Chapter Text
She stood there looking at her door in utter disbelief, her friend had just kicked her out of their room so she could have some fun with her boyfriend.
She stood outside for a while contemplating what to do. She almost burst into the room to tell Enid that she couldn’t just kick her out at night when it was cold out . I mean don't get her wrong she loves the cold but she would rather be inside writing her book while drinking coffee but then she started to hear less than kid friendly sounds coming from the inside.
She decided to go to the Weathervane instead.
On her way there she spotted Xaveir walking into the woods just outside their school, she was already suspicious of him to be the hyde and this made her suspect him more than she did before. There was still enough time for her to go to the weathervane after this so she just decided that since she had nothing better to do she would follow him to see what hyde activities he was up to now.
He went to his paint shack that Weems had given him, mostly because his dad was one of the school's top donors. Once he went inside Wednesday stood behind a tree and watched to see if anyone would come in or out the door.
No one did.
No one did for two hours.
After a while of just standing there she decided to just go back to her previous mission. Going to the Weathervane. After a quick glance at her watch told that she only had about 20 minutes before the coffee shop closed.Wednesday decided that it was time to run or lightly jog because she wanted specifically that coffee and nowhere else in town made it the way she liked like Tyler did, she awarded him for that by living large tips it wasn’t like she needed the money. She was an Addams after all, she was the ultimate nepo baby (after Xavier of course) with her family's generational wealth that she wasn’t gonna use so why not spend it on someone she actually cared about.
It was no secret to herself and Thing that she had a small crush on Tyler, it was never gonna grow into something more because they rarely ever talked outside of him asking her what kind of coffee she wanted and her replying the same thing every time but he never seemed to memorise it like everyone else's order. But that's ok because teenage romance was useless anyways, always causing drama.
Tyler had been just organising the last of the sugar when he saw a black figure outside. At first he thought that he was gonna get robbed until a small figure came through the door and he realised that it was espresso girl (for some reason he could never remember her name no matter how many times she came into the shop). He had her order memorised by now but he just liked looking at her lips whenever she talked but that was mostly the hyde not him.
‘’Hi what can i do for you’’
‘’You should know my order by now i've been coming here for the past year but you haven’t memorised my order like everyone else's’’
