Summary
Remus has little authority over his life, he is chained to the moon and as a minor with magic, is enrolled in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Although, he doesn't need a law to keep him going to school, because it is school that he has to thank for him finding his true family.
His seventeenth birthday approaches and so does the threat of the registry, because of his lycanthropy he will lose his right to medical privacy... That law was more invasive.
