The vigilante Phoenix was once loved among the public. But once framed for a terrible disaster, everyone looks at the supposed raccoon hybrid with fear. Heroes and villains alike have their eyes set on him.
So who is this person who has insanely bad luck?
Enter Tommy. If you saw him walking down the street you’d believe he’s just a regular kid with parents and a comfortable home. Those he think that could never have been so wrong. In reality he barely scrapes by to afford an apartment on his own and has never set foot in a school. The raccoon traits that his vigilante has are merely temporary, being a shapeshifter and able to add limbs and change what he looks like.
How will he fare with everyone trying to catch him up to the point where he isn’t even safe enough to step inside his own home?
