Summary
When they were 18, Bill Cipher showed up in conspiracy videos. When they were 19, he showed up in old mythology and folklore, and when they were 20, the owner of the occult store Dipper frequented had a painting of Bill up over his cash register. Dipper asked about it, and was told that was the god the owner worshiped. He stopped going to the store after that.
By the time they were 21, it wasn’t just occults that worshiped Bill, it was their college classmates, their professors, the cashier that checked them out at the grocery store. And whenever Dipper asked about it, they would tell him they had been worshiping him for decades—some of them even said it went back generations in their family.
Bill Cipher, Dipper realizes, is back, and this time, he isn't just contained to Gravity Falls.
