Summary
It’s Valentine’s Day, and a fair is being held in Central Park to celebrate! Although love is in the air, so too is evil; after an accident that turns Krang into a human, Shredder must come up with his own plan to defeat the Turtles and conquer the city. Meanwhile, the Turtles each prepare for their own romantic outings as April wonders if she should do something about her feelings for her best friend.
