Diana Lyss:  

Deceased

Highest Rank Achieved: Noble Consort (Posthumously)

Children: First Prince Atticus and First Princess Amelia (twins)

Background: Diana was an American Heiress. She attended Illvermorny. She was only eighteen years old when she joined the harem, one of its four initial members. She is the only member of the harem prior to 1998 that was a Parselmouth. She is the mother of Thomas' first children, who are both also parselmouths, the only ones among the Emperor's children so far. She was kind and funny. She talked back to Thomas like no others would and led the harem since its induction until her death in 1987. 

Bellatrix Black:

Highest Rank Achieved: Primary Consort

Children: Former Fourth Princess Orianna (died in 1990 at age 6)

Background: Bellatrix was born into the Black family. She was 29 when she entered the harem, as one of its four initial members. She was the oldest of the four initial members of the harem, and she distinguished herself as a high level Death Eater before joining. She had her first miscarriage in 1983, followed by her first daughter in 1984. Her daughter died in 1990 at age six. She drowned in a pond in one of the gardens around the Children's Palace, which she had just moved into the year before, as all Imperial Children did at age five, following the death of Diana Lyss in 1987. This prompted the Emperor to put more safety measures in place in the Palace, but foul play was always suspected.

Appearance: Dark hair curly hair, dark eyes. Thin but fit. Does not look her age as wixen age slower than muggles.

Aurora Lavalle:

Highest Rank Achieved: Secondary Consort

Children: Second Princess Lyra and Third Princess Gaia (twins) and Fourth Prince Eridanus

Background: Aurora is the daughter of a French Duke. She was 24 when she entered the harem, as one of its four initial members. She is quiet and keeps to herself mostly. She has had some issues with the Emperor which led to him promoting Bellatrix over her. Gained the title "Honoured Mother" after the birth of her son Eridanus.

Appearance: Long blonde hair, brown eyes, very tall.

Alecto Carrow:

Highest Rank Achieved: Third Consort

Children: Fourth Princess Dahlia and Eighth Princess Cassia

Background: Alecto was 26 when she entered the harem, as one of its four initial members. She was a high level Death Eater before joining the harem. She has always been close to Bellatrix but often has differing opinions. Gained the title "Honoured Mother" after the birth of her daughter Cassia.

Appearance: Short brown hair, blue eyes, not very tall.

Regulus Black:

Highest Rank Achieved: Primary Concubine

Children: Second Prince Rigel and Seventh Princess Amalthea

Background: Regulus is the second son of Orion and Walburga Black and the grandson of the current Lord Arcturus. He is Harry's Uncle (Sirius blood-adopted Harry). He entered the harem during the selection of 1985 (before the selection had been changed to every 2 years instead of every year). He was one of the quickest ever promoted, advancing from attendant to noble to concubine within a year and a half of joining the harem, and giving birth to his son Rigel within that time. He is soft spoken and kind, but he often fights with his cousin Bellatrix, as they have different opinions and they are both very stubborn. He was given the title "Honoured Mother" after the birth of his daughter Amalthea. He is a natural bearer.

Appearance: Short dark curly hair, grey eyes. Lithe and graceful.

Penny Haywood:

Highest Rank Achieved: Secondary Concubine

Children: Fifth Princess Adrianna

Background: Penny is an aloof pureblood, though her family is not noble. She entered the harem during the selection of 1981, the first official one following the harem's introduction and the initial selection (which worked differently) the year before. She was just seventeen at the time. She has never been able to hold the Emperor's attention for very long and often conspires against other concubines. 

Appearance: Straight brown hair, brown eyes, tan skin.

Barty Crouch Jr.:

Highest Rank Achieved: Third Concubine

Children: Third Prince Perseus

Background: Barty is the son of a high ranking ministry official. His father sided with the Emperor as soon as it was clear he would win. He entered the harem during the selection in 1984. He is best friends with Regulus and the two are often found having tea in one of the gardens together. He took potions to be able to have children. 

Appearance: Short brown hair, blue eyes, very tall and skinny.

Caradoc Dearborn:

Highest Rank Achieved: Fourth Concubine

Children: Sixth Princess Calida

Background: Caradoc was considered a muggleborn, but proved to be the descendant of two Squibs, both from powerful lines. He entered the harem during the selection of 1984. He is one of the few concubines who can tolerate the company of Penny. He used an ancient spell he found to be able to have children.

Appearance: Shoulder length curly red hair, blue eyes, freckles. Shortish and a bit heavy-set, never having lost weight from his pregnancy.

Adrian Pucey:

Highest Rank Achieved: First Noble

Children: none

Background: Adrian is the son of a minor noble pureblood family. He entered the harem during the selection of 1996. He tends to follow Bellatrix and Alecto, but gravitates to Regulus as well. He is firmly of the belief that male children are more important than female children (thus why he often follows Regulus, who is the mother of the Second Prince). He is a natural bearer.

Appearance: Blonde hair, brown eyes, very muscular.

Marcus Flint:

Highest Rank Achieved: Second Noble

Children: none

Background: Marcus is the younger son of the noble Flint family. He is an avid flier and played Quidditch at Hogwarts. The Emperor allows him to fly in a protected area of the gardens surrounding the Palace of Noble Virtue, which houses the male Nobles. He entered the the harem in the 1996 selection. He took a potion to be able to bear children.

Appearance: Dark hair, cut short, hazel eyes, tall and muscular.

Cedric Diggory:

Highest Rank Achieved: Third Noble

Children: None

Background: Cedric is the heir to the Diggory family. He is kind and giving. He loves to help the other concubines and is always arranging for teas and little parties. He isn't really allied with anyone and does not like the in fighting. He entered the harem during the 1996 selection. He is a natural bearer.

Appearance: Dark brown hair, brown eyes, tall, athletic.

Adelaide Mayer:

Highest Rank Achieved: Fourth Noble

Children: none

Background: Adelaide is a half blood related to nobility in Germany. She attended Durmstrang Academy. She entered the harem during the 1988 selection. She barely speaks English, even after all this time and keeps mostly to herself. She does talk to Aurora, since they both speak French, however.

Appearance: Blonde hair, blue eyes, tall, with broad shoulders and hips.

Penelope Clearwater:

Highest Rank Achieved: First Attendant

Children: none

Background: Penelope is a half blood who loves learning. The Emperor allows her to study at the Magical University and she has already attained one mastery and is working on another. She is close to Cedric, but otherwise focuses on her studies. She entered the harem during the 1996 selection. 

Appearance: Black hair, usually in a braid. Blue eyes, tall, thin.

Merula Snyde:

Highest Rank Achieved: Second Attendant

Children: none

Background: Merula is snobbish and annoying. She is very conniving and the Emperor associates with her very little. She is only close to Beatrice. She entered the harem in the 1994 selection. She has never been promoted, ever. 

Appearance: Blonde hair, green eyes, short. 

Beatrice Walker

Highest Rank Achieved: Third Attendent

Children: none

Background: Beatrice is above all else a follower. She is powerful, but doesn't use it often. The Emperor almost never associates with her. She is only close to Merula, whom she follows blindly. She entered the harem in the 1994 selection. She has never been promoted, ever.

Appearance: Black hair, brown eyes, almost unnaturally thin.

Notes: Parselmouth. Is actually close to Harry, who is 1 year older than him, looks up to him. Harry helped him when he was a first year and they struck up a friendship. Is going into his Seventh Year, is a Slytherin. Has lived in the Children's Palace since it was constructed after his Mother's death when he was six.

First Princess Amelia:

Mother: Diana Lyss

Birthday: March 19, 1981

Full Siblings: First Prince Atticus (twin)

Notes: Parselmouth. Also looks up to Harry, but not as close to him as Atticus. Is going into her Seventh year, is a Ravenclaw. Has lived in the Children's Palace since it was constructed after her Mother's death when she was six.

Second Princess Lyra:

Notes: Hufflepuff. Going into Sixth year. Has lived in Children's Palace since Diana Lyss' death when she was five.
