*Eight weeks prior*

It was Sanji's thirty-sixth birthday. The crew were celebrating. Sanji had a few too many drinks. He dragged Zoro to their bedroom.

“Easy Curls.” Zoro said, digging into the draw next to him after Sanji pushed him back on the bed. He was looking for a condom.

Sanji shoved Zoro to the bed and climbed on top. He pulled Zoro’s arm away from the drawer then kissed the swordsman. “Nocondoms, I want tofeel everything.” He slurred.

Chapter Text

Sanji groaned as he woke up nauseated. He ignored that feeling and got out of bed to start breakfast. He went to the bathroom to wash up before heading to the deck.

Sanji had picked up smoking again. A habit he's tried to break several times. He leaned against the railing and looked out to the ocean. He smiled. Thinking about how much had changed in the last five years since returning to the Sunny.

Sanji put out his cigarette and walked to the galley with his hands in his pocket. He walked past the infirmary, debating on seeing Chopper about his recent experiences. He shook his head and kept moving.

Once in the kitchen, Sanji started breakfast. He decided on a simple breakfast of pancakes, eggs, bacon, and sausage. He made the pancakes from scratch. When he got to the wet ingredients, he gagged when he mixed in the vanilla extract.

Sanji's eyes watered as he fought back the nausea. He stopped whisking the mixture and stepped back. No… it can’t be… He moaned and threw off his apron. “Damn it.”

Robin smirked as she watched Sanji throw a tantrum. “Something wrong, Cook-San?”

Sanji froze, then sighed and pushed his hair back. “Oh Robin-Chan, how long have you been sitting there?” He asked as he picked his apron up. He looked at the bowl and gagged again as the overwhelming sweetness from the vanilla hit his nose. He pushed it aside.

Robin chuckled. “Long enough. Should I retrieve Chopper?” She hummed. She pulled the bowl away from the cook with her power.

“No! Ahem… I mean no, I’m pretty sure I know what’s wrong…” Sanji sighed and watched Robin move the bowl away.

Robin smiled and stood. She walked around the bar and picked up the bowl. “I’ll cook these for you.” she offered, making sure she kept the bowl away from him. “You should take it easy, Cook-San.”

Sanji reluctantly let her make the pancakes for him. “Thanks Robin-chan.” He said as he started the rest of the breakfast. “I’ll talk to Chopper after breakfast, for now let him sleep. The kids kept him up late last night.” He said as he moved around her, avoiding the bowl of pancake batter.

Sanji and Robin finished preparing breakfast and took the spread to the table. Sanji went over to call everyone to breakfast.

After breakfast, Sanji cleaned his kitchen and did the dishes. He was avoiding going to Chopper. In the back of his head, he knew what it could mean. He didn’t know if wanted it to be true or not so avoiding it was his solution.

Chopper walked into the kitchen and tugged on Sanji’s shirt.

Sanji was preoccupied and didn’t notice the reindeer entering. He was a little startled when he felt tugging at his shirt. At first he thought it was one of his kids. He looked down and saw Chopper. He sighed and dried his hands.

“Robin said you wanted to see me.” Chopper said as he tapped his hooves together. Robin didn’t tell him about the vanilla incident, just that the cook wanted to speak with him.

Sanji sighed again and nodded. “Yeah, okay. Let’s go to the infirmary.” He walked with Chopper to the infirmary. He sat on the exam bed and waited for the doctor to sit.

Chopper nodded and walked with Sanji to the infirmary. He sat on his stool and waited for Sanji to speak.

“I… I think I’m pregnant, Chopper…” Sanji said, running his fingers through his hair.

Notes:

So the vanilla thing was a symptom my sister had when she was pregnant with my nephew. Except her trigger was peppermint extract. Thanks you, @Muffinz_iz_Master for the idea.

Chopper looked at Sanji with caution. “Okay, what are you feeling?” He asked, reaching for his clipboard. “Do you want to take a test to make sure?”

Sanji looked down at his feet. “If you don’t mind. I’ve been feeling like I did the first time. My heat is late and my chest is getting tender again. I’m gaining weight…”

Chopper nodded and wrote down what the cook said. He jumped up and went over to a cabinet and pulled out a couple of tests. He came back over and handed them to Sanji. “You remember what to do?”

Sanji nodded and accepted the tests. He stood and went off to the bathroom. He peed on the sticks and waited. He sighed when he saw the results. He walked back to the infirmary. “They are all positive…” He said, sitting back down.

Chopper took the tests and disposed of them. “How far along do you think you are?” He asked, picking his clipboard back up.

Sanji sat there and thought about it. “About eight weeks.” He said, remembering how it happened.

Zoro sighed and pulled Sanji down on him. “If that's what you want.” He shrugged and kissed Sanji again before he started unbuttoning the cook's shirt. “Happy birthday, Curls.” He reached around with his free hand and squeezed Sanji's ass.

Sanji pulled back and started helping his mossy husband out of his pants. He freed Zoro's zucchini and wrapped his mouth around it. He teased it with his tongue.

Zoro grunted and moaned as the cook tenderized his meat. He grabbed a fistful of hair as Sanji went down on him.

“Now it's time for the main course.” Sanji said as he pulled back, a trail of precum connecting his mouth to Zoro's sausage.

Zoro grabbed Sanji's waist and pulled the cook down on top of him. He rolled over with Sanji and pinned him to the bed. He lifted both of Sanji’s legs and shoved himself in. He started thrusting. He grinned as he leaned forward and kissed Sanji.

“Oh Gods, Yes!” Sanji moaned. Zoro was hitting this right spot. He wrapped his arms around Zoro’s neck and the swordsman kissed him. “Fill me with your seed.” He begged as the pace picked up.

“As you wish, Curls.” Zoro grunted. He picked up the pace and continued thrusting until both men came. He released Sanji’s legs and laid down next to him, spooning the cook.

Chapter Text

“...Ji… Hello, Sanji?” Chopper said, trying to snap Sanji back to reality.

Sanji blushed and shook his head. “Sorry… It was probably the night of my birthday, since you know, we celebrated.” He cleared his throat and sighed. “So no smoking or night watches, and to take it easy, right?” He asked as he pulled his cigarettes out and handed them to the doctor.

Chopper wrote down what Sanji said. He nodded and took the cigarettes. He got up and locked the pack away in his desk. He came back over and sat on his stool. “Do you want anything for nausea?” He asked.

Sanji nodded again. “It would be wise.” He sighed and put a hand on his lower abdomen. “How come I didn't feel the symptoms the last time?” He still felt guilty for not knowing and losing the unknown pregnancy.

Chopper looked at him and thought carefully about what to say. He knew how devastated Sanji was when he lost the last baby. “If I remember correctly, you had stopped smoking for Zoro? Maybe that's why? You weren't smoking during the time of conception last time.”

“Maybe that's it.” Sanji agreed. He waited for Chopper to give him the medicine.

Chopper stood from his stool and went to retrieve some medicine. He brought back the medicine for nausea and some vitamins. He hopped up on the table and patted Sanji’s back. “Come back in four weeks and we can check on the baby.”

Sanji accepted the medicines and nodded. “Okay, I will. Thank you.” He stood and stretched. “I'll let Marimo know. I want to wait to tell the rest of the crew just in case, although I think Robin-chan already knows.” He sighed. “Who am I kidding, I better tell everyone tonight.”

Sanji left the infirmary and went to his room. Zoro was napping in their bed. He took off his shoes and crawled into bed. He cuddled up next to Zoro.

“Hmmm.” Zoro said, shifting awake. He grabbed hold of Sanji and held him close.

“Careful, mosshead.” Sanji chuckled then kissed Zoro. “You knocked me up, you bastard.” He said in a teasing manner.

Zoro pulled back and looked at Sanji. “Really, Curls?” He chuckled and pulled Sanji closer in the embrace. He nuzzled the back of Sanji’s neck.

Sanji relaxed in Zoro’s arms. “Yes, I just left the infirmary where Chopper confirmed.” He sighed and closed his eyes. He was already feeling tired.

“Get some rest if you’re tired, Curls.” Zoro mumbled then let go.

“Don’t let go…” Sanji purred. He was feeling clingy too. “At least stay until I fall asleep.”

Zoro wrapped his arms around Sanji again. “Okay” he said, kissing the back of Sanji’s head. He waited for his partner to fall asleep. Once Sanji was finally asleep, he carefully let the cook go and got out of bed.

Zoro went to check on the kids. Three five year olds and a two year old… and now another on the way… What would the crew think? He sighed before finding the kids with Luffy and Usopp.

Later that evening, Sanji informed the rest of the crew at dinner. He had made a feast because he felt it would be easier to accept another kid. He feels that the four kids are already a handful and feels a little guilty.

The crew, however, cheered.

“A new namaka!” Luffy shouted in excitement.

Sanji sighed as he walked to the infirmary with Zoro. He was nervous to see his baby, but was also feeling really tired lately. Four weeks had passed since he had found out, so he was finally getting an ultrasound.

Zoro squeezed Sanji’s hand as they stood in front of the infirmary door. “Are you getting cold feet now?”

“No… I'm just excited.” Sanji said, squeezing back. He knocked on the door and it opened.

Chopper ushered the couple in. He had Sanji lay back on the exam table. “You know the drill.” He said with a chipper voice as he got the machine ready. “Ready to meet baby?”

Sanji nodded as he got on the table and laid back. He lifted his shirt and lowered his pants. “Yes, I'm ready.” He said looking over to Zoro.

Zoro stood to the side and watched.

Chopper put some gel on Sanji's belly and pressed the wand to his skin. He moved it around while watching the monitor. “One… two… three…” He mumbled as he counted on the screen.

“Three?” Sanji asked as he tried to see what Chopper was counting.

Chopper pointed to the screen. “There's three, you're having triplets.” He said as he tapped at each embryo on the screen.

Sanji stared at what the reindeer was pointing at. His mouth hung open as he tried to process what Chopper just said. “Tri… tri… triplets?!” He stammered then looked at Zoro.

Zoro stood there, lost. He was trying to figure out the math in his head. Triplets… That means three extra kids… that'll make seven kids in total…

“Yep, triplets.” Chopper said. He printed out a few images and handed them to Zoro. He cleaned the gel off of Sanji and helped him sit up. He patted Sanji’s back. “Are you okay? Sanji?”

Sanji sat up and pulled his shirt down. “...Triplets…” He rested his hands on his lower abdomen. A belly was already starting to form. “Three at once…” He muttered. He glared at Zoro. “Your fault.” He spat, then chuckled. He knew it was a possibility.

Zoro stared at the images.”Three…” He looked at Sanji when he was told it was his fault. He smiled when Sanji chuckled.

Sanji moved closer to Zoro and looked down at the image. He fiddled with his hair. “Three more kids…” He sighed and leaned on Zoro. “Maybe we need to get fixed.” He joked and continued messing with his hair.

Zoro wrapped his arm around Sanji and chuckled. “Maybe so. We’re close to having a whole crew of our own.” He teased and pulled Sanji’s hand out of his hair. “You’re definitely going to have to take it easy.” He said kissing the top of Sanji’s head.

“How will the others take it?” Sanji sighed and pulled away. “Three kids and a toddler already feels like too much to burden the crew with.” He started pacing. “Triplets just seem too much to handle.”

“I’m sure the crew and you can handle triplets.” Zoro said, stopping the cook from pacing. “Curls, you’re strong, you can handle it.”

Chapter Text

“My back hurts… this is all your fault, Marimo.” Sanji whined as he rested his hand on his back. He wanted to cook but his body wasn't going to let him. He felt like he’s eight months along even though it’s only six.

“You should be resting, anyways, Curls.” Zoro sighed and walked over to Sanji. He stood behind the cranky omega and gently lifted Sanji’s belly. “Better?” He asked.

Sanji crossed his arms and pouted. “I guess.” He huffed. It did feel better but he was in a mood. He leaned back against Zoro. “I still want to make something to eat.” He sighed and relaxed a little in the swordsman’s embrace.

Zoro kissed Sanji’s head. “What do you want to eat? I’ll make it for you, I just need you to rest, okay? Could you do that for me?” He asked, nudging Sanji towards the table.

“Fine.” Sanji hissed. “Only because they’re kicking my butt.” He sat down at the table and sighed in relief. His ankles were swollen so he propped his feet up on the chair in front of him. “I’m in the mood for a sandwich…”

“What kind of sandwich?” Zoro asked, glad that Sanji is behaving.

Sanji leaned back and rubbed his belly. “...A peanut butter and pickle sandwich.” He looked at Zoro to see his reaction to that combination.

Zoro looked at the cook and sighed. “If that's what you really want.” He shrugged and turned to gather the ingredients. He didn't let Sanji see him chuckle. Cravings, cute.

Sanji pouted when Zoro didn't react the way he wanted. He sighed and waited for the swordsman to hurry with his sandwich. He looked to the galley door when he heard a commotion on deck.

Zoro came back to Sanji with the sandwich and set it down in front of the gravid omega.

Sanji looked up at Zoro as he grabbed the sandwich. “What's going on out on deck?” He asked before biting into the sandwich. “Mmmmm.” He said it out loud.

Zoro looked at the door and shrugged. “I'm not sure, but I can go check it out. You need to stay here. I'll make you another sandwich if you want.”

Sanji sighed but nodded, taking another bite of his sandwich. “Fine, but make it quick, I want more.” He continued working on his sandwich as Zoro left the galley.

Zoro went out on deck to see what the commotion was. He saw his kids playing with a polar bear and sighed. He saw Luffy clinging to Law. He was about to go back to the galley when Luffy called his name. Shit.

Luffy was wrapped around Law. “Look Zoro, Torao came to visit. Isn't that great?!”

Law was struggling to break free from Luffy's grip. He looked over and saw Zoro. He smiled and managed to break free from the rubbery grip of Luffy. “Oh, hey, Roranoa-ya.” He looked at the kids and then looked back at Zoro. “You’ve been busy with Blackleg-ya?” He knew Zoro was an omega and Sanji was one too.

Zoro sighed and half-heartedly waved. “Yeah, crazy right?” He crossed his arms. “Why are you here?”

Law pointed at Luffy. “That one begged me to come and I got nothing to do, so…” He smirked. “But, two omegas having kids together seems very interesting.”

Chapter Text

Sanji sighed after he finished his sandwich. He wanted another one but Zoro was taking too long to come back. He was getting impatient waiting for Zoro to return. He sighed and managed to help himself up.

Sanji carried his plate to the kitchen and set it on the counter. He sighed after he noticed Zoro had put the stuff out of reach to keep him from doing it on his own. He pouted and decided to see what was taking the moss head so long to come back. He waddled to the door and peaked out the porthole like window.

Sanji growled when he saw Zoro talking to Law. He knew about the two’s past relationship, but he was still jealous. He stormed out of the galley and to their room, slamming their door. From the angle at which he saw the two, he thought they were getting back together.

Zoro sighed and looked over in the direction of his quarters. Shit.. “I need to go take care of my partner.” He went back into the galley and made Sanji another sandwich to offer as a peace offering. He took the sandwich and went to their shared room.

Zoro tried to open the door but Sanji had locked it. He knocked. “Curls, come on and open up, please. I made you another sandwich.” He said in hopes that Sanji would open up.

Sanji sighed and sat up on the bed. He stood and waddled over the door. He opened the door enough to grab the sandwich and continued to keep Zoro out. “Go away Mosshead, I don’t want to see you right now!” He said as he took the sandwich and waddled back to the bed. He ate the sandwich with tears in his eyes. “Stupid jerk…” He muttered.

Zoro stood there, stunned. He was oblivious as to what he did wrong. “Curls, what's wrong?” He asked while knocking. “Is it because I moved things in your kitchen?”

“You know what you did!” Sanji shouted. “Leave me alone and go be with your boytoy alpha!”

“Eh? What are you talking about, Curls?” Zoro balked. “Nothing is going on between Law and I. He is here for Luffy.”

Sanji didn't respond. He couldn't control his emotions and was crying. He knew about their past.

“Let me talk to him.” Robin said, putting a hand on Zoro's shoulder. She smiled gently and went to knock on the door. “Cook-san, can we talk?”

Sanji looked at the door when he heard Robin. He debated if this was a trap or what. He sighed and waddled over to the door with the empty plate. He let Robin in and handed the empty plate to Zoro without speaking to him.

Zoro sighed and took the plate to the galley.

Robin smiled at Sanji and walked him over to the bed. “What’s wrong, Cook-san?” she asked as he took a seat.

Sanji sat on the bed and sighed. “I… I don’t know…” He looked down. “I’m jealous…” He played with his hair.

“Jealous?” Robin asked. She had hands come from the bed to rub Sanji’s back.

“Tra-guy is Moss’s ex…” Sanji looked at Robin, tears forming in his eyes. “Just seeing them together makes me jealous…” He rubbed his eyes and sniffled.

“Why does it make you jealous?” Robin asked as she continued to rub his back. She sort of knows why but needs him to let it out.

Chapter Text

Sanji knew what Robin was trying to do. He sighed and looked up. “Because Tra-guy is still alive and I worry that Moss would rather be with his fated alpha than with a broken omega like me.”

“What do you mean by broken?” Robin asked.

Sanji sighed and showed Robin his neck. “I was mated before… My mate died… only my Okamas knew when it happened. It was Ace. Moss found out after we started secretly dating long after Tra-guy and him broke things off. He saw this during our first time…”

“Oh Cook-san…” Robbin gasped. “You survived the separation?”

“Ivankov said it was because we were far from each other.” Sanji looked down again. “I think it was the Germa enhancements.” He rubbed his belly as he felt his babies move.

Robin smiled gently and patted his back. “They broke up for a reason. Swordsman-san loves you. Tra-guy came here for Luffy.”

“But I saw..” Sanji stammered.

“The angle was tricking you.” Robin reassured him. “Swordsman-San kept his distance. He only has eyes for you and your children.” She offered her hand to help him to his feet. “Come on, I believe he’s waiting for you.” She grinned.

Sanji accepted the help and took her hand. They made their way to the door. Robin opened it and giggled.

Zoro was standing there with another sandwich. “Curls, I’m sorry for upsetting you.” He said, offering the sandwich.

“You dumbass…” Sanji said, tearing up. He hugged Zoro and cried. “I’m sorry.. I let jealousy take over..”

Zoro held up the sandwich as Sanji hugged him. He used his free hand and patted Sanji’s back. “Curls, it’s okay. You’re the only one for me.” He kissed the top of Sanji’s head and handed him the sandwich. “Come on, let's go back to the galley and finish eating. Then we can save the bear from the kids.” He chuckled and led Sanji to the galley.

Sanji dried his tears and took the sandwich. He nodded and followed Zoro to the galley. He chuckled when he saw his children surrounding Bepo. Once they got to the galley, he sat down and enjoyed his third sandwich.

Zoro got Sanji a drink and sat next to his partner. “How is it?”

“I don’t know how to explain it, but it just works.” Sanji said with a chuckle after finishing off the sandwich. “You’ve had some pretty interesting cravings too.” He smiled when he remembered Zoro’s request for chocolate and tuna onigiri.

Zoro laughed. “You’re right.” He pulled Sanji closer to him.

After Sanji finished, Zoro cleaned up and took Sanji outside. Luffy was still wrapped around Law. Bepo was on the ground surrounded by the children. The kids had tired themselves out.

Sanji chuckled at the sight.

Chapter Text

Sanji pouted as he sat in his bed. Chopper told him he was to be on bed rest for the rest of the pregnancy. He had surrounded himself with pillows and blankets, making himself a nest. He sighed and looked at Zoro with puppy eyes.

“No.” Zoro said, rubbing Sanji’s legs with care. “Doctor’s orders. Just relax, you got a few more weeks to go.” He continued to rub Sanji’s leg to help with circulation.

Sanji sighed again. “I know… It’s just that I’m bored.” He rubbed his belly as the triplets kicked. He yawned while rubbing.

“Chopper put you on bed rest because you were spotting, which is a risk with multiples. On top of that, you kept falling asleep in weird places.” Zoro sighed as he continued massaging Sanji's legs. “Just the other day, you were sleeping in the bathtub. You got stuck and I had to help you out.”

“It wasn't my fault…” Sanji said, barely keeping his eyes open. He yawned again and readjusted himself. He fell asleep before he could argue more.

Zoro shook his head and chuckled. He covered Sanji's legs with a blanket then moved to kiss his forehead. He knew carrying his triplets uses a lot of energy. He left the room to let Sanji sleep.

Out on deck the kids were playing with Bepo again as well as Nami and Usopp. Bepo and Law decided they were going to stay a while since law was bored and Luffy begged him to. Law also decided to stay in case something goes wrong with Sanji, much to Sanji's protest. The Tang II was tethered to the Sunny.

Zoro did his best to avoid Law. He didn’t want to upset Sanji again. He walked over to where his kids were.

“Hey Zoro, how’s Sanji-kun doing?” Nami asked as Zoro approached.

“He wasn’t happy about it but he fell asleep protesting the idea.” Zoro said with a slight chuckle. He then sighed. “I feel like he would still try to do things on his own, though.” He sat down next to Bepo and the kids.

The kids climbed onto Zoro. He laid back in the grass and let them climb all over him. He lifted the youngest, Arashi, up in the air. Arashi giggled and asked for more. Sora, Kuina, and Ryuoma wanted to play too.

Zoro gave each of them a turn. He sighed as the kids tired themselves out.

Law walked over and sat down next to Bepo. He leaned back on the bear. “Who would have thought you’d settle down and make a family.”

Zoro looked over at his ex. “I didn’t think so either, but here we are.”

“Never thought two omegas could get each other pregnant.” Law chuckled at Zoro’s snippiness.

Zoro sat up carefully with his kids. He looked at Nami. “Could you help me take them to my room?” he asked. “Curls might want some company.” He ignored Law.

Nami nodded and helped Zoro out by taking the two girls while Zoro took the two boys.

They took the kids to the couple’s quarter

Sanji was still sleeping when Zoro returned with Nami and the kids. He woke up when he heard them walk in. “...What time?” He asked as he yawned.

Nami chuckled and set the girls down next to Sanji. “It’s almost dinner time. We’ll bring yours to you, as well as Zoro's and the kids’.” She looked at Zoro. “You owe me.” she laughed as she left.

Zoro set the boys down and sat down next to Sanji. He brushed Sanji’s bangs away from his face. “Did you rest well? I thought you could use some company. The kids had tired themselves out.”

Chapter Text

Sanji held his back as he made his way to the infirmary. He felt the contractions starting and didn’t want to do like he did last time since there’ll be three. He knew he wouldn't be able to do this alone.

It was late so Zoro and Brook were on watch while everyone else was asleep. Sanji tapped on the infirmary door. He clutched his belly and grit his teeth when another contraction hit. He hid his pain when Chopper opened the door.

“Sanji, what are you doing out of bed?” Chopper asked, rubbing his eyes. He looked Sanji up and down.

“They're ready…” Sanji grimaced and leaned on the door frame.

“Okay, I got you.” Chopper said, shifting to his heavy point and helping Sanji to the exam table. He then went to the intercom to let Zoro know. That woke up the rest of the crew.

Zoro rushed to the infirmary. He went to Sanji's side. “Is it time, Curls? Why didn't you say anything before I left the room? I would have stayed.”

“It wasn't time yet…” Sanji said, tensing up. “It started an hour ago…” He worked on his breathing. He glared at Law when the unwanted alpha walked into the infirmary. “Why is he here?” He growled.

“He is here to help.” Chopper said, cautiously. “Just in case, something goes wrong… not that it will.” He quickly said before going back to setting up for the birth.

Law sighed and shook his head. “I’m a doctor first. You don’t have to worry your pretty little head about me stealing Roranoa-ya.”

“Just shut up and just get these three out of me.” Sanji grunted and gripped the sides of the exam table as a contraction hit. He was being impatient. He was ready to go back to his normal routine.

Zoro sighed and grabbed one of Sanji’s hands. “Relax for me, Curls. You can’t rush this, you’ll hurt…”

“Shut up!” Sanji yelled, gritting his teeth and pulling his hand away. “Telling me to relax isn’t helping…” He laid back and looked at Chopper. “...Something feels wrong.” He panted.

Before Chopper could respond, Law pulled out his sword and activated Room. “...Scan.” He sighed. “Two of them are breached.” He said, holding up his hand. Suddenly, everyone that was in the infirmary was now in Law’s lab.

Sanji glared at Law, as he was on a different exam table. The room felt cold and steely instead of warm and homey like the Sunny's. “What the hell?” He grunted, feeling another contraction.

“Going to have to cut them out.” Law said, flatly.

Sanji looked over at Chopper. “Are you really going to just let him do what he wants?”

“I'm sorry, Sanji. If two of them are really breached, the safest way is to cut them out.” Chopper said, patting Sanji's arm to try and calm him down. “He would have more equipment and knowledge to operate safely.”

“Well I don't trust him…” Sanji huffed and crossed his arms.

Law grinned as Shachi brought over some tools. Ikkaku was on gas duty while Penguin helped him prep. “Don't worry, you won't feel a thing.” He snapped his gloves

Sanji wanted to protest but the labour pain was becoming too much, even for him. “Fine… but Chopper has to help.” He frowned and reached for Zoro's hand. “And Zoro has to stay here with me. No funny business.” He sighed and leaned back to try and relax.

Law sighed, annoyed that he had to share a patient. “Tsk, fine.” He looked down at Chopper. “You, Tanuki-ya, do you know how to administer a spinal block?”

“I'm a reindeer!” Chopper yelled. “And yes I know how to administer a spinal block.” He said as he ran to get scrubbed in. “Zoro, help him on his side.” He was handed the syringe. “Sanji, you're going to feel a pinch.”

Zoro nodded and helped Sanji over on his side.

Sanji grunted when he was helped to his side. "Please just hurry up. This is uncomfortable.” He barked. He winced when Chopper inserted the needle. It took a moment but he started feeling numb from his chest down. He was helped back in his back.

Ikkaku administered the gas while Shachi inserted an IV in Sanji's arm. Penguin assisted Law as Law got ready to start the operation. A curtain was put up.

Sanji breathed in the gas. He slowly started to relax as the gas was administered. He held Zoro’s hand as Law started the procedure. It felt weird to him. He could feel tugging and pulling but not the pain at that moment.

Law’s crew was ready to take the triplets as they were born. “Good job, Blackleg-ya. Two boys and a girl.” He stated as he was closing up the incisions. Sanji had decided to wait until birth to know the genders.

The babies were brought over to Sanji so he could see them. He cried as he held each one. He was fighting the drowsiness from the procedure.

Zoro sighed and brushed Sanji's hair out of his face. “You should rest if you're tired, Curls.”

Sanji looked up at Zoro and nodded. He handed off the baby he was holding. He looked over to Law and Chopper. He didn’t feel comfortable off the Sunny. “Could you send us back?” He asked.

Law sighed and sent everyone back to Sunny's infirmary. He left the room and went off to find Luffy.

Chopper checked on Sanji to make sure he wasn’t harmed in the switch.

Sanji was back in his room with the triplets in a day or two. He had decided on names for them. He named the girl Marina and the two boys, Merlin and Malik. He was still having to take it easy since he had surgery. Law had given him something to inhibit his enhanced healing. So it was taking longer to heal than he’d like.

Zoro and Robin helped with the triplets while Sanji recovered. It took a few days to fully recover. Both Zoro and Robin made sure Sanji wasn’t trying to do anything while recovering. Sanji just pouted most of that time.

A week later, Sanji was back in the galley. With his Germa enhancements, he was mostly recovered. He still had flab on his stomach and wasn’t happy about it. Zoro didn’t care about his extra weight. He finished breakfast and called everyone to the table while he went to prepare the bottles for the triplets with his pumped breast milk.

Things settled on the busy ship. Law left with his crew, leaving a mopey captain. The kids were growing like weeds and everyone has gotten used to the kids on board.

Sanji and Zoro talked about sterilization but ended up having eight more children between them.

Notes:

Thank you all for sticking around for all my shenanigans. I hope you have all enjoyed this little series. 💖 I like to thank u/Muffinz_iz_Master for helping with editing and keeping my ass together.

So, Law used the inhibitor so Sanji wouldn't heal while he was operating. It takes a few days to clear up out of the system just in case. I hope that would answer any questions about that.

I got eight more kids by rolling a dice and it landing on eight...
