested it.
Katsuki shook her head. “I won’t.”
Izuku didn’t buy it. “H-how do I know?” Izuku mumbled out with upturned brows.
Katsuki took a deep breath and looked down at herself and her arm before she looked back up at Izuku. “Help me fix my arm in a splint and I will show you.” Katsuki said as she motioned to her arm.
Izuku was hesitant but he soon nodded his head. “I- Uh… okay.” Izuku said as he scrambled to go find medical supplies.
Katsuki watched him leave the room to find something for her arm and she sighed looking down at her arm. Something inside her chest was burning… It was strange.
