Hey, what's up? My name is Lan Hikari, I go to DenTech High, and I am in the 11th grade. Man, it seems like time just passes by so quickly, as I swear, 5th grade was just, like yesterday. It seems like nothing has changed in years, as everything is still the same, same place, different day. So, let me tell you about the first day of the school year. As I get my schedule, detailing the classes I'm taking at the moment, I find that Maylu and I share the same 1st period, sweet! But man, she looks so damn prettyyy, that red hair, perfect skin, I don't know what it is, but man it makes my heart race so freaking quickly!
Oh, sorry, didn't mean to ramble, but yeah, I feel that I'm the only one who kinda changed over the years. Know what else has changed? A whole bunch of new Net Navis that've been created! I swear, so many of them have been made in the last year! Thankfully, Mega Man has been the only one that I've had all these years, and I don't ever plan on trading him for any other. Lately, I've been scouring through the internet, looking to take care of any viruses and making sure everything went smoothly, like freshly paved roads.
"Hey, Lan, seems that there's an incident in the 3rd sector of the net." Mega Man alerts, and I go to check it out, going into town.
Once I get there, I find a rather unfamiliar person, seems like they go to the same school that I do, with mid-back length Black hair with Blonde highlights throughout.
"Oh, hello, I'm Raya, I just moved here." They introduce, holding out their hand. Going to shake it, I find that they too share 1st period.
"Hey, have you heard about this? I have a new Net Navi, this is Dive Man." they continue, showing the Net Navi's mark.
"Nice, but have you heard of an incident around here?" I ask, and to my surprise, he points North, and I follow, leading to the spot where the incident in question is happening. Even though the incident is taken care of, there's something that's been bugging me about Raya, but what is it? Only one way to find out, snooping!
Much later, once the sun starts to set, I get a call that the aquarium is being attacked, the pens being opened. Strapping on my inline skates, it takes me no time to get there, only to find Count Zap there, and... Raya?! What are they doing there?!
"Seems you met my new partner, Raya Infra. Betcha wondering why he's here, and let me explain, he's going to release all these fish, let them die off, and force Dive Man into destroying the place!" he laughs, wildly, holding a switchblade to Raya's neck. Man, I knew he was a bit nutty, but not to this level!
"Dude, what the hell?! You're seriously risking Raya's life and Net Navi for this?! Jesus, you're sick!" I shout, having Mega Man stop Dive Man, preventing him from doing any damage.
Seeing this, Raya realized what'd been going on, and forced themselves free from Count Zap, cutting their arm in the process. Dealing with Count Zap, I see Raya running into the back, grabbing someone and carrying them outside, before running back in, and heading for the tanks.
"Lan! I'll try to find a way to turn off the tanks, you deal with Count Zap!” they call out, as I notice the cut bleeding. Pairing Mega Man against Elec Man, it proves to be a feat in of itself, as police show up, and arrest the madman, as the tanks soon sop overflowing, and out came Raya, holding what looks to be his father.
“I’m sorry, Lan, he kidnapped my dad and forced me to do all this.” Raya spoke.
“It’s not your fault Raya, you had no choice, it was apparent he wanted your dad to drown, and forced you to do what he wants. By the way, I know it’s not the time nor place but, are you by chance, a girl?”
“Actually, I am a guy, if that’s what you’re looking for.” Raya answers, although I point out the bleeding wound. Taking out a first aid kit, I apply medicine to the wound, and apply a bandage to it. Bet you didn’t know that I know something about medical aid, but that’s not important. Seeing Raya and his dad home, I can say that it’s going to be an interesting time at school tomorrow.
The next day, I’m talking with Maylu, when Raya appears, feeling better from yesterday.
“Morning, Lan, nice to see you here.” He says, hair held back by a hairband. Introducing them to each other, I’m sure that everyone would like for Raya to be included in our adventures, but you’ll have to see it to believe it, Bye for now! - Sincerely, Lan Hikari and Mega Man.
