Eggman Nega is a clone of Dr.Eggman. In the future, the Eggman name was one of failure. At first, Eggman Nega thought he could aid his predecessor, but after the Rush games he decided he didn't need Eggman.
The Sol Emeralds brought Blaze to Silver's world, plain and simple.
Burning Blaze fought Iblis early on, but while Blaze was victorious in the battle, that meant nothing to Iblis, and the Sol Emeralds were drained by Burning, leaving her stranded.
During Kingdom Valley Off Screen, Blaze met up with Sonic and Silver. They briefly discussed it, but to be frank Blaze originally thought Silver's world was a third world altogether, not Sonic's future.
After Silver left the reunion with Mephiles, Blaze talked to him.
"I trust Sonic, he wouldn't destroy the world without a reason."
Mephiles only chuckled, "you assume he has a choice in the matter. One way or another..."
