Summary
Having five babies is not easy, and sharing husbands is even more challenging. Mariella's pregnancy took a nasty turn, ultimately leading to her hospitalization for weeks. This situation drew all of Salvatore's attention, as well as Charles's, creating a rift between Mimi and Charles, as well as between Mimi and Salvatore. Although she had Wulfe, Adam, and the boys caring for her, she was forced to take on the roles of pack leader and business owner while also navigating her pregnancy.
When she finally gave birth, she was surprisingly the mother of five small but immortal preemies, with minimal support. Meanwhile, Mariella, the princess, had Salvatore and Charles worshipping her and caring for her healthy triplets, which allowed her to remain a mess in her own mind. However, as the truth emerged, as it often does, Mariella was compelled to embrace motherhood. She discovered both the joys and stresses that come with it, particularly as she faced the challenges of raising babies alongside an overbearing man like Damon.

A week after Damon turned 18, he married his love in a grand church will all his Italian family members screaming and Stefan in a little suit proud to be the ring bearer. The two went into med school together, Damon coming out a doctor and Elena a pediatric nurse. When they were 23, the two had children of their own; triplets, Charlotte, Chloe and Luna. And Damon? To clarify this has nothing to do with the vampire diaries I’m just using the characters from it since it’s my favourite series ever and ik how to write these characters better than I do making my own up!!

(I’m trying to mimic the choppy, run-on style of the sum-ups of the little dramas this is based off of, my writing’s a bit better in the actual story, I promise)
Before he’d been reborn, Kokushibou cast aside his loving and loyal mistress-not knowing the boy was pregnant with his child-in favor of a marriage for appearance sake. Unaware that his former mistress married his twin brother so quickly after he tossed him aside in a desperate attempt to avoid him finding out he had an illegitimate child, he shunned and ridiculed the boy, thinking poorly of him, even shrugging off the news that the boy had killed himself after the death of his son until he found the note the boy had left detailing how much he loved him and that the baby was his, sending him into a depression. In his final moments, after finding out that his scheming wife and twin brother had been plotting to kill him and take his fortune from the start, and had tortured and killed his former mistress to avoid being exposed, he hoped that he could have a chance to do better in his next life.
