That is when ZAUN, a team that has never won much in regional let alone international leagues, come out with their own star-player, the up-and-coming Viktor. He is a mechanical master and strategic genius, and in practice matches he seems to have Jayce read like a book. It’s their job, they are professionals, but Jayce can’t help feeling like this is personal.
In the time he gets away from the pressure and disappointment, Jayce plays on an alt-account with his newfound friend, the mysterious V, a casual player with god-like mechanics who always knows how to make Jayce laugh. Funny, too, how he never tells him the name of his main account.
