Chapter Text

In Powders dreams, she still was a little girl. One who adored doodling in her free time, while her mother made dinner. She stumbled over to her father, the typical clumsiness of a child.

Tiny Powder rose a piece of paper into Connell’s face. “What do we have here princess?” His voice warped through her. He picked her up and put her on his lap as he looked over the drawing. Powder pointed at the different drawings. “This is Vi as a puppy, that’s you, and that’s mama.” she explained.

Vi is a puppy, Connell is a mole, Felicia is a rabbit. “And where are you?” Connell asked. “I can’t decide on what animal I am..” She pouted. “Well, you do resemble your mother, some would even say she spat you out.” he nuzzled and kissed into her cheek, earning giggles from the blue haired girl. “Maybe you could be a bunny.” He said, in wait for his daughter's judgement. Then, she gave him a shirt nod. “Okay!” she said, hopping off his lap.

The little girl returned to her room, drawing herself. Once finished, she raised from the floor, out of her room but the living room wasn’t there. Instead it was her parents room. It was dim. The room reeked of medicine. As she entered the room deeper, she found her mother and sister on each side of the bed. Felicia’s eyes are droopy, and glassy. She took notice of the child approaching, crouching with open arms. Powder walked to her mother, wrapping her arms around her neck. Her mother towered over her father. His usual pale skin looked ghastly. His huge eyes sunk into his skull. His skin looked like it was a blanket over his bones. Connells hair wasn’t there. He looked weak. Which was nonsense, papa was always strong.

Connell looked over to her, a warm smile struggled its way onto his face. “Hey there, Princess…” his arms open for her. Her mother lowered her into his arms. As she settled into his eroding body, he didn’t try to kiss her. Not once. His hand rested on her back as her head rested on his neck. No words were uttered in that room. The occasional sniffing from Vi, the calm humming from Felicia….. Powder stayed in the crook of his neck, a waterfall of tears trailing from her cheeks, down his neck, soaking his pillow. “I know you’re tired honey…” her mother spoke. “It’s okay…you can rest…” Felicia whispered. She pressed a kiss to his head and closed his eyes. Powder closed her eyes along with him. At least she could still nap with her dad… Vi’s sobs grew audible. She rested her head on their dads other shoulder.

When she woke, she was in bed, the sun peeking through her window.

5:37am.

An hour and thirteen minutes before she had to get up. Powder sighed to herself. Might as well start the day. It was her final year of college. Powder took a liking to engineering, while also staying true to her passion for art. Powder loved drawing, or mainly the feeling it brought her. It gave her the same nostalgia of when she would doodle in her room, or in her elementary classes. Occasionally showing her works to her parents or Vi, having them strung up on the fridge. The memory is so vivid, as if it was yesterday. But yesterday was years ago…

For her college years, she took up her scholarship money and shared an apartment with Vi, also buying a used (but nice) car. Before her mother passed, she passed custody over to Violet. After her fathers death, Felicia was torn. She wouldn’t let her daughters see herself rot without her lover, she couldn’t. Ever since their parents passed, Powder has been Violet's responsibility, and —in her words— she’d rather die than live without her sister.

Vi tried her best, working two shitty jobs just to feed them both yet always coming home with a smile on her face. And Powder…to Powder she hung the solar system. And it was always like that. As Felicia and Connell grew older, they had the means and maturity to raise another child, and Vi was more than ecstatic to hear about it. And when Powder got here, she was just as excited. After classes, Vi would come home to watch and play with Powder if Vander was too busy to do so. Telling Powder stories inspired by whatever novel she read that day.

Now she gave her sister the comfort of being able to do what she wanted to do most, which was to be a librarian. Yes, she loved action, sports, all of the sort, but the peace of mind Powder saw that flowed over Vi’s face when it’s quiet and she has a book in hand? Is all but priceless to Powder. Perks of being a genius, when schools really want you, they give you a good chunk of cash.

Today she had her Fine Arts classes. She settled on something warm, since it was reaching that temperature. She gathered an off white shirt, a brown skirt that ended halfway down her thighs, and a brown leather jacket. Powder hung up the clothes on a rack in her bathroom, starting the shower. It’s still early, but late enough for Vi to be away by now too. She put her hair in a bun after she undressed from her pajamas, stepping into the steamy shower. She basked in the warmth, lathering the same kind of lavender soup her mother used. Cherishing her memory through scent. It made her feel somewhat closer to the people she mainly saw in her dreams.

Stepping out of her shower, she dressed before she stepped in the mirror. Fixing her blue hair, curling her bangs. She put on a purplish lip tint with darker eyeshadow. Something that compliments her pink eyes. Powder then dug through a drawer by her sink, putting on a necklace that was once Felicia’s, and mismatched earrings. She brushed her teeth and headed out of her room, the aroma of breakfast filling her senses.

Her sister by the stove wasn’t a surprising image. Powder happily skipped over to her sister. “Good morning Blue.” Vi greeted her, kissing her head. “Morning Pinkie!” Powder kissed back. “You’re up early,” Vi smiled as she plated the food. “I know right? It’s hell.” She exaggerated as she fixed herself a cup of coffee. “Oh yeah, you have to call mister man to return his porno book.” She reminded the pinkhead. “Romantic novel!” She corrected, placing the food on the table. “Same thing.” She rolled her eyes.

The sisters ate breakfast together before having to start their day. Vi bids her sister goodbye while Powder cleans their mess. Going back into her room to check her phone.

6:30am

She sighed. This’ll be a long morning…

Powder finished up with her other classes, heading to the last on the day. Ceramics. She never looked into pottery as far as art went, so she wasn’t all that thrilled to see. She took a seat in a corner, where it might be hard to see her but she could see up front perfectly.

Powder didn’t really have friends. She found herself not needing to, when her sister is her best friend and has been since she got here. Sure she had some friends when she was younger, never any that lasted long. They weren’t supposed to. Powder took out a sketch pad she kept in her bag for when she got bored. Doodling in it as the class likes with other students. Some already knew each other, others warming up to each other. Class was supposed to start around 8:30am, but the professor was nowhere to be seen. Minutes pass, and still nothing.

Just as Powder reached for a piece of gum, someone’s thick voice cut through the air. “Good morning everyone, sorry I’m late.” A tall man walked into the room. He was the kind of black that glowed gold in the sunlight. His locs were to the base of his neck, twisted and bleached. Most of them were pulled from his face. He wore a plain white shirt, black jeans and a brown apron.

Powder hadn’t paid much attention to his looks while she turned back to doodling, just taking in whatever he said. “I’m Mr. Bennett, I’m your ceramics teacher for the semester. Since I’m late, we’ll start with a practice session to see what you all know. Beforehand…” he trailed off and the room filled with conversation static. He started calling out names. When he got to Powder, she just raised her hand high enough for him to see.

As he finished up role, he closed his laptop. “For the starter assessment, I want you to prep your clay and practice centering it on your wheel, before anything.” He smiled. Powder saw it, and it was oddly…warm. “I’ll come around and see what you guys have in a few minutes.” He nods. The class agreed and grabbed some clay. Powder waited for the stampede to defuse before she grabbed hers. Going over to a corner with aprons she missed this morning and putting one on.

As Powder began prepping and kneading the clay, her mind trailed off to….other places.

You do resemble your mother, some would even say she spat you out…

Her mind kept going back to that dream. The smell of this place isn’t helping either.

When she was done kneeling, Powder threw the clump of clay onto the wheel. “Woah there Miss.” a voice called out. “You might want to make that clay more circular before smacking it down.” Mr. Bennett told her. “It’ll make sure your clay doesn’t move around too easily.” Powder looks up at him before lifting the clay off the wheel and patting it into a sphere. “Thank you, Sir.” She told him. Bennett hummed in content. “Figured I’d talk with you while you worked. You’re the only one on your own.” “Hm…I don’t know Sir, maybe I like it that way.” Powder turned her attention back to centering her clay. “There’s gotta be something you’d like to talk about. You don’t seem like the kind who enjoys complete solitude.”

Powder sighed quietly through her nose. She’d rather deal with him than someone else. Might as well entertain him. “Yeah..I enjoy my sister's company.” She said, “Older?” He asked. She just nodded. While she practiced centering her clay, they had small talk. He earned some giggles out of her. Hopefully, next class she wouldn’t isolate herself so much.

Class ends and Powder is on her way back home, taking the bus. She texts Vi she’s on her way back when she boards, plugging her headphones in while she rides. Playing games on her phone to pass the time. When she made it back, the place smelled of dinner. “Hey Bluehead!” Violet called from the kitchen. Powder followed, placing her head on her sister's shoulder. “Hey Pinkhead.” She responded tiredly. “Go washup, dinner will be ready in a few.” Violet kissed her head. Powder just nodded and went to wash the day off. Though she didn’t go much, she was still tired. Those dreams may be long, doesn’t mean she wakes up rested. After washing her face and changing into pajamas, she heads back to the kitchen/dining area where the table was already set.

She sat down, thanking Vi as the two ate in silence. “How was your day?” Powder asked. “He finally returned it, but it was…sticky.” A smirk grew on Vi's face. Powders contorted into a look of disgust. “I told you it was a porno!” She slammed the table with little force as Vi laughed. “Like I’d care enough to read plotless porn.” She shook her head. “What about you, how was your day?” Vi smiled. Powder just shrugged. “Eh..doodling here and there. ‘Centered’ my clay. It really wasn’t much.” She mumbled. “I’m sure you’ll get into something later.” Vi said. They continued to eat for a while.

“My professor…he smelled like papa..” She mumbled into her food. “That’s why you’re not so talkative today?” Vi asked. Powder just nodded. Vi hummed. They never really talked about their parents. Vi spent her majority of her life with their parents and all Powder had were restless dreams. When Vi finished eating she stood and took Powders hand. “C’mon Bunny,” her voice soft, “let’s watch some tv.” Powder let herself be dragged away, to the couch. Violet wouldn’t let her sister be sad for another minute. In their living area, the couch was littered with different blankets varying in style. Crocheted, fluffy, weighted, like a birds nest.

As Vi crashed into the cushions, she pulled Powder right along with her. The two of them tangled into their blankets. Yes. Vi is unashamed to say she still acts like this at the ripe age of 38. But if it makes Powder happy, she’ll do it. Besides, she didn’t mind getting silly with her beloved sister. Powder constantly helped Vi recover from their parents death, drawing them together, being silly. If she could repay her, she would in any way.

The seasons weeks pass in a blink of an eye. Powder finds herself exploring more ideas with her dinnerware. Turning her bowls into landscapes for little animals she’s sculpted, and her plates into animal faces. She even made a whale-shark tray she planned on putting jewelry in.

And while doing so, Mr. Bennett got a front row look while he conversed with her as she worked.

Powder had just finished sculpting a critter for her new bowl when he finally came to her side. The bowl was quite wobbly but it looked like it was on purpose. The inside had a swirl leading to the middle accompanied by the other critters she’s sculpted. He raised a brow as she added the last one. “Making your own animals?” He asked, amused with her work. “Yep!” She turned to smile at him. “I wanted to deviate from my usual today, before it got boring anyway.” She shrugged, Mr. Bennett just nodded, then he remembered something.

“Hey, you wouldn’t mind staying after class would you? I have some ideas I’d like to show you.” He said. Powder pondered on it for a while before eventually nodding. “Sure, let me text my sister.” She told him. He nodded and went around the class, looking at their works.

As class closed, everyone hung their aprons and washed their hands heading out for the evening. After Powder washed hers, she shot Vi a quick text, saying she’d be later than usual, to which Vi responded with a thumbs up. Powder gathered her things, putting them away in her bag, cleaning her area before going over to her professor's desk.

Mr. Bennett was on his laptop pulling up some references he saw. “Soo…” she trailed. “What did you want to show me, Sir?” He turned the computer over to her, letting her scroll through them. “I think your designs would be great on vases like those or trinket bowls. You add more to your background and put in more critters.” He told her. She scrolled through them, her eyebrows raised. “These are really pretty..” she whispered in awe. “Exactly.” He continued. “I’ve seen your sketches, and I think they’re really neat. They pretty much display..well- you.” He told her. As Powder scrolled through the references, she saw vases of different textures, and beautiful patterns. Some had flowers or plants sculpted into them. Some were indented.  “Yeah…that’d be pretty cool,” she said, turning the computer back to him. “If making vases weren’t so aggravating.” She forced a chuckle from her throat.

“That’s why I have you here now.” He stood from his desk. “We can practice clay pulling and shaping here so you can sketch up some ideas without worrying about being good at it or not.” He explained. He motioned Powder to follow him over to his Potters wheel. “Could you grab some clay for me, please?” He asked as he sat.

Powder nodded and headed over to the back where he kept the clay. She grabbed a relatively medium piece of clay. She came out from the back and held it high enough for him to see. “Don’t you think this is too much to knead?” She asked. “Don’t worry about it, we probably won’t use all of it. Just something to get you started with.” He shrugged. “Okay,” she uttered, putting the clay on a table and pulling a piece to knead. As she did, Mr. Bennett watched. Not under a harsh gaze, but not under a heated on either.

When she finished, she handed it over to him. “Sit.” He directed her to a chair closest to the wheel. Powder sat and scooted until her legs were on each side of the wheel. “Center your clay,” he commanded, and she did, with precision. Mr. Bennett leaned into her, “May I?” He asked, his breath making the hairs on her neck stand some. Powder nodded and studied him as his hands radiated heat into her ever so cold fingers. His body was like a furnace the way she felt warmth settle on her backside. His hands swallowed hers whole. He guided her hands as they molded the clay. “So to build up your walls..” he spoke as his (and her)  thumbs pinched and pulled the clay upward. “You want to make sure…they’re… thick enough not to bend as you pull the clay…” he told her.

His breath still against her shoulder sending small shivers through her spine. She tried her best to listen to him but she was so distracted… She was intrigued by their hands…and gods they were about twice the sides of hers. His hands are so calloused..but so gentle with her… They cradled her boney fingers as if an ounce of pressure would make them snap.

Christ Powder this is your fucking professor. She scolded herself. Quit being fucking weird.

She forced herself to focus in again. Slightly nodding as if she comprehended. She bit the inside of her lip. After shaping them up into something that was close to the references, he gently grabbed her wrists and pulled them away from the clay. “See?” He smiled. He leaned away from her, the cold air coming back in an instant.

She turned to face him with a gentle smile herself. “It’s really easy after some practice. If you wouldn’t mind, you could come by anytime you’d like to work on it more.” He proposed.

Powder looked at the floor. “That’s be great..if my other classes weren’t so demanding.” She chuckled tiredly. Mr. Bennett squished the vase and got up to place it back with the other clay. Powder followed suit, washing up her hands. “Hey, it’s alright if you’re busy. Besides, it’s not anything serious, it’s just.. I was like you when it came to ceramics.” He turned to face her as she dried her hands. “I see real potential in you Ms. Doux.” He walked over and nudged her arm. Powder smiled at the action. “Well, thank you Mr. Bennett for your advice.” She took off her apron and hooked it up in a rack. Mr. Bennett just nodded as she did so. “Welp.” Powder rocked on her heels. “I gotta get out of here before my sis loses her mind.” She walked over to things and slung her bag over her shoulder. “Alright then, Ms. Doux. Goodnight.” He nodded.

“Goodnight Sir.” She flashed him a smile before leaving out of the door.

When she got home, it was routine. Greet her sister, wash up in her room, and sit with her sister for dinner. As the sisters ate, Powder was irregularly quiet. Her mind kept going back to his hands… Her cold against his radiant warmth. His smooth soothing voice prickling at the back of her ne—

“Powder, are you okay?” Violet asked. Concern weaves into her face. “You seem a little lost in there.” She gave a nervous smile. Powder just smiled back. “Yeah I’m good, just… thinking of what I’ll do next in one of my classes.” She sighed. Vi just nodded, before she continued eating she hesitated. Violet put her fork down and looked Powder straight in her eye. “You know..you could take a break. Just a small breather if it ever gets too much.” She reassured her. “I know…” Powder said softly. “Thank you.” She said, and with that, Vi returned to her food.

While she ate, one thing was clear. She couldn’t wait for her next class.

As days in Powders ceramics pass, she finds herself not paying a lot of attention. There hadn’t been much grabbing her attention. It’s either dinnerware, or trinkets. Over and over. Nothing really sparks her fancy. As this class goes by she turns her boring mug into a monkey.

Though she hadn’t been fully paying attention, doesn’t mean she was slacking. Actually (thanks to the practice with her professor) she’s more confident with her cups and bowls.

Today Violet had texted her earlier that she’d be spending more time at the library, so Powder figured she’d just stay behind for more practice. As the room clears, Powder skips around, washing her hands, cleaning her station and going back to pack her things. While she packs, she hears the last person bid their goodbyes and leave. She zips up her back and sways her way over to Mr. Bennett’s desk, earning her a smile. She gave him a cheeky smile in return, leaning over his desk. “Are we gonna practice today Mr. B?” She asked. He chuckles at her eagerness. “Not quite. Actually,” he bends down. Powder leans more over the desk, her curiosity and impatience pretty evident. He came back up with a box in hand, “I brought something I think you'd like.” He placed the box on the desk, pushing it toward her.

She looked over the box. It was filled with different velvet bags. She picked one up and looked in it. “You can take it out if you’d like.” He told her. Powder dug into it, pulling out a small owl trinket. It was very much clock themed. “Aww, look at the little guy.” She looked closely at it. Mr. Bennett smiles at her, cooing at it as if it were a pet. Powder puts away the owl back in the bag and grabs a larger one. She sat it on the dresser as she opened it. Inside there was a vase, decorated in plants and flowers, and bugs. “Woah,” she tilted her head as she inspected it. “This is really pretty.” She told him. “Thanks,” he said. “You know, if you turn down the lights, the bugs glow.” He suggested. Powder just hums and places the vase back into the bag. “Those were pretty nice.” She nodded. “Thank you. I believe you have potential to do something similar with your works.”

Powder hums once more, looking through the rest of the bags. She found clock coasters, and small firefly mugs. “Well, I really like that vase,” she said softly. “Is this what you had in mind?” She asked. “Something of the sort. I think you could bring more…life with your style.” He got up. She placed everything back in the box and followed when he motioned her over to the wheel.

Powder plopped down in the wheel chair while Mr. Bennett kneaded some clay. While she waits, she quietly hums to herself. Some chopped version of a song her mother used to sing. Uuuntil it got too boring. “So…when did you get into pottery?” She asked, trying to fill the silence. “Hmm… during my art major.” He said. “After that, it formed into a hobby. I actually do semi-realism paintings for my main hobby.” He said as a matter of fact. Powder just nods and returns to humming to herself. As time passes, she’s sunken back down into her head. Her mothers back turned to her, though she could see from the sides, a smile on her face. Humming the same song…having the same scent.

Powder lets out a surprise gasp when Mr. Bennett sits down behind her. “Ready?” He asked. Powder nodded. Mr. Bennett got in realll close. Too close than he wanted. His chin nearly rested on her shoulder, his breath fully landing down her neck. Her backside heated just as quickly as her face. But she didn’t oppose it. If anything, she leaned into it. All subconscious tension melted at his contact.  “Okay, now, go ahead and start on your own. I’ll step in and guide you if it needs adjusting.” He said. Powder whispers and okay and she centered the freshly kneaded clay. Her hands were slightly trembling.

Not from fear, or uncomfortable, but her mind was going 30 miles per hour. He was resting on her. He smelled of cinnamon today and it was her new favorite scent of his. His warm breath against her frigid skin only electrified her even more. But she had to breathe, had to focus.

As she pulled the clay, she didn’t keep an even pinch and she pulled upward. His hands cupped hers slowly. “Great start Hon, but it’s not as even as it should be.” He said, pushing the clay downward. “Let’s try that again.” The new nickname made her face almost flush. ‘Hon.’ .. and she liked it. Adored it even. Powder pushed her focus back to the clay, pulling and keeping an even pinch. “There you go, much better.” He praised. It filled something in her. She wanted more of them. She continued to shape the vase. Down her neck he kept whispering, “Good, good, good…” as she went. The tension seeped into the room, but it went unnoticed by him. Mr. Bennett kept getting closer for each error, his back against her chest, and she continued to melt into him.

Once finished, she didn’t pull away…. And neither did he. He hummed in approval. “You did well today Ms. Doux.” He praised once more. Powder put a hand on his arm.. and damn, he’s bigger than her as a whole. Powder forcefully choked up a response. “Thank you..” she said, her voice coming out soft. It took a few seconds of silence for them to feel the tension in the room. It slowly devolved into awkwardness between themselves before finally separating.

“It’s probably pretty late,” she gave him a nervous smile. “I should uh…probably get going.” Powder raised from her seat to wash her hands. “Of course,” Mr. Bennett said hurriedly. They cleaned up in silence, before Powder gathered her belongings and stood before him at his desk. “Thanks for letting me see your trinkets.” She smiled. “Of course, Powder.” He smiled back. Her name off his tongue felt good. It felt great.

She turned to leave, waving as she exited the door. And she heard him shout, “Drive safe!”

In the end, she thought about him all the way home.

Chapter Text

The Doux’s had a relatively small house, but it was enough for them. Their cozy house is full of remnants of a child via drawings, crayons, and toys almost everywhere. Their backyard which had a garden, a shed, and more open area. Whenever the sisters were missing from the inside, you could always find them outside. Powder would be in the backyard swinging on a play set her parents built for her. In competition with each other to see who could swing the highest. Of course Vi would try her best to hold back, ensuring Powder won. On this day, the two were playing hide and seek. Sure there wasn’t a lot of space, but if you got creative (which was Powder's specialty) then it could be a very hard game.

Powder hid inside the shed, tucked into a spot under its tables. She was small enough to be nearly invisible. Once she settled into her spot, and she heard Vi get to seven, the back door opened. “Girls!” Felicia called. Your fathers home!”

“Coming!” Vi called back. “Powder c’mon, dads home.” Vi talked to the air. Powder sighed and slinked herself out of the shed. Her clothes are pretty dirty from playing. Vi picked her up and carried her inside, where Connell was waiting at the dinner table. “My girls!” He smiled, looking at them. He got on one knee when Vi set Powder down. The collision from the little girl's hug would always be expected and returned in an instant.

When Powder pulled away, curiosity and excitement swirled in her eyes. “Did you bring anything today?” She asked. “Of course I did.” Connell smiled. There was a brown bag on the table. He dug through it, until his hand landed on something. He pulled a beautiful purple bracelet and motioned his wife over. Felicia reached her arm out for him to put it on. Once on, she took time to admire it, “Thank you, Love.” She smiled. Then, he turned to Vi, pulling two books from the bag. “Here you go, Violet.” He smiled. “Thanks dad.” She said while looking into the books. And he just nods and looks down at Powder. “Now what could I possibly have for my precious girl down here?” Connell smiled. Powder pounced with anticipation. Connel slowly pulled out a blue rabbit. Its eyes were as pink as hers. “A bunny, for the little bunny.” He lowered the bunny toward her. Powder wrapped her arms around it in an instant. “What will you name it?” Vi asked. Powder looked at the rabbit for a long second. “I don’t know.” Powder said bluntly, “But I’ll think of something!” She said determined.

Powder enjoyed getting regular gifts from her parents, mainly her father. That’s how she ended up so spoiled. But in actuality, Powder was happy with anything she had and or was given. No matter if it was just bought, made, or passed down.

This week has been killing Powder. Anymore of anything including ‘analysis’ and she was sure she would just go ahead and walk into oncoming traffic. She’s woken up late most of the days, rushing out of the house just to make it on time. Hadn’t been practicing with Mr. Bennett so she could go home and catch up on sleep, only for it to be thrown out the window the next day.  On top of that, it was time for spring showers, so she was stuffed in some oversized hoodie. Luckily her last class of the day was close to a nearby cafe. As she weaved through campus, and a busy street, she finally made it to the shop. It’s relatively quiet inside, not too many people, but not vacant either. Inside, there were Louis brown base boards and darker beige walls. It smelled of overly sweet coffee, and golden cookies. A bell rang over the door as she walked inside. She couldn’t be bothered with her hood, she just wanted to sit and eat while the weather cleared.

Powder orders her coffee and some cookies she’s been meaning to try lately. When she turns around she’s surprised to see her professor, who is just as surprised to see her. “Mr. B?” A smile grew on her face. “Ms. Powder.” He smiled back. Powder stepped aside so he could order. Powder slid her hood off, her hair in a messy low bun, but decorated with pins. Once he got his order, he turned to her. “Sit with me?” He asked, and Powder just nodded and followed wherever he sat. He chose one of the brown seated booths close to the window. Powder slid in across from him. “So, how’s your day been, dear? He asked. His voice sounded like it was dipped in honey… Instead of answering, Powder grounded aloud and rested her head on the table. Mr. B smiles at her antics and slides his hand between her head and the table. “C’mon now dear, you don’t know if these tables are clean. Sit up.” He said.

Powder leans up enough onto her head on her hand. “I’m so tired..” she whined. “I can’t practice shaping with you because I’m trying to catch up on sleep for my engineering classes, just for me to be so beat after. Usually, I’d be home by now, but I wanted sweets before I headed home.” The words spewed like a river, and he listened to her rambling. “What about your sleep schedule?” He asked. “Oh that’s out the window. Even when I’m finished with working my brain doesn’t stop. I don’t even know half the shit I think about!” Her voice raised slightly. “Sorry Sir.” She sighed. “No it’s okay, I get it.” He reassured, “I see you’re tired. But on the bright side, now you have a day to rest.” He smiled. “I hope.” She grumbled. Mr. B drank his coffee while Powder finished off her sweets. “You know how I told you about my paintings?” He asked. “Mhm.” — “Would you like to see them? Get your mind off the gears for a bit?” He proposed. Powder looked at the table, pondering. “Sure,” she shrugged. Mr. B nodded and waited for her to be done. Oftentimes, scrolling through his phone and showing her different artworks that show up on his fyp.

When she finished, she went with Mr. B to his car. Vi had the car today since it would be raining more when she got off. He opened the passenger door for her to get in and quickly made it over to the driver's side. Once he slid in, they rode in a thick silence. Not uncomfortable just..nervous. This was new. Powders never was with anyone besides Vi and Mr. B hadn’t really brought a student to his house. “You wouldn’t mind if I put on some music?” He asked. Powder shook her head, “No, go ahead.” She said, turning to the window.

When they reached a red light, he plugged in his phone and the music started automatically. The volume low enough for Powder to hear her thoughts, high enough to fill the silence. The rest of the drive was spent nodding to music, until they made it to his house. “We’re here.” He smiled over to her. Powder hummed, taking in the exterior. There were planted flowers by the front door. The house was painted a dark Louis brown, the roof was black. The yard was clean and cut, with a couple of trees around. It was nice. Mr. B reached for her hand which she gave, little hesitation, and followed him to the front door.

Once he unlocked and went through the door, Powder was in awe. To the right, there was a big kitchen. Not luxurious like a billionaire who’d never use it, just enough space to move around a lot if you were hosting a family dinner, or a house party. Straight forward, there was his living room. There was a bookshelf to the wall, with a potted plant in the corner. To her left, there were canvases against the wall. All fully painted and signed. “Your home is really nice,” she complimented “Thank you,” he said. “Come, there’s some work I’d like to show you.” He nodded toward the hallway on the left. Powder walked in front of him, her hand still in his as she walked down the hallway. He led her to a room full of unfinished painting, actively drying clay, and stacks of sketchbooks.

“You can look around, I have to grab something out back,” he said, rubbing her hand. “Okay,”she said, smiling at him. She let him go and turned to his sketch books. There were so many. She walked over to a table, grabbing the top one. She flipped through the pages in awe. Beautiful landscapes. Some shaded with hatching, some were watercolor. He also sketched a lot of birds. Mainly Barn Owls and blue jays.

So invested in his works she didn’t hear him behind her. He covered her eyes. Powder stiffened at the move. She heard something click on the table then he gently pulled the book from her hands, then placed something else in her hands. “Be careful not to drop it.” He said. He unconverted her eyes and it was a fat bunny. Her eyes widened at the ceramic trinket. “You can put your necklaces on its neck and bracelets on its ears. I always have the tail small enough for rings or earrings.” He explained.

The longer Powder looked the more her heart swelled. A wide smile spread over her face as she sat the bunny on the counter and turned to him. In an instant she wrapped her arms around him, which he hesitated to return. “Thank you…” she whispered, her eyes already stinging. His hands slid across the small of her back. Her body reacted on its own, shivering at his touch, but she melted into his embrace. “Yeah.” He stumbled, “Yeah of course.” He told her.

The moment passed, and he pulled away from her. He held her chin between his finger and thumb. “Want a snack?” He asked. Powder smiled and nodded. She was under his arm as they walked through the hallway. They separated when they reached the kitchen. “Seriously Sir—”

“Please,” he interrupted, “Just call me Ekko.” He said as he continued making their food. Powder nods. “Ekko, it really means a lot that you made something for me.” She said Ekko came over to the kitchen island where she sat. “Well hey, you’re one out of a handful that don’t grind my gears.” He chuckled as he sat. As they began to eat, the moment dissolved into comfortable silence.

“What got you into art anyways?” She asked. Ekko sat down with his sandwich. “I would probably say my parents.” He shrugged. “We would walk around during the weekends. The views would stay in my head all day.” He looked at his hands. Powder tilted her head as she listened. “I’d just draw them on printed paper. Then they bought me a sketchbook so things just went on from there.”

Powder hummed. “And…where are they now?” She asked softly. “They’re still around. Pretty agile for their age, I go to see them a couple of times every month.” He said. “Aw, that’s sweet.” She smiled. Her eyes were locked on his, she was attentive. When he looked up at her, he was pulled into her gaze. Ekko could only lean in closer, his hand coming to her forearm. “What about you? What got you into art?” He asked. Powder’s lips pressed together before answering. Talking about her childhood wasn’t very hard but it didn’t flow out the easiest. “I would draw when I was bored.. My sister was busy with college when I was younger and my mom couldn’t always play with me while my dad was at work.” She said, She didn’t hold eye contact, just stared behind him as she talked.

“I’d spend hours doodling in my room until my dad got home. And when he did, I showed my parents and they’d hang it up. Since I lost them, it made me feel a bit more connected. As I got older it became more than a hobby.”

Ekko looked at her with a somber expression. He could see she slightly tensed at the topic of her parents. He raised his hand and caressed her cheek with his thumb, the plush skin cupped by her palm. He hummed over her last words. “I’m sure they’re proud of their pretty girl.” He smiled softly. Powder leaned into his touch, her eyes closed and her lashes fluttered over his hand. She stayed in his palm longer than expected before moving away. “It’s getting late,” she said. “I should probably get going.”

“Yeah sure, I’ll grab your bunny, just wait in the car.” He told her. She nodded and headed out the door.

The drive to Powder and Vi’s was quiet. Her hand was in Ekkos. His thumb rubbing her knuckles. The warmth of his hands only made her tired. The drive was 30 minutes so she could get some rest before getting home. Her head rested against the window, the hood pulled over her head as she dozed off.

When she woke, they were in front of the apartment. She sat up, still dazed but conscious enough.

Powder grabbed her things, including the bunny before she turned to him. “Thank you, again.” She smiled. “Of course, Powder. Have a good night.” Ekko smiled back before Powder left to go inside. Before entering her place, she turned and waved to him.

Inside, she made her way through the empty apartment. She didn’t worry too much because it was only 6pm. Sometimes Vi came home later. She shrugged it off and headed to her bedroom. As she prepped for bed, her mind had been fuzzy. The way she just wanted to melt into his hands, let him mold all the buried pain away. Shape her into something, or someone better. She sighed as she climbed into bed. Sad she wouldn’t be able to have his hands on her as she slept. Having to wrap her body around a pillow, instead of his torso.

Her head sunk into her pillow. Hopefully it would be desires creeping into her mind besides haunting memories…

The next week passed in a blink of an eye. Powder had cleaned herself up early and rested her head on her table. She was so tired. She passed out as the class cleared. Ekko didn’t even notice she was asleep. “Okay Powder, I have some mug bases for you. I want to show you different ways to paint them.” He said sitting the bases on his desk. Powder doesn’t respond. She softly snores in her arm. Ekko studies her form for a hot minute before getting up and walking over to her. He leans down by her ear, a hand slid on her back. “C’mon baby, you gotta get up.” He shook her gently. Powder opened her eyes slightly, barely conscious. “There you go Bunny, come on.” He slid his other hand to her cheek, lifting her head from her arm.

Powder sat up, pretty dazed. “Hm?” She hummed confused. “Hey Bunny, lost you there.” He chuckled. “You still want to practice or do you want me to drive you home?” He asked. “Drive me?…home?” She responded. “You’re wayyy too tired to drive.” He said. Powder just whined, looking at the floor. “I guess I’ll practice for a while.”  She sighed. “You sure?” He asked. Powder nodded. “Okay Bunny,” he said. He helped her up and walked over toward a table. There were two chairs by the desk but Powder never left his hands. When he sat down he thought she’d go over to the other chair but he was wrong. When he sat down, she sat on his knee, slouching.

“Woah there Honey,” he cooed, but she didn’t hear any of it. Just reached for the mug in her hand. “Hm?” She answered. “Your chair is over there,” he explained, but it was too many words for her to be bothered. “Hm.” She responded. “You sure you want to sit here?” He asked her, his face close to her neck. She just leaned into him, and shrugged. He just accepted and reached for a mug. There were paints, water, and brushes. Ekko reached for another mug and handed it to her.

They painted their mugs in soft silence. Ekko would occasionally look over to her (slow by steady) work and whisper praises to her.

Just like that.

Amazing sweetheart.

That’s beautiful princess.

And her sleepy mind drank it all in. The more He whispered into her ear, a heat slowly pooled into her stomach. She didn’t pay it much mind though, too tired to.

Maybe it was because he was pretty. Maybe her type. Maybe because his arms caged her in. Maybe the way his breath traveled from her neck down her back. A part of her mind imagined that breath was his lips…

As each praise came along, the more she leaned into his warmth.

Powder would get what she could take.

As they continued to paint, sleepiness slipped back into Powder. She sat down her mug before speaking. “I should probably go, I’m getting sleepy again.“  she yawned. “You sure you don’t want me to drive you?” He pressed. Powder just shook her head, “No thanks.” She said, getting off his lap. She quickly gathered her things. “Cya later Mr. B.” She said. She speed walked down the hall, she didn’t get to hear him tell her to drive safe.

Powder rushed to get through the door, finding Vi at the table, already set with food. “Hey, sorry I’m late, I fell asleep.” She said staggering through the house, putting her things away. “Fell asleep?” Vi asked. From her bedroom, Powder yelled, “Yeah, my professor let me sleep for over half an hour.” She came out, changed into pajamas and slippers, sitting across from her sister. “I think if I drove, I would’ve crashed so- perks of having a chill professor.” She shrugged. “How was your day?” She asked her sister. Vi shook her head in amusement. “It was alright.” She said looking at the table. “Might be working later tomorrow and the day after.” She advised. Powder nodded. “What about you?” Vi asked. “Raaaaahhhuhhhhhhghh” Powder groaned as she slid down to the table. “I want to be preserved in ice and sleep. I feel like a middle aged man that got hit by a truck and shit twice and didn’t heal properly.” She exaggerated. Vi laughed at the drama queen. “If I blink I think my eyes will get stuck.” She sighed.

“Well, now you have a day off from school. You can sleep in allll day.” Vi assured. “Lame. You won’t be here.” The blue head pouted. “Yeah, well. I love my job.” Vi smiled. That earned her a deadpan. “Damn you’re old. You need to get laid. Go on a date. Something.” Powder rolled her eyes, turning back to the food. Vi hitched at the mention, which Powder didn’t miss but too tired to give a damn. She’ll probably meddle around tomorrow night.

The morning eased in with grace. Powder could feel the heat of the golden sun filling her room through her blinds. She remained in bed until such glorious light started blinding her in her sleep.

Powder turned away from her window. Curling back into her blanket. Her body molded into her mattress. Her head foggy with sleep. Finally getting the sleep she deserved.

In her dreams, he was there. Ekko. And like anyone who dreams of anyone they’re attracted to, it was anything but innocent.

In her mind, she was in Ekko's lap. Her legs spread. His legs held hers apart. Her arms behind her back. The cherry on top? She was naked. One of his —giant— hands wrapped around her neck. Tight enough to keep her head turned to him while he stuffed his tongue down her throat, the other rubbing right circles around her clit. Between kisses he’d whisper how good she was…how wet she sounded. And she’d whimper back in response, she was not to talk.

With this sort of thing going on, she’s grateful she gets to sleep in.

She slept in until 5pm (me, your author, I do that.) until she finally decided to be back with the living world. She was so damn hungry.

Before she even crawled out she heard her sister. “I’m out Pow!” She yelled, followed by a shut door.

Okay. Guess she finally has the house to herself. Powder forces herself up and gathers some clothes to shower. A tight house dress that rests atop her tights and panties.

She takes a long hot shower. Using a fruit scented soap instead of traditional lavender. Her mind is on autopilot while she shaves everything and scrubs all of her. Her brain dragging back to yesterday. She was so tired she hardly remembered much.

Powder tried off, putting the same scented lotion on her body. Her mind became more relaxed with each stroke. Once out of her room, she didn’t feel like cooking. Who would anyway? Instead she vouched for fruit snacks and whatever candy Vi deemed would ‘put her in a coma after the first 2 pieces’ and stuffed herself back in her room.

Powder snuggled up back in her bed, she turned on her tv for background noise before she fell asleep once more.

But she couldn’t.

Her brain kept picking at yesterday.

What about yesterday was so damning?

The tv buzzed in her head while she traced back to whatever she could.

What was it?

What was it?

What was it?

Then it clicked.

His breath down her neck.

His arm cradling her.

His knee between her legs.

She sat in her professor's lap.

Her face heated at the memory…her hands traced where he was. Heat began to pool in her stomach again, but she felt it more than she did last evening.

Powder reached for a large plush she keeps by her bed. When you’re touch deprived, you get it where you can, okay?

She sat on the plush. On hand on it, the other on her breast. At first she slowly grinded into the plush. Her breath quivered as she sped up.

Just like that…

His voice rang.

Just like that sweetheart.

Powder let out a soft moan. Her head looked up but her eyes were closed. Slowly pleasing herself, slowly torturing herself all the way until she reached her peak. She didn’t stop as she came though. She wasn’t done. She grinded even faster. Her panties became soaked with slick. The darkened fabric of both those and the plush were more apparent. “Fuck…” she whined. Her mind was slipping away. She sped up more. Her bed frame rocking, and squeaking.

A smile melted onto her face. “aughhahah..” her lips spilling brainless laughs.

Amazing…princess..

His velvety voice dumbed her more and more.

The tension was tight, she was close…

Her mind dug through the last few weeks. His hands travel up and down her spine. His voice reassured her, even when he wasn’t around. His hands grew bolder by the day. She wanted them on her waist, around her throat, holding her trembling thighs, slipping into her tight…warm and silky folds…

Powder but her lip and came once more. Her body locked up and her hands gripped the plush with so much force. Her jaw clenched and her eyes squeezed shut. Just for a moment, she could imagine this was his doing. Anything she wanted to believe would be true in her bliss.

She let out a shaky breath. And looked down at her mess. The plush covered in slick, her panties ruined. But she didn’t care. She got off of it and curled back into her sheets. Exhausted catching up quickly. Tired enough to sleep in her own wet spot.

In a blink of an eye, she’s back asleep.

This week, classes flowed more easily. Powder completed the majority of her work for her engineering classes. In ceramics she was more attentive. Chewing on her gum, waiting for her muse professor to come. The class was used to him being late at this rate. It gave them time to knead clay beforehand. When Ekko finally came, he discussed that they would be trying something different: fruit juicers.

Powder seemed interested but confused. Something she’d ask about later. At first she spent the time sketching what she’d do for it until she actually sculpted.

As classes passed she figured she was really good at it. Way easier than those vases he had her working on. Powder found herself staying with Ekko as he packed  up. Being out a bit later. They would talk more.. touch more..

Anytime she was with him, her energy would fly off the charts, even when she was exhausted. Ekko found her to be quite mischievous. She took to scaring him, popping up out of thin air. And he loved it. With all this energy, it earned her the permanent nickname: Bunny. Subtly demanding, energetic, but all sweet in the end.

This evening after class, Powder was relatively calm. When she finished cleaning (when everyone had already left) she grabbed a Tupperware container out of her bag and skipped over to Ekkos desk.

“Hey Bunny,” he said, hyper focused on some emails. “Hellloo” she sang while opening the container. “I brought you cookies! I baked them last night and packed some away.” She smiled. Ekko no longer focused on his computer, turned to her. “Thank you Sweet Girl,” he smiled back.

They spent the rest of the time talking about nothing. Powder stood between his legs, while his hands were on her hips. After a while he wraps his arms around her, holding her while she yapped about some show he couldn’t get into.

Powder helped him back up too while they finished off the cookies. The building was quiet, they were one of the blasts to leave. As they headed out, Ekko kept a hand on her lower back. He walked her to her car, and she eventually stopped talking about the show. Powder turned to face him when she reached the driver's door. She gave him a soft smile. “See you Friday, Bunny.” He said, his fingers brushed with her hair, probably fixing it. The warmth in her chest grew. “See ya Mr. B.”

As she gets in her car, she hears him say, “Drive safe, Bunny.” Before she pulls off.

When she gets home, it’s pretty quiet. The tv is turned low, there’s no sound of cooking but the house smells great. “Vi? Are you home?” She asked. She was quite worried. Vi usually tells her if she isn’t home.  “Hey. Yeah I’m here.” Vi said. Powder let’s put a relieved sigh. “Heyy,” she said, following Vi’s voice to the kitchen. Vi was plating their food. Powder goes up and hugs her from behind. “How was your daaayy??” She asked. “It..was uh…it was great.” Vi stuttered. Powder caught it too. “Okay,” her tone curved as if it was more of a question. “Anything interesting happened?” She pried. “No, not really.” Vi moved over. Powder unwrapped herself from her sister, standing next to her as she ate. She studied Vi’s side profile. She looked nervous. Powders brows furrowed, and Vi looked to her for a second then turned back to her food.

She was hiding something!

Powder wouldn’t pry anymore for the night. Just studied her sisters stiff frame as she moves through the house. Her eyes were wide, her shoulders squared and she never looked Powder in the eye.

And it pisses her off a bit. She would ask the typical questions,

  • are you working tomorrow?
  • For how long?
  • Any new books? (Powder liked to read more sci-fi books. But so did the weird no life having teenagers in the area.)

But all she got were short responses.

“I’m gonna head to bed.” Vi said, only one movie in for the night. “It’s pretty early- it’s like 8pm.” Powder stated. “Yeah well it was pretty boring and draining today. I’m just gonna head to bed.” Vi rushed to explain. Vi went into her room. No ‘goodnight pow’, no kiss on her head. Nothing. And it ticked Powder even more. But it also kind of hurt.

Powder turned the tv off. She went in the kitchen, washed the dishes, placed food into Tupperware and into the fridge, and wiped down the counters. She turned the lights off and headed into her room.

She spent a lot of time pondering on what could’ve happened. It couldn’t have been anything horrid, Violet said her day was great. Why was she nervous? And why around Powder?

Before her brain could get mean about it, Powder turned in for the night. Snuggling herself into her blanket, one of her pillows in her arms.

Her mind changed from her sister, back to Ekko. The way his arms were around her when he held her. He held her like she was glass, and caressed her like a cat. She thought of the way his thumbs would circle around her hips, the way his hand guided her on her back. The way he paid so much attention, he could tell if her hair was messed up.

She adored his attentiveness. She craved it even.

She went to sleep wanting him. Even more than usual.

Chapter Text

A few days pass after the ‘Vi incident’. She was still hiding something and it still had an effect of Powder. Powder would try to snuggle under Vi like usual but her sister would still leave her early. Powder just pushed it off claiming her sister was tired. Besides, she couldn’t be too upset. Powder would graduate in two months. Maybe it was just a hard week for her sis.

She got home after the grueling long and draining engineering classes of the day. She planned to do nothing but crash in Vi’s room (mainly so Vi won’t have an excuse to leave) and sleep. But there was something different. Another voice. She heard giggling from the kitchen.

“Vi?” Powder asked as she closed and locked the door. “In here Blue.” Her sister called. Powder followed the sound and found Vi and some other woman at the table. She had darker blue hair and scary piercing blue eyes.

Vi wrapped an arm around Powder's shoulders. “This is who’s been keeping me.” Vi smiles. Powder looks to Vi, confusion still written on her face. “She’s my girlfriend. Cait.” Vi held out her hand toward the other woman. Powder was still disturbed but complied anyway. “Hey,” she waved. “Hi,” the woman, Cait , said. And she had a posh accent. This will probably turn to shit.

“Go ahead and wash up, dinner is almost ready.” Violet nudged. Powder went in the back. She had some gut feeling telling her she was in for a long night.

໒꒰ྀི´• ˕ •` ꒱ྀིა

Powder quickly realized she was right. Cait or Caitlyn, was nothing more than a detached stuck up trust fund kid. Her mother was a political figure, her father a doctor, and she is a detective. Wow.

“So, Vi, what college did you go to?” Cait asked. “Zaun Academy,” Vi paused her eating, “I didn’t finish but I plan on going back once Powder finishes.” The sisters turn to smile at each other. Powder pressured Vi to go back to college, but the stubborn pinkhead told her time and time again that she needed to be with her. Eventually they came to an agreement. Violet would go back and get her Bachelors in Literature, after Powder graduates. At some point, Powder remembered Vi telling her at some point she’d like to be an English teacher or professor.

“Why not? You seem to have a lot of potential.” Cait pried. “After our parents… I stayed with Powder. I couldn’t really stand leaving her alone for long. My job even let me bring her as long as she stayed in the back.” Vi explained. “You couldn’t hire a nanny?”

“Not everyone has rich, pampering parents..” Powder mumbled to herself. Apparently loud enough for them both to hear. “Powder!” Vi exclaimed. Caitlyn’s brows furrowed. “Sorry—” she quickly said before turning back to her food. A period of awkward silence passed over the table. Eventually, Caitlyn left for the night. Violet accompanied her as she left, while Powder started to clean. Once she left, Vi came over to the kitchen, leaning against a wall, her arms folded. Powder tensed some at the feelings of her sister's gaze, but she didn’t stop cleaning. “You know, you could’ve been nicer.” Vi said. Powder stopped. “Sorry. She just. She’s obviously stuck up—”

“Powder!” Vi yelled. “All she did was talk about her parents estate and how she has all these riches. Didn’t even take a second to think, “maybe they weren’t as fortunate” and interrogated on why you hadn’t finished college. Especially since childcare was high as hell.” Powder stressed, “I know she seems out of touch, but she didn’t mean to do harm. Can you just be happy for me?” Vi asked. “Sure, when your doll becomes socially aware.” Powder shrugged. “Look. I have done nothing but sit here and be there for you. Not because I had to, but because I love you and I wanted to. Just this once, can you ease, just be happy for me?” Vi begged. “I’ve been happy for you Violet, but she? I’m telling you, my gut tells me she’s wrong.” Powder explained. “Seriously?” Violet asked. “Seriously!” Powder responded. Powder finished cleaning up when Vi went back into her room. “Where are you going? We haven't watched a movie yet.” Powder asked.

“I’m going to bed. Maybe you’ll make sense in the morning.” Vi said, and closed the door. Powder just stared at the door for a moment and sighed. She just turned in for the night.

In her bed, Powder's eyes started to sting. Her mind is tearing her a new one.

Maybe it was just jealousy.

Maybe it was bitterness.

Can’t handle your sister loving someone else who isn’t you?

Maybe it’s a fear of being replaced.

Powder just squeezed her eyes shut, but she couldn’t sleep. Instead she got up and packed away a small bag of clothes. Only sleeping clothes for now.

Afterwards, she climbed back into bed and went into a dreamless sleep.

໒꒰ྀི´• ˕ •` ꒱ྀིა

By morning, Powder got dressed, she had her usual bag slung over her shoulder and the clothes bag held her phone, her computer and tablet. Giving her a reasonable excuse. She had engineering today so that’s also bonus points. When she leaves her room, Vi and Caitlyn (someone kill her) are at the table. Powder hurried to the door. “I’m working on a project tonight. I won’t be back. Bye.” She said, before Vi could get a word in, she was out the door.

Powder spent the rest of the day on autopilot. One part of her brain worked with practiced ease, the other was busy trying to stop her from sobbing.

Powder was known to be sensitive. You didn’t even have to yell to get the water works going. Vi being distant only hurt her more, and her own head wouldn’t let up. The sisters had their moments when Vi just wanted to be by herself sometimes (when their parents were alive anyway-) and she’d push Powder away. Their parents understood and would entertain the girl until Vi wanted to be around again, but it wasn’t easy. Powder would cry, or just hold and stare into her stuffed animals. The talkative girl would be silent, and so would her tears. As she got older, her skin got- somewhat tougher- but she couldn’t stand her sister being upset with her for too long.

After her classes wrapped up, Powder speed walked to her car, driving over to the arts part of the campus. She timidly walked over to the ceramics room, peeking her head in. Powder knocked softly on the door frame and caught his attention. Ekko looked up and smiled instantly. “There’s my favorite bunny.” He stood and walked over. Powder walked in, her lips being bit and her eyes already starting to wet. When she reached him, she wrapped her arms around him. Her face now wet with tears. “Woah, hey,” he said softly, his arms wrapped around her. “it’s okay,” he cooed, and repeated until her sobbing calmed. He cupped her face for her to look at him. “What’s wrong?” He asked. “Me and my sister…we kind of got into it..” she said, her voice watery and wobbly. Ekko pet thumbed her cheek. Tears still caught in her lashes. “Can…I stay over at yours? I really don’t want to go home…” she asked. “Yeah, yes, of course.” He said, embracing her once more.

Powder stuck around as he picked up. When he turned the light out, he guided her through the halls. Once outside she turned to him. “I have my car today, I’ll just follow you.” She said, Ekko nodded and hopped in his car. Powder trailed behind him to his house. When they got there, she silenced her phone. Vi already started asking where she was and if she’d be home. Powder didn’t want to talk right now. Powder walked behind Ekko as he unlocked the door. He opened her and reached to place his hand at the small of her back. She walked before him.

Powder sat at his kitchen island, turned to watch him as he moved through the kitchen. “You allergic to anything?” He asked, “No,” she answered. Powder watched him cook in silence. She adored how precise he was. And Ekko liked the feeling of her eyes on him. “Alright Bunny,” he said, he turned the stove heat down and turned to her. “What happened?” He leaned over on the island. Powder sighed and leaned forward too. “My sisters ‘girlfriend.’” She did air quotes over the label. “What about her?”  He asked. “EVEYRTHING! She’s stuck up! Out of touch! You know, she had the audacity to rant on how ‘living rich is difficult’ then go off on Vi not getting me a nanny so she could finish college!” She spilled. “I can’t stand people like that. I slipped up and said not everyone had parents like that and didn’t speak for the rest of the dinner.” She sighed. Ekko took her hands and started massaging her knuckles. “Then she said im never happy for her even after everything she’s done for me. What is she talking about?! I’m always happy for her! Just not her posh Barbie doll!” She exclaimed. That earned a chuckle from Ekko. “I see.” He looked at their hands.

“Well. Do you love your sister?” He asked. Powder scoffed. “Obvi.” She rolled her eyes. “Then just let it go. You trust your sister, there has to be something she sees in the lady.” He reasoned. “If you don’t like her, just tolerate her. For your sister at least.” He said. Powders features softened. “Okay,” she responded. After a beat, he gently tugged on her hand. “Come here.” He commanded. Powder got up and walked to him, standing in between his legs again. His arms around her hips. “You’re an amazing sister. I’m sure she didn’t mean any harm.” He reassured. Powder looked down at him. His eyes on her made her feel like she was dipped in honey. All it ever did was draw her in, closer and closer. And it drew him in too, until their lips touched. He kissed her with love and reassurance, and she kissed him back after yearning for this for so long.

The kiss started soft, until it grew hungry. Ekko pulled her into his lap and she obeyed. His tongue swept over her bottom lip, making her gasp. He took the change lick her tongue, making Powder moan. He tilted his head to deepen the kiss, just before she could reciprocate the oven timer went off. When they separated, a string of spit kept them connected. “Ready to eat?” He asked. Powder could only nod. He picked her up and sat her on the chair.

As they ate, it was in total silence. They would occasionally glance at each other. Ekko’s hand found its way on Powder's thigh, and Powders her hand over his. When they finished, Ekko cleaned the kitchen after he showed Powder to the bathroom. As he finished up, Powder came out, wearing some night gown she packed. It hugged her body and reached the top of her knees. She rested her head against his back. “Thank you…” she whispered. He wiped his hands and turned to her. “Of course, Bunny.” He said, and he closed the distance, giving her a soft kiss. His hands rubbing her back. “Come on, let’s go to bed.” He whispered. It sent shivers down her spine, all she could do was smile and take his hand. He turned the lights off and took her hand, guiding her to his room. He sat her down on the bed and kissed her once more, “I’m gonna go change, I’ll be back.” He promised. Powder nodded and curled further in the bed.

She sat up waiting in his bed. When he came back, he was in those flannel pajama pants. And shirtless. The scene made her pulsate. He climbed into bed, right next to her. Wrapping an arm around Powder as he sunk into the mattress. Powder rests her head in his chest, tracing circles on his collar bone. Ekko found himself coming in and out of sleep. Each time he woke, Powder still lay awake.

By 2am, he woke again. Powder is still up as well. She stopped tracing circles and softly tapped a rhythm on him. “Bunny..” he whispered, Powder hummed in response. “you need to sleep..” he said. “Hm…” Powder hummed again. She sat up and leaned into his face, pressing a kiss to his cheek. Then to the bridge of his nose, then to his jaw. Ekko pulled her into his lap, letting her pepper kisses all over him. “Hmm, I guess I don’t object to this.” He smiled. Powder kissed his lips, a soft plea. Something to keep him coming back, to never leave. Ekko held her by the hips, kissing her back with boldness. Assuring her he isn’t going anywhere. She moaned into his kisses, and he groaned in response. Heat growing at an alarming rate. The space between her thighs grew quicker with each swipe of his tongue. Powders legs were on each side of his lap, she was sitting directly on his crotch and his boxers were starting to feel a bit too tight.

As his kisses left her lips down her jaw, Powder's hand traveled from his chest down his exposed torso. She’s slowly grinding into his lap. When her hands reach his groin, he grabs her hand. “Not yet Bunny, way too early for that.” He kissed her nose. Powder whined but the smile on her lips said otherwise.

They adjust themselves once more, Powder laying on him completely. Her head on his chest, her arms wrapped around him and her legs between his. Ekko took to running his fingers through her hair until he fell asleep.

Powder was awake for a few extra minutes. She made out (and dry humped) her professor. And wanted needed more.

Her lashes fluttered shut, and before she knew it, she was out like a light.

Powder woke to the sound of a blaring alarm. She groaned, her face scrunched until someone turned off the annoying ass sound. She sat up, still delirious with sleep. “What the hell? What time is it?” She whined. “5:30am little miss.” He said and smiled at her. “Damn…too early,” she grabbed his hand. “Sleep.” She groaned. “Baby, we have classes today.” He reminded, only getting a frustrated groan in return. “Come on baby, you gotta go and get dressed.” He smiled. Powder (unfortunately) got up and dragged herself out of bed, following Ekko to the kitchen. She left her phone on the island last night, and it was turned off. No guessing how much Vi blew up her phone.

Ekko got started on breakfast while Powder looked through the countless messages and calls from Vi, visibly cringing. I…might have overreacted. She told herself. She sat at the island, Ekko handed her a plate of toast and eggs. “You good?” He asked, might’ve had that look on her face for too long. “Yeah, I think I just dug my own grave.” She chuckled. “I’m sure she’s just worried, that’s all.” He soothed. He stared at her for a while as she ate. After breakfast she helped him clean, getting distracted every few minutes, giving him kisses and getting them in return. Okay after she set the dishes in the sink he put her on the counter and made out with her. Okay? They can’t help themselves.  Ekko but down her neck leaving wet marks, his hands trailed over her body. Powders fingers traveled down his back. The heat was getting to her, she ended up rubbing her cunt on his thigh.

After they (eventually— girl it’s almost 7am.) finished cleaning the kitchen, Ekko guided Powder out to her car. When she got in, she lowered the window. “Got everything?” He asked. “Yeahhh, now I gotta go handle this woman so she doesn’t think I got kidnapped.” She smiled. “Hm.” He trailed her body with his eyes. “What?”

He didn’t respond, just leaned down and kissed her deeply, his hand rested on her thigh, his thumb rubbing circles. Powder spread her legs and let his hand reach her core. Powder wrapped her arms around his neck. The tips of his fingers circled over her clit, and she gasped at the feeling. Ekko kissed all the way to her ear, “Relax Precious..” he whispered as his fingers slid her panties out the way.

He slid his fingers up and down her slit, and Powder bit her lip. Her moans muffled. Ekko pulled back enough to see her face. “Come on baby, none of that.” He used his other hand to place his thumb on her chin, pushing down to release the swollen lip. He wrapped that arm over her shoulders, his lips were back on hers. He continued to spread her slick over her pussy until his middle and ring finger coated in her. He eased the fingers inside of her tight, velvety and wet cunt. The stretch had her pressing her nails into his back.

Her mouth open, brows furrowed and eyes squeezed shut. Her pussy had no resistance of his fingers but he still took it slow. “Breath baby,” he told her. Powder breathed deep but hitched when his palm came in contact with her oversensitive clit. The feeling made her jump. His fingers were sunken all the way in her, as if she wanted to swallow him whole. When his fingers curled, she could only see stars. Her mouth the shape of an o and her shoulders were tense. With each stroke and curl of his fingers, his (very textured-) palm simultaneously rubbed against her clit. The dual stimulation had her choking out moans. Powder whispered his name every few seconds. “That’s it my pretty girl..” he whispered back. His touch and the warmth of his voice had her eyes rolling. It didn’t take too long for her to cum all over his fingers. As her cunt constructed around his fingers, he fucked her through it. She could hardly take it. “Stop stop stop—” she said tapping his back. Thankfully, he retracted his fingers. If he kept going she probably would’ve squirted all over her seat.

“What’s wrong?” He asked. “I uh..” she panted through her words. “I don’t want to ruin my seat.” She admits sheepishly. Ekko nodded. “Okay Princess,” he said before placing the fingers that were inside her in his mouth. He sucked her cum right off as if it were the most casual thing in the world. “You should probably get going.” He said. He wore a smug-ish look on her face. “Yeah,” she responded. He kissed her on the cheek before bidding her goodbye.

The drive back home, the throbbing of her cunt began to dull. She needed to get her head out of the clouds for a few minutes. She’s (more than not) going to be confronted with a panicky Vi as soon as she steps through the door.

When Powder reached the apartment she spent some time in the car getting herself together, putting her hair in a ponytail, sitting in the AC to get rid of any flushed features of her face. After 5 minutes, she eventually left the safety of her car to face the disastrous situation of her and her sister.

When Powder stepped through the door the only thing she heard was her name before Vi wrapped her in a tight hug. “Look, I’m sorry I ditched you that night okay?? Where have you been? Are you okay? Were you safe?” Vi threw a thousand questions before Powder computer Ed whatever the fuck was going on. “I’m okay, I was safe. And I’m sorry I judged so fast.” Powder said. Vi cupped her face. “As long as you’re fine. Okay Pow-baby, sit.” Vi pulled her over to the dining table.

“Violet. Before anything, I mean it. I’m sorry I was a dick to Cait. If you trust her then…I guess…I’ll tolerate her…” Powder mumbled. At that Vi paused and a smile grew on her face. “Hey, that means a lot. Even from you.” She said, “Yeah yeah big sap, I gotta go change for my class. We can have a big heart to heart when I get home.” Powder said. “Alright.” Vi smiled. “Have a good day, alright?” At that Powder nodded and headed to her room.

The day goes by pretty typical for her arts classes. Boring but content enough to keep Powder from sleeping. In ceramics, Powder finished making her lemon themed juicer. During class, there was a warm buzz through the air. She never wanted to —purposely— sleep in here. You get a whole bunch of stuff like who on the football team does coke, how one of the girls on campus sucked off the calculus professor and spat it out in the hallway. The drama Powder really looked forward to was one of the baseball players' girlfriends being the team's gangbang material. Rumor is, she’s a total slut and had been that way since senior year of high school. A habit she had since her ex boyfriend did the same before she came to college. Apparently she fucked the coach too.

As the class cleared out, she made her way over to Ekko's desk. He was painting his juicer. It was one of the same bugs she saw on his coasters and mugs.

“Got any drama for me today Bunny?” He asked. “Oh yeah, you won’t believe who big pussy Martha fucked now.” Powder said. Ekko snorted at the new label. “Who?” He asked. “Coach Nicholas.” She said. “Ooo that’s tough. Just had a baby too.” He said. “Seriously?” She asked. “Mhm.”

Powder watched him focus on his juicer and after a while he sat down the brush. After studying his work, he turned away from it. “Okay. Come here baby,” he said. Powder slid off his desk and came over to him. Ekko guided her down to his lap. “You know,” he started, his hands massaging her hips, “I really want us to work Bunny.” He said. Powder turned her head to see him. “You want us to work too?” He asked.

A smile grew on Powder's face. “Absolutely sir,” she said. She leaned back to give him a kiss on his cheek. He adored her like this.

For the rest of the time, Ekko is busy brainstorming ideas for their final project. He runs his ideas through Powder while she’s busy adding and customizing her contact on his phone.

Eventually they settled on making vases. And Powder finished making her contact as cringey as possible.

💍Bunny (possible wife) 🩵🐰

He didn’t really grasp the concept up it was enough to satisfy Powder that this would show up anytime she bothered him. In her phone he was saved as

💍Mr. Good hands (possible husband) 🦉🤎

After bullshitting around for a while, they began closing the room for the night.

“I talked with Vi vaguely this morning.” Powder said. “I take it, she didn’t kill you?” He smiled. “Fortunately for you, yes.” She responded. He laughed. As he guided her out and turned to her. “Coming back to mine tonight?” He asked. “Sorry, promised this pink haired sentimental middle aged woman I’d be back so we’d talk more.” She smirked. “Damn,” he feigned disappointment and kissed her cheek. “I’ll text you though.” She said. “Alright Bunny. Drive safe.” He said. Powder nodded as she climbed into the car.

She didn’t really think of what they’d do if she were to go home with him again, but damn she thought about it and couldn’t wait for her next visit.

From then on, Ekko and Powder worked together to keep their relationship discrete. They would pick apart any patterns they saw in a week and try to work with it. Powder, Vi and the stuck up giraffe Caitlyn would have dinners together on Friday. Other days of the week, Vi would either be home, work, or out with Cait. Doing whatever it is they do. Usually it’s dates or they go shopping together. During that time Powder would leave and go over to Ekkos, if she didn’t have class. She'll be around to clean, cook dinner if it’s one of the days where he’s late, or watch him paint if it was off as well.

Powder has found a way to stay civil with Caitlyn. If she said anything to set Powder off? Powder would just swallow it and gloss over it, then when dinner was over and she finished cleaning the dishes, she locked herself in her room and blew up Ekko's phone about it. One of her favorite things to do was talk shit with him.

In her final weeks of class, Powder would use the excuse of ‘Working on final projects at the lab’ when in actuality, she would be out with Ekko. That made Saturdays their date nights. They’ve learned a good amount about each other, like

Ekko is hella smart, almost smarter than her. Almost.

He enjoys helping others find their spark, the same way one of his past teachers did when he was going through a tough time.

His temper could be short— (only learned when some guy cat called Powder.)

Powder wasn’t 100% sure, but she could tell he had some sort of protectiveness over her. And she loves it.

After graduation, Powder lands a Systems engineering job. Something not too demanding to drain her out, so now she had free time to hang out with Vi and Ekko more. Whenever they were home. Other times she’d be asleep or sitting in a cafe, eating sweets. And— it was the same job her mother took up after having her. Guess her mother was also a genius. Her dad had more charisma than brains, so naturally, Vi took after that.

When Ekko and Powder were together, they didn’t escalate beyond kisses and occasional fingering. As of late, they’ve been discussing sex. Powder was quite nervous. For a horn dog, you’d think she’d be hyped but she was scared of how much it’d hurt when she got her cherry popped.

Ekko is very patient with her, not wanting to rush anything. For that Powders is very grateful. This week though, Powder has decided she wanted to give it a try. They discussed this at his place and over the phone. If she got too scared they’d back out, and if not, just hope it went smoothly.

Powder was lounging in her room, tv playing in the background while she drifted in and out of her naps. Vi walked into her room and sat at the edge of her bed. Powder looked up and paused whatever was on the tv. “What’s up butch?” Powder smiled. “Hey. Don’t call me that.” Vi smiled. “I came to let you know I’ll be out for the night. I’m meeting Cait’s parents.” She said, “Oh wow meeting the in-laws already. Make sure you hold your pinky up when you drink.” Powder said, which earned her a slap on her leg. “Ow! You heavy handed-“ - “Will you be fine while I’m gone?” Vi interrupted. Powder rolled her eyes, “Yes, the house won’t be on fire when you return.” She grumbled. “Good,” Vi stood up from the bed and walked away. “Have fun!” Powder called out.

She settled further into her bed until she heard the front door close and lock. She reached for her phone and texted Ekko.

💍Bunny (possible wife) 🩵🐰

Heyy, my sis is out (9:45am)

💍Mr. Good hands (possible husband) 🦉🤎

Hi Bunny. Want me to come over? (9:50am)

💍Bunny (possible wife) 🩵🐰

Yes! (9:50am)

I’m ready. (9:51am)

💍Mr. Good hands (possible husband) 🦉🤎

Okay, otw. (9:58am)

Powder smiled at the messages. She quickly slips out of her clothes, wrapping up in a satin robe. Ekko only lives 30 minutes away, so she spends the time rubbing in a sweet scented oil on her skin, putting her waist length hair in a tight bun, her bangs still framing her face.

Powder was putting on mascara when she heard the knock at the door. A smile grew on her face as she raced to the door. When she opened it, Ekko quickly wrapped his arms around her, sucking the air from her lungs. He was in control. He closed the door with his foot and turned her toward the door. Powder locked it while he kissed down her neck, the grip he had on her hips was possessive.

When she was done, he pulled her back into him. “Hey Bunny,” he cooed in her ear. “How’s your day?” He peppered her side with kisses. “Boring but better now that you’re here.” She smiled. Her hands went over his and grabbed them, “Come on, let’s go to my room.” She said, Ekko let her guide him to her room, once inside he closed and locked her door.

Powder threw herself on her bed, she lay on her back and her knees drawn up. Ekko walked up to her, his hands on each knee, spreading her legs to make room. When he leaned down he kissed her with need. An arm of her wrapped around his neck as he swallowed her gasps. Ekko trailed wet hot kisses down her jaw, then trailed his tongue down her neck. Nipping and sucking at the soft skin. One of his rams rested above her head, while his other hand used its fingers to spread slick through her cunt. Ekko bit the space under her ear and while she gasped, he slid two fingers into her. Powder let out a soft moan, her cunt held no resistance, adjusting to his fingers quickly. Her nails jabbed into his skin as he thrust into her. They started soft, slow, when his fingers curled they hit her sweet spot. Powder started rubbing circles around her clit while his trusts became rougher and rougher. Powder wanted to curse, call his name, something, but it all came out as whines.

The tension in her stomach built up way too quickly, or cunt started to constrict in sweet agony. She would hardly get one more stroke before she came and squirts over his fingers. Before Powder could catch up, Ekko sucked the cum off his fingers and placed his head between her legs. “Ekko..” she lulled over his name, he pressed his lips around her clit, sucking hard over the bead of nerves. In response, Powder let out a loud moan, her legs began to quake at the tension. He didn’t stay too focused on it though, his tongue licked from her entrance all the way up. A string of slick stuck to him. One of Powder's hands found solace in his hair, with the other gripped her (wet-) sheets. The back of her thighs rested on his shoulders, now he could feel her legs subtly shaking under his touch.

Ekko took to fucking her with his tongue, his head moving up and down her cunt. His nose rubbed against her clit as he did so. “Ekko..please..” she sighed in pleasure. He hummed in response, the vibration making her wince. “I won’t last..” At that, Ekko gets a smug look on his face. He speeds up, Powder grips his hair tight but he keeps going. “Damn-” she said through gritted teeth. Ekko's hands are on her thighs, gently massaging them. Powder clinched her jaw as her second orgasm hit her. He still didn’t stop.

He wasn’t eating her out for her pleasure, but his own. He won’t be satisfied until she’s very sensitive. His mouth stayed latched onto her. Powder tried to scoot up but he pulled her back down, now biting and sucking at her flesh. This time he focused his attention on her clit. His lips locked on it, sucking harsh enough to bruise, and his tongue swirled over it. Both of her hands were on the mattress, her hips began to lift off of it, but once more he pushed them back down. It was too much.

She grabbed a pillow to muffle her wretched moans until he knocked it away from her. He released her, “c’mon Bunny, you know I want to hear you.” He said. She followed his voice like a command. The room filled with her whining and half sobs. The third orgasm made her limp. He finally let her go, going up to her lips, kissing her with so much love. His hands cupping her face and hers rested against his biceps.

“Are you sure you’re ready?” He asked. “Yes.” Powder responded. Ekko nodded and stripped. She watched as he did. It wouldn’t be the first time she saw him so bare, but everytime just mesmerizes her. Ekko keeps himself well kept, going to the gym in early mornings, eats healthy, and has a healthy sleep schedule.

He turns his attention back to her and climbs into her bed. He’s on his knees on the side of her. “How do you want to do this?” He asked. “Hmmm..” she pondered. She then turned his direction and laid on her side, one of her legs was in the space between his while the other bent around his hip. (girl- I’m not even gonna stress trying to describe it. Sex position 165: bow.) “you sure this is what y-” “yessss come on before I chicken out.” She commanded. Ekko nodded and freed his dick from her boxers. Powders eyes widened at the view of it. The tip was big enough on its own, but from then on it just grew thicker and thicker. If they were in missionary, she was sure it would reach her bellybutton.

The longer she stared the more nervous she felt. “Hey,” Ekko's voice paused her thoughts. “Remeber, we stop on your say.” He told her. Powder nodded. She took a couple of deep breaths before she focused back on him. “You can put it in.” She said, he leaned back some before running the tip of his dick along her slit. She shimmered every time it came in contact with her over sensitive clit. Once coated, he slipped the tip in, letting out a soft groan. Powder rested a hand on his thigh, and he placed one of his on top. “Breath deep baby…” he said. Powder sucked in a breath as he slid inside. Eventually, he reached her hymen, causing her to tense some.

Ekko placed a hand on her shoulder, rubbing her, trying to console her. “Baby you have to relax.” He said.  Powder was still stiff, trying to calm herself but it didn’t work. He reached down to kiss her, the more he placed the less tense she became. With his lips on hers, he continued to slide into her. She squeezed his thigh as her hymen tore. A cry came from her throat but it only lasted a second. Ekko pushed all the way until he bottomed out, releasing a breath against her neck. “There you go Sweetheart..” he smiled. He sat up and placed his hands on her knee and hip. He pulled out of her slowly, her grip on him so tight. A sigh escaped their lips. He picked up the pace when he slid back in. He pulled her hip toward him as he thrusted, forcing moans from her throat.

She didn’t object to the speed, or the roughness. Ekko gripped her thigh tightly trying to stay up, but he was losing his patience. His hips were slapping against hers. He lifted her leg up, gaining a new angle to fuck her from. When he trusted her eyes widened and her mouth fell open. “Ekko.” She choked out. His name out of her lips, full of lust, snapped at the thin thread of his patience.

He slammed into her hips, setting a brutal pace. Powder repeated his name like a mantra, the hand that was on his thigh trying to tap out. Her cunt tightened around his pulsating dick. He was so deep she could swear he was close to hitting her cervix. Ekko leaned down, wrapping a hand over her throat. Not to choke her, but to hold her by. Her eyes started to tear up and lips started to pout as he looked into her eyes.

Each time he hit that spot her feet felt as if they were tingling. Tension built up in her stomach, she was so close..

“There you go, pretty girl..” he cooed, kissing the corner of her eyes. “Let me make you feel good..” he whispered. Her cunt started to constrict, and at the feeling he thrust into her harder. “Relax baby, I can tell you’re close.” He told her, she whined as her orgasm passed through her. She squirted all over his lap, and he kept going. “Good girl,” he praised as he fucked her through it. “Ekko..” she whined, “slow down… I’ll cum too quickly..” she mumbled. “Now, Bunny, you’ll take anything I give you, okay?” She softly scolded. Powder whined again but nodded.

He kept her until his grasp, never easing up on his thrusts for 30 more minutes. Powder couldn’t form anything coherent. She would cry, or pant like a bitch in heat. He finally slowed down before he came. “Pull..” was all Powder managed to say, but Ekko understood her all the same. He pulled out of her and slid his dick between her thighs, coating her lap and sheets in cum.

They spent the next few minutes catching their breath. Powders cunt was flushed and sore. She shivered as she sat up. Ekko climbed out of the bed. “Ill grab a towel to clean you up. Do you have any other sheets?” He asked. Powder nodded. “My closet..” she said. Ekko went into her bathroom and brought back a hot damped towel, wiping her clean, pressing quick kisses on her cheek and whispering words of reassurance.

He helped her back into her satin robe and changed her sheets and comforter. She dumped the sheets in the washer as he made her bed. When she came into her room, Ekko was there, just in his boxers and a shirt. He smiled at her and patted to the side of him. She closed and locked her door, hopping back in bed with him. He wrapped his arms around her, peppering kisses over her face as the cover swallowed them whole.

Shortly, they found each other asleep in each other’s arms.

Chapter Text

When Powder was younger, no one made her more upset than a plain face liar. Even her parents weren’t exempt from this. She would stay up all night to prove her parents wrong about Santa being real. Once her dad caught on, he dressed up but it was too late. From the couch Powder saw him by the wall. “I know it’s you dad. You came out of your room.” Powder deadpanned. A voice too serious for her age. The girl startled him so much, he placed a hand over his chest to catch his breath.

For Easter, she went up to the Easter bunny and watched him. Felicia started to grow skeptical and walked over to Powder. “Honey. You’re staring at the Easter bunny.” Felicia said. “When will he shrink?” Powder asked. “And why would he shrink?” Felicia asked hesitantly. “So I can keep him.” At that Felicia cringes to herself. “Baby, you can’t keep the Easter bunny.” Her mother said. “….that’s dad isn’t it?” Powder asked. Felicia bit her lip. “That’s his hair and his favorite shoes-“ Powder pointed. “Why did you lie?” Powder's eyes grew misty. “No, no honey I didn’t lie it’s just..” Felicia lost her words. Later that day, Powder wouldn’t talk to anyone unless she got a bunny. In the end she only got a chocolate bunny, which still worked.

When she lost her teeth, she was told of the tooth fairy. Once told this, she stopped alerting her parents on her loose teeth and just put them under her pillow. She waited nights and nights until she went to someone. “Vi, is the tooth fairy busy?” Powder asked. “I don’t think so. Why?” Vi responded. “Well, my teeth have been under my pillow for days and he hasn't come.” Powder shrugged. “Oh.” Is all that falls out of Vis 's mouth. That night, Felicia tries to swap the teeth for some quarters but Powder's eyes shoot open. “Mom?” Powder squinted, “shit.” Felicia whispered under her breath. Powder was disappointed again, and gave them all the silent treatment, for about 3 hours until she forgot she was doing it.

The only thing she hated more than liars was lying, herself. Powder would never lie to anyone. Even if it was to protect someone’s feelings. She was as blunt as an accent color, so when she did lie, about the typical, staying up late, if she broke something, or anything of the sort, the feeling made her feel ... .retched. As if she’d literally spill her guts.

Like when one day she chewed Violet's last piece of gum before she went off to her morning lecture.

“I didn’t eat her gum.” Powder pouted, though the look on her face said otherwise. “Pow, baby you’re turning pale. Just tell the truth!” Felicia stressed. Powder just shook her head harshly. Violet sighed and knelt down to Powder. “If you did, I won’t be mad. I just need to know you ate it so I won’t go searching for it.” Her sister reasoned. But it didn’t land. Powder's eyes began to water as she continuously denied and denied. Felicia gave Vi a couple of extra dollars to buy gum on the way there to which Vi was grateful.

Powder did eventually throw the gum up. And then proceeded to sob about it and hide until their father came home.

When Connol made it home, he instantly noticed the pure lack of energy from the living room. “Where’s Powder?” He asked the room, to which Felicia sighed. “I’ve looked everywhere, even her secret spots! No sign of her.” She said, “I thought she left the house until I asked the neighbours, everyone had been outside all day and hadn’t seen her so she’s somewhere in the house.

It was pretty late. The very much alive and awake city’s lights were dimmed by Powder's curtains. The late night traffic nulling to a vacant street. The sounds of laughter reverberated through the night. Vi said she wouldn’t be back until sunrise. Powder rests on Ekko's chest, they both lay in her freshly changed sheets. His thumb rubbed patterns on her shoulder and she could hardly stay awake…

That was until they heard keys jingling at the front door. Powder shot up in an instant. “What the fuck?” She uttered under her breath. “What?” Ekko asked. The door opened, “Powder! I’m back!” Violet yelled. “Shit— closet.” Powder whisper yelled. Ekko got up, no questions asked, and rushed over to her closet. Powder held the door open, one of her hands held a finger to her lips. She closed the door and hurried to her room door, to which Vi was knocking. She unlocked the door but only opened it enough to show her face. She tried to gather her breath before speaking. “Back so soon?” Powder gave a cheap smile. “Yeah, Cait’s parents said they had a work emergency or something.” Vi shrugged. “Just letting you know I’m back, I’m gonna go hit the shower.” Powder just nodded with whatever Vi said. “Are you hungry?” Vi asked. “No, I ate earlier, I think I’m just gonna go to bed.” Powder lied. It almost made her stomach churn. “Alright, love you Blue.” Vi said as she walked down the hall. “Love you too..” Powder replied.

She closed the door to her room, locking it again before going to her closet. When she opened it she found Ekko. Grinning. “She sounds scary.” He chuckled. “Shut up before you see how scary she is.” Powder’s brows furrowed. “I’ll have to get you out when she’s in the shower.” She sighed. “In the meantime,” his hands snaked around her shoulders to the back of her neck. “Can I get some extra kisses?” He smiled. “Really?” She deadpanned. “My sister could come in here and snap your neck and you want kisses?”

“You locked the door. Besides, just something to hold me over before I go home..” he lowered his head to the side of hers, kissing her cheek, ear, and jaw. “Hmmm..” Powder hummed. “Didn’t you fuck me a few hours ago?” She asked. “Not the same thing.” He complained. Powder moved back enough to look him in the eye and give him soft kisses around his mouth. “Now,” she sighed. “I have to get you out of here.”

Ekko sat in Powder's bed, with Powder in his lap, his face buried in the crook of her neck while Powder listened for the water to start running in Vis 's bathroom. Ekko would occasionally groan or sigh, NOT HELPING. Powder would press her thighs together, and when she got too tense, Ekko would slide his hands between her thighs, not returning it to her arm until she eased herself. After 20 minutes of waiting, the water starts to run. “Alright. The water’s running, time to get up.” She said she tried to get up but Ekko didn’t let go. “2 minutes.” He begged. Powder chuckled to herself. “You had twenty. Besides, you'll see me Saturday.” She reasoned. With a deep sigh, Ekko released her.

Powder held his hand as they both exited the apartment. “Where’d you park?” She asked. “Next to yours.” He said. She guided him all the way to his car. Before he went in, he leaned against his door. “What do you want to do on Saturday?” he asked. “I don’t know, maybe we’ll talk about it Friday..” she looked at him. Both of them wore a cheesy grin. Ekko placed a hand on her cheek, leaning in to give her a chaste kiss “I love you Bunny.” He smiled down at her. “I love you too Mr Man.” She smiled back. With the last look, he climbed into his car and watched Powder go back inside.

Once inside she saw Vi in the hallway. “Why were you outside?” Vi interrogated. “I thought I left something in my car.” Powder lied again. The feeling making her chest tighten. Vi sharpens her eyes toward Powder but doesn’t mention anything. “You have work tomorrow?” Vi asked. “No, why?”

“I don’t know…you’ve just been so busy. You wanna just- hang out tomorrow?” She asked. “Sure, I’d love to.” Powder answered quickly. Vi nodded and headed to bed. And Powder followed suit.

The next morning, Vi and Powder ate breakfast like usual, discussing their week, by that, mainly Vi telling Powder all the drama she overheard during her shift. Like how pornobook-guy was caught making out with his best friend by his girlfriend or how this man found out his girlfriend was a furry on the downlow.

“Did you ever finish Final Destination?” Vi asked. “Fuck no, everyone’s like jelly in those movies.” Powder said. “Pleaseee?” Vi gave her sister a sweet smile. With a sigh Powder reluctantly agreed. The sisters had Final Destination playing on Powder's laptop in the bathroom. Vi took to freshening Powders roots with at home bleach and electric blue dye.

“That’s not fair. Wendy should’ve been a fucking final girl.” Powder said, her mouth occupied with gummy candies from the cabinet. Vi huffed at the statement. “Personally I think it should’ve been Clear.” Vi said. “Yeah her too.”

As Vi applied the blue dye, Powder's phone dinged.

💍Mr. Good hands (possible husband) 🦉🤎

Hey Bunny.

Can you come over today?

Powder's chest swelled at the message. She pressed her lips thin and huffed as she typed her response.

💍Bunny (possible wife) 🩵🐰

Sorry, hanging out with Vi today :(

💍Mr. Good hands (possible husband) 🦉🤎

I understand. Have fun! ❤️❤️

Powder smiles, sending him two hearts back. The sisters continue with their day together. Powder occasionally screams at the screen, calling the characters dumb while she dyed Vi’s roots. Splashing each other, rinsing their hair, tossing food back and forth.

After endless nights of irregularities, the sisters were back to normal, just for the night.

-

Afterwards, Powder has now updated the schedule to sister nights with Vi on Wednesdays. They would hang out, occasionally go out to new restaurants and try new foods. It’s pretty hard when her boyfriend is quite clingy. She wasn’t going to complain though, Ekko was very affectionate.

He would call her, and make sure he’d schedule dates for the days where she wasn’t busy. On a select few of the days Powder actually had off, she would say she had a long shift and go over to Ekkos. And hey if they both were up to it, they’d have slow, passionate yet torturous sex.

Today was one of those days. God she was so beat. Between actual work days, spending time with Vi. And Caitlyn. And trying to grow her relationship, she was drained. Powder knocked on Ekko's door, her night bag slung over her shoulder, a blanket in her arm and phone in hand. When he opened the door, the aroma of food hit her quickly. “Hey my love,” he smiled and pulled her into a hug. “Hii!” She smiled back. Powder walked inside and Ekko closed the door behind her. “Busy week, huh?” He said, trailing behind her. Powder looked over to the kitchen, there was a pot on the stove. “You know it.” She sighed. “Go wash up, I’ll get you a bowl.” He told her. Powder nodded and went off into his room.

Powder unloaded her bag into the bottom drawer of his night stand, where she mainly kept sleeping clothes, garments and snacks. Now complete with some baggy jeans and one of her favorite band tees.

She twisted her hair into a bun before heading over into his bathroom, taking a steamy shower to release this week's tension from her muscles. She also kept some of her favorite scented soaps in his shower. And her favorite pair of slippers by his bed. Basically his house is her second home.

She shut off the water, and wrapped herself in a towel. Powder threw on a cotton gown that ended midway through her thigh. The sleeves short enough to cover her shoulders. By the time she made it to the hallway she had her slippers on, her blanket still under her arm, dragging herself back into the common area. Ekko was on the couch, two bowls on the table when she reached him. He opened his arm like an invitation to which she didn’t hesitate to invade. He handed her a bowl as she curled into him.

“I’m soo tireddd….” Powder whined. Ekko kissed her head. “Just relax for a couple of hours,” he said. The two of them ate in silence, Powder nearly falling asleep on him. The soup he made wasn’t helping either, it was so good she could pass out right there. Ekko gently took the bowl out of her hands and wrapped his arms around her, maneuvering them both to lay on the couch. Her head was tucked under his chin, her lashes fluttering against his neck. It was only Noon when they fell asleep together. Powder's mouth opened while so. Drool dropped down his neck, and when Ekko woke up he felt it instantly.

“God girl,” he laughed internally. He didn’t want to wake her, though the woman was a heavy sleeper. He lifted her slowly and placed back on the couch, taking the bowls back into the kitchen. It didn’t take long for Powder to start to wake without him under her. Ekko was able to wash the bowls and pot, letting them dry before wiping down the counter before Powder started searching for him.

“Ekko?” She called, her voice softer and more raspy from sleep. “Yes dear?” He called back from the kitchen. He didn’t hear much besides Powders slippers gliding across the floor before she rested her head against his back. “Come back to sleep..” she whined. “It’s cold without you…” Ekko could only smile, she had him wrapped around her finger.

He finished wiping before putting the towel in the corner. He turned to her, his hands going to the back of her thighs before lifting her up. She jumped along with him, wrapping her legs around his waist. Her face was buried in the crook of his neck. “Okay okay, we can go back to sleep.” He said. He carried her all the way to his room. The two curled into his bed and slept the afternoon away, before sleeping Ekko set an alarm for 6:30pm, knowing that’s the time Powder usually had to head back home.

As Powder was fast asleep, Ekko could only stare. Not to be creepy, but to admire Powder's relaxed features. The girl goes to work and tries her best to make the relationships in her life work, even at the expense of her own stress.

As the clock got closer to 6, Ekko placed kisses around her face, getting a soft smile in response. “Why are you up?” She whispered. “Not,” kiss “sleepy.” Kiss. As his lips trailed down her neck, soft moans left both their lips. Hearing her pleased was enough to please himself. “Well I am…” Powder breathed, her face growing flushed. “You need to get up.” He said. His lips traveled lower and lower, Powder's legs separated by his hands. Her crotch against his. “Come on Bunny, I can’t have you sleepy while you drive.” His breath flowed against her collarbones.  “I won’t be— ahh…— if you let me sleep..” her brows furrowed. He was growing hard and she could feel it. His dick was heavy against her cunt, making her throb in response, her clit began to swell and grow sensitive.

“Hmm..” He moaned against the crook of her neck. He sucked and licked back up her neck, under her ear with his hardening cock rubbing against her cunt. “Please, can I kiss your lips?…” he begged. Powder smiled. He was so dominant. Fixing her hair whenever, guiding her through crowds with his hand on her lower back, or pulling her close, or holding her hand. Telling her to sleep when she wouldn’t. Telling her to eat when she forgot or was too tired. Helping her bath when she is exhausted. And he was so nice about it, Powder never hesitated to do what she was told. It was like her body would respond to him before her mind could compute anything. Something as much as him coming behind her and placing a hand on her hip could make her excited. But when he was at her mercy, he would beg, and whine for her. The action makes her heart swell. Sometimes she’d play the villain, act like she didn’t care until he was a begging mess, other days she’d cave in and let him have her.

Now with him before her, she was aching. Heat began to spread to her count quickly, especially with him begging. “Yes, you can honey,” She said, her voice soaked with sugar. Ekko lay on his side, his hands spread her legs. He kissed her swollen clothed clit. Her panties started to darken. He continued to place wet kisses over her clit, his own garments growing tight. He  used his hands to slide down her panties, a string of slick going down with it. Underneath, there was her slick covered puffy cunt. A trimmed bush on her pelvic area, her lips soft and wet. He left them far down enough for him to have his head in between her thighs, his lips around her now bare and sensitive nerves.

One hand gripped her thigh while the other was focused on his bulging boxers. Powder but her lip, trying to stifle any moans, is anything, she had her hands in his locs, pushing him more into her. The more he tasted her on his tongue, the harder he grew. He was starting to pulsate. Ekko's hand slipped into his pants, gripping the base of his dick before stroking himself slowly. He wouldn’t dare finish before her.

He sucked and pulled at her lips, causing her to let out a slightly audible moan, to which he pulled away, “Come on Precious, I want to hear you,” he said, he squeezed her thigh tightly. Powder let her lip go, and when she did, he went back to sucking on her clit, circling his tongue over it. Her moans released breaths that fanned him while he ate between her legs. He flattened his tongue and licked up her slit, collecting slick on his tongue. The salty and sweet liquid made his hips subtly jerk. He stroked himself quicker. His tongue teased the top of her clit. Making a mess of the slick he just licked up. He wrapped his lips around her clit once more, having Powder gasp. He sucked, and continued teasing her. “Ekko!” Powder stressed. “Please…” she sighed. Ekko hummed in satisfaction, the vibration almost sending her over the edge. He released the reddening flesh, kissing her lips, sucking up any slick around her entrance. Powder wouldn’t take it much longer, she released his locs and reacted for her clit, to which he caught, his hand no longer wrapped around himself, just twitching and throbbing with interest.

“Mm-mmm.” Ekko hummed in disapproval. Powder's face began to pout, her eyes began to mist. “Ekko please!” She begged. “Stop teasing, please please let me cum,” she whined. Ekko only smirked at her begs. “Show me your tongue,” he commanded before he licked more slick from her cunt. He gathered it on his tongue before hovering over Powder, the hand on her thigh coming to her jaw, his fingers pressing into her cheeks, holding her mouth open. He opened his mouth, letting the mix of her slick and his spit on her tongue. He let go of her jaw, leaning further over to kiss her hungrily. Powder returned the kiss, just as needy. The kiss was short, Powder was close and he wanted to keep her that way.

He leaned away from her now, on his knees, his hand still holding his cock. Powders cunt still a flushed pink. Ekko tilted his head to kiss her lips, sucking the puffy flesh as he pulled away. The action of getting a squeak out of the blue haired girl. His tongue slid side to side, sweeping across her clit. Powder placed a hand on his shoulder, nothing more than a panting mess. “Don’t stop. Don’t stop. Don’t stop.” She whispered. And he didn’t let up. He locked his lips on her one last time, sucking hard, licking over her now raw and over sensitive clit. It was starting to hurt but it felt, so so good. He pumped his cock quicker, each whine and whimper from her throat making him closer and closer.

“Fuuuck…” is all that Powder can say, the word coming out involuntarily. She leaned back into the pillows. Ekko moaned, knowing the vibration would go straight to her clit. With his tongue circling her clit, and vibrations on top of that, she came. Her cunt flexed and ached while she did, and Ekko licked up and down her slit, licking and eating any contents that spewed from her. Powder's eyebrows furrowed, her lips snarled, and an inaudible moan would come from her mouth. It didn’t take too many pumps after hearing Powder for him to cum in his hand, the load almost spilling from his cupped hand.

While she came down from her high, he kissed her thighs. Her flushed cunt still aching. Powder reached for his hand, and brought it to her mouth. “Bunny what are you—?” Powder turned the cupped hand toward her mouth, the thick substance landing on her tongue. “Powder.” He looked in disbelief. She swallowed his cum, smiling at her achievement. “It would’ve been a waste!” She reasoned. Ekko could only smile and shake his head. He got from between her legs, slipping her panties back on before laying beside her.  He put his duck in his pants, and went to the bathroom to wash his hands. Powder is taken aback when he crashes back into bed and smothers her with his arms. “Ekko!” She giggled. “I have 30 minutes left with you,” he smiled and peppered her face with kisses. “Oh my god,” her face flushed. She turned toward him and wrapped her arms and legs around his torso.

They spend the last thirty minutes exploring each other's freak. Verbally.

“How do you feel about leg humping?” Powder asked. “With pants or no?” Ekko asked. “Either way.” Powder shrugged. “Don’t know,”

“I’ll probably do it if we do get married,” Powder said, she toyed with his hair as she spoke. “What about cock warming?” Ekko asked. “Married. I call it Powder Premium. You have the free trial right now.” Powder shrugged. Ekko laughed at the name. “Hm, guess I better upgrade then,” he said, he kissed her under her eye. After that little session they did, Powders features looked softer, brighter. Genuinely relaxed.

The alarm on his desk went off. “RAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHuuuhhh” Powder groaned, she sloppily slid off the bed headfirst. “I know baby,” Ekko said, sitting up. “I don’t wanna go homeeeee….” She whined, “but at last, I have two lesbians waiting back at the house.” Powder got up. She turned off the alarm and changed back into the clothes she had before. Ekkos kissed her goodbye at her car door before she headed back home.

When she pulled in, she sat in the driveway, contemplating on going inside. With a sigh, she got out of her car and skipped over to the door. When she opened it, Caitlyn and Vi were already there, food already on the table. “Hey Vi, hey Cait.” Powder said. She felt too good to be pissed with Caitlyn’s existence, who would when you know you’re going to most likely get eaten out or even railed the next day.

Vi and Caitlyn are thrown off with the lack of snark in her tone. “Hey Blue. Must’ve had a great day at work today.” Vi smiled. “Yep.” Powder said. Throughout dinner, she ACTUALLY paid attention. Did it kill her high a little bit? Yes. Absolutely. But she did it with a smile on her face. “So what happened today that was so great?” Vi asked.

“Um.” Powder stuttered. “Some brat uh. Got what he deserved. Yeah.” Powder chocked out. Vi narrowed her eyes, she could see Powders face begin to pale. Powder was starting to regret eating, saliva filled the back of her throat too soon. “His mom was a dick too so seeing her freak out on someone was frustrating. But at least her kid got some character development.” Powder shrugged. She tried to stuff her face with a roll to prevent any bile from coming up. “Uh huh.” Vi said, her skepticism grew under her gaze.

Through the dinner, Powder talked about other days. Sometimes when she’s too tired to talk about the day she’s had she pushes it off. Gives her backup stories to tell without having to come up with a lie. After dinner Powder cleaned up the dishes, watched a movie with the lovers then kissed Vi goodnight. When she skipped away to her room, Vi trailed her until the door shut.

“She’s up to something, but I just don’t know what.” Vi mumbled. “I know, not one sharp glare my way, or sly remark.” Caitlyn backed. “Notice she was…glowing? Like- I’ve never seen her so…sunny.” Vi said. Caitlyn just hummed. “…I’m gonna figure it out.” Vi said bluntly. “What if she’s just really happy with work?” Caitlyn tried to object. “She was lying the whole time, her face grew paler and paler. I know my sister.” She debunked. Caitlyn sighed, “and how do you plan on figuring it out?” Cait asked. “ I can tail her for a few days—” Vi pondered. “Absolutely not.” Caitlyn shut down. “Maybe just wait until she comes to you about it.” She proposed. “And if she doesn’t?”

“I’m sure she’ll tell you. In the meantime, let’s enjoy this version of Powder. No snark or mean comments.” Caitlyn reassured. Vi just sighed and leaned into Caitlyn.

In her room, Powder lay on her bed, her iPad in hand and something playing on her tv. She was texting Ekko about their date tomorrow. They settled on a movie night, and he promised to show her how to cook one of her favorite dishes. She texts him goodnight and buried herself in her bed, ecstatic for her date in the evening.

As the week passed, Vi notices Powders supposed lies are growing by the day. Her skepticism almost leaking into her tone.

“So, Pow anything interesting today?” Vi asked. Powder didn’t look up but she paused. She tensed. Powder recovered quickly. “No, same old same old. I have a few documents I need to write and list requirements. My boss said I can start messaging around with models! So I guess that’s something.” She shrugged. “That seems great, Powder.” Caitlyn chimed. Powder gave her a nod and finished her food in silence.

The rest of the dinner was full of plans Vi and Caitlyn plan to carry out through the week. Powder barely pays attention. She rushes to clean and get into her room. All Vi can do is just look at her irregular behavior.

Vi and Caitlyn sat on the couch, Caitlyn watching the TV and Vi watching the door to Powders room. “It’s been a week and still..nothing. She’s getting quicker with her cover stories.” Vi speculated. “I can’t take it much longer. She’s always off to her room.” She sighed. Caitlyn just furrowed her brows. “Vi, your sister is grown. If she doesn’t want to tell you she doesn’t have to.” Caitlyn said she's grown exhausted from this conversation. “Cait, that’s the thing. She tells me almost everything—.” Vi whisper-yelled. “Okay okay. Look. I have someone who owes me a favor,” Cait stated. “I’ll ask if he can trail your sister. Okay??” She said frustrated. “You need to relax. Every time you’re with me you’re always talking about her. I want us to talk about ourselves. Not your sister. Not a lot of work, just us.” Caitlyn placed a hand on Vi’s knee. Vi gave her a grateful look.

By the next day, Caitlyn had a woman.

Lest.

She wasn’t hard to miss, especially since she acted very catty.

Violet and Lest exchanged numbers when they met. Now Vi could focus on anything else besides where her sister was.

The first few days were simple. Work, home, and cafes on occasion. Powder wore an exhausted face every time.

That was until— her sister would go to some person's house on Saturdays coming out with a brighter expression. She would have blankets, clothes, bags, anything she had in her room, she brought over to that house. And it wasn’t far from the apartment.

Powder in the mornings would tell Vi she’s off to work, but Lest would send pictures of Powder pulling into this house, and coming out with some larger man. He looked as if he could be in his 30’s—

Lest would send over pictures of videos of Powder and the man, touching. His hands all over Powder, and she didn’t look a bit repulsed! Some pictures would show them close enough to kiss, the way Powder looked at him was more than friendly. She was able to catch a picture of Powder with visible bruises on her neck and collarbones.

Lest

2 attachments.

I have reason to believe they’re together. That’s pure speculation on my part though.

Violet

Do you think you can dig anything on him?

She’s never really mentioned this guy, I hadn’t seen him at all.

Lest

I can, just give me a few days.

And through those days, Vi can make out Powders schedule. Powder has work on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Wednesdays and Saturdays, she's with him. They either go out on dates or stay inside of his house. They can’t see much either, the windows are covered with plants. Lest was able to pick up on a couple of their conversations, ranging from disgusting lovey dovey mess to absolutely disgusting dirty talk. Luckily, Vi was spared the details on both. The only things they actually talked about that weren’t full of saccharine or lust were

  • being tired about this weeks routine.
  • Building their relationship.
  • Discussing boundaries.
  • Sharing stories about each other.
  • Trying new art stuff (???)

It felt weird knowing things about the person you care about, things they don’t know or don’t want you to know. Lest texts Vi Wednesday night, sending information about— Ekko.

Lest

The man is Ekko Bennett

Age: 41

A ceramics professor at Zaun: College of Engineering and Arts. Parents are still alive. Does personal art commissions.

The guy has a clean slate.

Violet

Thank you.

Now something else is ringing in her mind. Powder would send her messages like

‘My professor taught me how to make a pot :P’

‘I’m practicing how to make trinkets. Will be late.’

She always spent longer on campus every time she had this man’s class. Vi wanted to throw up. Was this man— toting with her sister?? No. Absolutely not.

Vi couldn’t grasp the concept. If someone was being creepy with her, why didn’t she say anything?? And why did Powder keep going back??

Next Saturday, the only thing on Vi’s mind was, “She’s with him. She’s with him. She’s with him.” Lest texted her saying they weren’t at the house. They were on campus. Lest could get a better view, nothing was blocking the windows. Powder seemed to be helping him clean, before he sat down on a chair by his desk.

Vi’s anxiety calmed some, they were in public, nothing could go too wr—

Lest

Your sister and he are getting too close for being in a ceramics room. They’re definitely together.

VI’s heart sunk into her stomach. She was pissed at time degree. Mainly at the man, because he should know better than mess around with college girls— and some at Powder. For not saying anything. For hiding it. They agreed to never hide anything serious from one another. Well Powder?? This is pretty fucking serious!

Vi moved on autopilot, leaving Caitlyn’s and going home. She gave Powder a text, saying they need to talk immediately. Vi paced the house, endless (and useless) cleaning. (Which didn’t need to be done, Powder cleans every time she gets the chance—) sitting. Standing. Arguing with herself. She couldn’t sit still for the life of her.

When she heard the front door open— “Vi?” Powder called. Her world stopped. Vi met her by the door way.

“You’re fucking your professor.” Vi said. She wanted it to come out like a question but it sounded more like a statement. Powder brows furrowed. The grip on her bag tightened. “How do you know that?” Her tone deepened. “Don’t worry about that. What the hell Powder?” Vi yelled.

“What Violet? I’m an adult, he’s an adult, what does it matter?!” Powder yelled back. “What does it m-“ Vi cut herself off. “That man is twice your age. He only wants you because you’re young!” She stressed. “That’s not true!” Powder defended. “He actually sees me! For me!” She pointed to herself. “Look. If you actually had relationships before that I’d maybe believe you, but this man is the first person I’ve ever seen you with! You’re young. You’re naive. Why not go after someone who’s your age?” Vi argued. “Because I don’t give a shit about all of that! Just because I’m young doesn’t make me stupid.” Powder spat. “You sure because you’re acting pretty dumb right now.” Vi spat. Powder stared in disbelief. The sisters take a moment to settle.

“Listen. I know you may think you’re in love with him, but there’s people out there your age. Who won’t fetishize you for your age—”

“I tolerate Caitlyn day in and day out and you just call Ekko a creep just because he’s older than me. You don’t know anything about him besides whatever your fucking source told you.” Powder snarled. “Pow-”

“I don’t have the patience to deal with you right now.” Powder said. She pushed past Vi, instantly dialing her favorite contact in her phone before slamming her bedroom door. Vi could only sit at the dining table. Trying to think of ways to help her sister.

On the other side of that door, Powder went into her bathroom, where Vi couldn’t hear her choked cries. On the other end, Ekko picked up.

“Hey Bunny, everything okay?”

“No, No. I need you to pick me up. Please.” She begged.

Alright, okay, I’m on my way.”

Powder didn’t hang up, and either did he. She could hear the beeps in his car as he took the 30 minute drive from campus to her place.

I’m almost there. Just hold tight.”

He said. He reassures her every couple of minutes, to which she was grateful. When he finally told her he was here, she bolted for the door. “Powder.” Violet called but she wasn’t hearing it. She was out the front door. Vi chased after Powder as she crossed the street to the dark green car across the street. She climbed in, slamming the door. “Please, just drive.” Powder stammered. “Okay baby.” He said. Vi got closer to her door. “Pow! Please get out! You shouldn’t be with him!” She said, pointing to Ekko. She was giving him a look of anger. If they could kill he’d be done for.

Ekko pressed the gas, speeding from the neighborhood. Powder bit the nail beds on her fingers. Nearly bleeding. Her eyes were red and wet. When they made it to his place, he held her hand. She was quiet and let him lead her through. He sat her on the couch, and he sat next to her. He wrapped an arm around her and pulled her close. Powder started hiccuping, trying to suppress it. “Breath Baby…” Ekko commanded, Powder tried to regulate it but it was hard. “I’m guessing she knows now?” He said. Powder just nodded.

Ekko sighed and tried to soothe her. He asked if she was hungry to which she didn’t answer. He asked if she was tired to which she didn’t answer. He asked if she wanted space to which she shook her head and pushed herself more into him.

Ekko held her all night. She would start crying every few minutes. He told her, “it’s okay Bunny, just give her time.” He said. He rubbed her back, made her a small pot of potato soup. He was attentive all night. Kissing her, cuddling her. While she brushed her teeth before bed, he wrapped his arms around her from behind. Stroking her hair.

In bed, Powder finally became more conscious of the land of the living. Crawling out of her mind before sleeping.

“Do…you think I’m terrible?” Powder asked. “No, baby why?” He asked in response. “I lied. And lied and lied until I was caught in it.” She frowned. Powder closed her eyes, before her eyes could mist more. “No baby…” Ekko assured. “Look…we hadn’t been completely honest with our families. Your sister didn’t know and my parents don’t know. But there’s still time to fix it…” he told her. Powder slightly nodded before scooting over towards neck, her hand planted by his neck.

Powder eventually tired herself out internally, having her pass out before anything else could form in her mean brain.

Chapter Text

Powder and Vi were always inseparable.

Until they fought. Like all siblings did.

They would stay feisty until they inevitably forgot whatever they were fighting about and go back to being glued together.

Felicia came home from work when she heard her youngest begin whining.

“You did that on purpose!” the termite hollered.

“Oh my god. Powder I apologized already! I’ll buy you some more!” The older one stressed.

Their mother could just shake her head as she walked over to her girls. ‘Hey!” she called, calling their attention. “What are you guys fussing about now?”

“Violet ate my chocolate!” Powder pouted. Her cheeks were flushed with – very tiny – rage and wet with tears. Vi deadpanned back to her mother, exhaustion obvious on her face. “I told her I would buy her another.” She responded. Felicia hummed and reached for the youngest, picking her up and holding her to her hip. “Pow, baby. She’s getting you another one.” Felicia tried to reason. The blue one just rested her head against her mothers chest, she wore herself out with the crying.

Later that evening Vi went out and came back with another chocolate. “Pow! I have something for you!” Vi called. Powder came to Violet, a pout very adamant on her face. Vi lowered to her level. “Here,” she extended it to Powder. “For earlier. Sorry again.” her sister said. Powder took the chocolate and nodded. “Forgiven.” and walked away. Vi could only smile and roll her eyes as the little tyrant walked away, scarfing the sweet down.

But things changed from then.

After their parents they couldn’t afford to get in several, sibling typical fights.

  1. Vi was hardly the sibling anymore. She had to be the parent
  2. They had no one else to run to besides each other.

Arguments now were quiet dinners, looks of either harshness, or exhaustion. In the end they would always circled back to each other. They didn’t have a choice. At the end of the day, it didn't matter if they were mad or not. You huff it out, and go back to your sister open arms.

Right?.....

»»

The morning was hazy as Powder woke. Her sleepiness being lulled by Ekko's soft sheets. Her eyes struggled to stay open. She could feel his slow, soft breaths fan the top of her head. Her forehead rested on his collarbone, his shirt balled in her fists like he would’ve drifted from him in her sleep. Powder could feel his arms around her. One on the small of her back, the other on her lower hip.

As much as she enjoyed the morning, her mind came back to the truth. They had another argument, only this time, it wasn’t a petty dispute.  light, reality flooded back in her mind. Vi was pissed, and she was avoiding her. With a sigh, she removed herself from Ekko’s chest. Her body felt sluggish. Her feet hit the cold floor. Each step she took, only grew colder and colder, the shock waking her up.

Powder just sat in the living room, the tv on low, and her mind running.

Vi’s probably at home seething. Disappointed. What would she say when she goes back home? How could they fix it now? Sure it’s a petty dispute but to Vi this is something deeper. Part of Powder's brain was pissed at Vi for being mad. She was an adult! She knows what she’s doing! And she doesn’t care. Ekko is gentle with her. Loving. And patient. He wouldn’t use her just because she’s young… right?

Her brain is too much of a mess to hear slippers lightly scraping against the floor. Ekko stood behind her, gently putting his hands on her shoulders giving a gentle squeeze. Powder is spooked a bit out of her thoughts, whipping her head back toward him, letting out a breath she didn’t know she was holding.

“Good morning Bunny.” He greeted, placing a kiss on her head.

“G’morning..” she said. Her voice is heavier with emotion that she’d like.

“Still hung up on yesterday?” He asked. He moved around to sit next to her on the couch. Powder snuggled herself in his arm. Huffing a sigh out of her nose.

“Yeah…” she sighed. Ekko turned to her, waiting for her to continue. “It’s just… we’ve had our petty moments. Stupid shit like who ate what or randomly blowing up on each other after a long day. Now? I just don’t get it. Part of me is mad that she’s upset at me— but I can make my own decisions! Ekko, she’s been treating me like a child! Lately she’s been letting up on it. Not bothering me about if I’ve eaten or if I’ve showered like I’m incompetent. But now she acts as if I've fully lost my mind!” Powder ranted.

Ekko pulled her closer, smushing her. “have you told her how you feel?” Ekko asked. Powder just shook her head. “Do you want to know?” He asked once more.

“I don’t know!” Powder stressed. “On one hand I do, but on the other I understand that I’m like her little child but I’m not anymore!” One of her hands is expressive.  Her fingers spread like a cat's claws for defense.

Ekko gently grabbed her wrist and laid her hand back with the other. “I think it’s best if you let her know.” He said.

“I’m not ready…” Powder said. Ekko placed another kiss on her head.

“It’s fine, as long as you tell her eventually how you feel.” He muttered into her hair. Powder leaned into the touch.  She spent the rest of the morning curled under him. Clung to his arm, followed him around the house. Anything to mentally prepare to deal with Vi. Ekko hadn’t objected either. She could feel her anxiousness radiate off her, making him somewhat nervous.

Evening came around, Powder hadn’t uttered a word since morning.

“You think your sister’s home?” Ekko asked. Powder just shrugged. “Probably.”

“Should we go over and talk with her?” He pressed. Powder just pushed herself more into him. “Come on Bunny. We have to go eventually.” He said. “Exactly. She can wait a few days.” Powder sassed. “You have work tomorrow and you don’t have your uniform here.” He told her. “Shit.” she grumbled. “My window is unlocked.” She shrugged. “Powder.”

“Please don’t make me go.” she begged. “We’re going.” He said, standing up from the couch. Ekko stretched before walking back to his room. “Come get dressed,” he called to her. Powder just sunk more into the couch. “I think he can tell me what to do. I ain’t movin’” Powder mumbled under her breath.

Five minutes pass, and Powder still has her heals dug in, Ekko comes from the back room. “Come on,” he demanded. “I really don’t know who you’re talking to now.” Powder said, looking at her nails. Ekko  came behind her, wrapping his arms around her torso, picking her up. “No! Please!” She pleaded, against her mood, she was smiling at his absurdity. “I asked you once, and you didn’t move.” he smiled.

After dragging her to the back, and getting her dressed, (she hit him a good amount of times too-) They finally made it to the car. The ride back to her place, Powder's anxiousness filled the car. Her leg was bouncing, she would bite pieces of her lips. Her nails clawing at her arms. Ekko tried to give her some peace, a hand on one of her knees, squeezing every now and then. The 30 minutes felt like 2 hours. The drive felt like they were going in circles.

They made it to the front of the apartment. Powder's lips formed a frown, she turned toward Ekko. “We just need to talk, that's all. Then we can leave. Okay?” He reassured me. Powder nodded and waited for him to open her door. He held her hand as they walked up the stairs. Powder unlocked the front door, wishing, hoping this woman had work.

Fuck her in the ass because Vi was on the couch. With Caitlyn. “Fuck.” she mumbled under her breath. Vi just turned to look at her, her brows furrowing when she saw the man behind her sister. “Heyy….Vi..” Powder forces a smile on her face. She tried to block Ekko from her vision, (which she fails. This man is big.)

“What is he doing here?” She asked. Venom in her voice.

“Uhhh.” Powder stalled. “Emotional support.” She said, Which isn’t wrong– Powder might get more mad, or guilt will make her cry. Embarrassingly.

“Uh-huh.” Vi deadpanned. “I need to talk to you.” She glanced over. “Alone.”

Powder side-eyes toward Ekko who was looking at her too. “You can wait in my room.” She said, jotting her head toward her door. Ekko just nodded and left for her room. Powder turned her attention to Vi, before she could say anything Powder pointed to Caitlyn. “She’s still here.” She pointed out.

“She’s in this discussion.” VI said. “Literally how?” Powder deadpanned back.

No answer.

Caitlyn just got up, whispered whatever the hell in her ear and left for Vi's room. “Powder.”

“Violet.”

“Powder, that man is twice your age.” Vi said she got up from the couch walking over to her sister. Powder did a fake gasp, adding to her theatrics. “Oh my god, really? Yes, Violet, I know that. I also know that I am grown.” Powder pressed. “That man is a creep for wanting to date his students!” Vi pointed out. “So you think he only wants to be with me because I was one of his students? Because I’m sure he would’ve left me weeks ago.” She sassed

“You literally just graduated Powder, you’re making a big mistake!” Vi yelled.

“Well if I'm making a mistake then it's my decision!” Powder stressed. “My decision! If i want to fuck up then I guess I’ll fuck up! It’s like I can't do anything that might let me mess up! Violet, I’ve done nothing but be perfect, done nothing but what I was supposed to. If I'm hooking up with an asshole then it's my decision!”

“Powder if this is about having control over your life, you can do literally anything else!” Vi said.

“VIOLET! Vi. Oh my fuckung god.” Powder put her hands on her head. She still isn’t fucking getting it. “Violet, I don't give a damn about that. What I’m saying is, if I’m making a mistake, then it’s my mistake to make!” She yelled. “I tolerate Caitlyn for you! Swallowing any backhanded comments she makes!” She stressed.

“That’s different Powder, me and Caitlyn were brought up differently, that man is old enough to be our dad!” Violet said. Powder just sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose. “This isn’t going anywhere.” Powder muttered under her breath. “Look. I’m not changing my mind on him. We're going to have to come to some understanding.” Powder said.

“The only understanding we need is you leaving that creep for someone more reasonable.” Vi said. Powder just looked away, slightly nodding. Powder walked away to her room, opening the door speaking lowly enough for Vi not to hear. Ekko came out of the room and Powder pushed past Vi.

The two exit with Powder slamming the door.

She rushes down the stairs, back to Ekko's car. “Baby..” Ekko calls out, but Powder doesn’t hear him. At the door she tries to open the door but it’s locked. “Bunny.” He calls once more. Powder let’s put a huff out of her nose. She can feel Ekko behind her back, his heat radiating off him. He puts his hands on her arms, turning her around to face him.

“She’s being insufferable!” She whined. “I know, I know,” Ekko said. He swallowed her in a hug, holding her tight. Powder just sighed into his chest. He slowly coaxed her in the car, driving her back home. They drove in silence. When they got home, Powder just sat on the couch. Ekko stood behind her, hands on her shoulders. His fingers massaging her. Afterward, he sat next to her on the couch, where she climbed into his lap. He kissed her forehead, one hand resting on her back, the other on her thigh.

“Hey, at least you tried today..” he whispered in her ear. Powder just rested her head on his chest.

He stayed with her on the couch until dinner time. It took him a while to get her to eat. Powder ate slowly next to Ekko who was almost finished. He put the plates away while Powder showered. She didn’t seem talkative in the slightest. Her brain is possibly going a mile a minute.

In the shower her brain asked constantly:

Why is he with me?

Could he really be with me just for my age?

All of Vi’s accusations seeped in her brain. She knows it's foolish letting her sister get to her, but she couldn’t help it. With a sigh she just dried off and came out of the bathroom. Ekko was already in the room waiting for her. She climbed in his bed and into his arms. He cradled her, covering up to her neck. He whispered reassurances in her ears. Something he did often when she was upset, and she adored it. Better than any music, or background noise. Drowning out any rain of doubt her slowly corrupted mind could muster. She finally rested her eyes, but she never lost consciousness.

It was 2am. Powder laid awake in her man's arms. Ekko snored softly into her hair, his breath fanning her lashes. Instead of doubt sinking in, it was late night acceptance.

If Vi wanted to act unreasonable, she could understand that. And she’d just leave her be. Powder was able to accept Caitlyn just for the sake of Violet's happiness, she should’ve been able to do the same. But at the end of the day, the only person she could control was herself. Violet needed to accept that Powder would be her own person, not just some child she could manage.

They were both growing up. They couldn’t change each other even if they really wanted to. It doesn’t mean Powder wants them to grow apart because of this stupid thing. Just the thought pained her.

But she didn’t want to be where her decisions weren’t accepted either. Maybe she could talk with Ekko about moving in? He wouldn't mind right? She's here almost everyday anyways. She keeps the place clean(er than he already leaves it.) and does chores occasionally. Maybe if she told him it was temporary? She let out a puff of frustration, her brows furrowing.

“What’s wrong Bunny?” he asked. His voice raspy with sleep. Scared the shit out of her– Powder got off his chest and playfully slapped his shoulder. “Don’t scare me like that!” she scolded. Ekko only pushed her back down, his hands training up her back.

“You’re not sleeping.” He stated. “Pfft. And how would you know?” she mumbled. “I don’t have a foghorn in my ear.” he teased, earning another slap. Ekko laughed at her, finally opening his eyes to look at the blue haired girl. Powder rested her chin on his chest, pouting. “Seriously. What's wrong baby?” he asked again.

Powder just looked down, avoiding his eyes. “Me and her aren’t going to see eye to eye. Are we?” she asked. “You two might. Doesn’t mean it’ll be an overnight fix. But you don’t have to go through it alone.” He said, bringing his hand to her cheek. “I’m right here with you.” he said. Powder leaned into the touch, her lashes fluttering against his palm. He admires her in silence. Powder opened her mouth to say something but she hesitated. He waited for her. Like usual. He would always wait for her.

To be fair, she has him wrapped around her finger, and she doesn’t even know it. Ekko found her to be what he missed in his life. Someone more saturated, and real. Someone honest.

“Is it okay if I stay with you for a while?” she asked. A warm smile grew on Ekko’s face. “Of course Bunny.” The smile was infectious, spreading to Powder’s face. She scooted up to kiss him. His hands wrapped around her torso. He flipped them to their sides, peppering her face with kisses. The room filled with her laughter. “Okay, now can we go to sleep?” He asked. “Possibly.” She grinned.

She was locked in by his wraps around her. The safest she’s felt in a while. She eventually fell asleep.

By morning, he was up and making breakfast. Her work attire on the back of the couch, (thanks to him grabbing them from her room yesterday.) He had a class later on in the day, so he was in no rush, though Powder had work in an hour. He put off on waking her up, given she slept for 5 hours, but that could be enough right? He’s seen her take on more, with less hours of sleep.

It was 7AM now. He should probably wake her. He plated the food before heading to his room. When he did enter, he found her literally tangled in his sheets. He smiled at the sight. Powder's blue hair mixed well with his black sheets. If you look close enough you can see all the hair strands she lost. He hovered over her and shook her shoulder. “Come on baby, you have to get up for work.” he whispered close to her ear. Powder whined. “They can die.” she grouched on the mattress. Ekko got in the bed, kissing down the side of her face, from the crown, down her neck, over her shoulder. Powder smiled. “See? Why would I get up when all you do is reward me for sleeping?” She said,

Ekko chuckled at her antics and stopped kissing her. “If you want more, you have to get up.” he said, getting out of bed. Powder just groaned in the sheets and reluctantly got up. She followed him out to the living room to retrieve her clothes and headed back to his room. “Breakfast is ready when you come out.” Ekko told her. Powder muttered something intelligible for him to hear. It took Powder twenty minutes to get ready. Half of her hair in buns, the other half loose down her back. She has her usual plum makeup on. Something to seem intimidating toward her coworkers. It saves her time from talking to them.

When she came out, Ekko was already eating. She sat next to him and scarfed down her breakfast. Not because she was in a rush, but because she didn’t eat a lot yesterday and damn she was hungry. “You gonna eat that?” she said pointing to Ekko’s bacon. Ekko pulled his plate closer to him. “Yes.” He smiled. “Theres more on the stove.” he pointed.

After breakfast, Ekko had to drop her off, considering her car was still at the apartment. He kissed her goodbye before going on with his day, which is how life would be from then on forward.

They would help each other get ready for their day, kiss each other goodbye, come home and have dinner. On their off days, they would find the time to go to the apartment and collect Powder’s things while Violet was away. She got in her car, come of her clothes. Just essentials, keeping anything that wasn't a priority in her room. Luckily, Powder had a lock on her door, and a key with it. Something she kept when Vi would piss her off, open her door and leave it open.

She would miss having the simple disputes.

While living with Ekko, this man would spoil her like crazy. Not meaning with money. She’s made it pretty clear diamonds and expensive gifts won’t put a smile on her face. Not as much as handmade or thrifted gifts. She was appreciative for them, but they didn’t mean as much as Ekko’s time a appreciation. She would make him think too like mugs, plates, sometimes cutlery and he’d use them everyday. To a point where she told him he could use the mug he usually drank out of but he declined, saying out of her mug it tasted better.

There hadn’t been a room in his house that hadn’t been passionate about. From kissing, to love making. If walls could talk, they would be loud. Ekko left marks everywhere, now that he could. Powder didn’t care if her coworkers saw, it wasn’t their business. He would leave bruises down her neck, bitemarks on her stomach pudge. Powder loved the way it felt, knowing other people knew she was someone else's.

They would sleep together naked after stressful days, sleeping completely wrapped in each other. Sometimes shed let him lay between her lefts as he massaged his head. Sometimes he’d kiss down her back when she slept on her stomach.

Ekko loved having Powder with him.

Seeing her wake up next to him was enough for his day to go smoothly. Her laugh was like like a hex, casting him under hypnosis. Her kisses like a forbidden remedy. Better than any medicine. Her moans smoother than any glass of whiskey. He was fully entranced by her.

Months melted together in the smell of pine and paint.

She texted Vi for Thanksgiving. Saying she missed her, and wished her well. All Vi said in response was that she was with Cait and her parents. It did dull her mood some but she wouldn’t cave, not when she was meeting Ekko’s parents. Inna and Wyeth were so sweet, she sees were Ekko gets his charm from. Saying she's welcome anytime she’d like. By Christmas, Powder caved.

She went to the apartment. A gift in one hand, her heart in the other. Ekko, of course, was with her. Like before, for emotional support. Powder knocked on the door, hoping she didn’t go off on some rich expedition with Caitlyn.

When Vi opened the door, Powder was taken aback. She almost let a ‘damn’ fall out of her lips. Vi looked tired, mentally. Physically. She didn’t say anything. Powder placed the gift in Ekko’s hands, and hugged her sister, tightly. Vi breathed her in. Powder smells very..not Powder. She smells like pine, with something that was as sweet as saccharine. She looked up from Powders shoulder, shooting an icy glare over to the man standing behind her. Powder must’ve felt it because she pulled back. “Nope. None of that. It’s the holidays.” Powder intervened. She pulled Vi with her inside, mouthing to Ekko ‘close the door.’

For the night, Powder tried to uplift her sisters spirits. Making dinner, putting on her favorite christmas film, but it was hard for Vi. She’s still not fond of him but she was starting to see why Powder liked him. Doesn’t mean she’s gonna tell them that though.

By the end the of the night, Powder was able to make Vi crack. Finally making this woman laugh. She gave Vi her gift, (a candy basket), and Vi her goodbye for the night. The drive home was in a warm silence.

That wasn’t the only gift Powder had. When they got home, she went off to the back while Ekko pours a glass for the both of them.

When she came back out she was in her usual rope. The one she wears when they sleep skin on skin. She walked up to him, placing a hand on his chest. Ekko placed a hand on her hip. “I’d say today was a success.” She smiled at him. “Mhm, she didn’t kill me.” He joked. Powder just hummed and took his lips is a soft, teasing kiss. His hands found her the small of her back, feeling something he knew was not hers. One brow lifted on Ekko's face. “What’s this bunny?” He asked. Powder grabbed his shirt and pulled him with her toward the bedroom. “Come to bed and find out.” She grinned, to which he complied. Powder pulled him all the way until she was at a corner of the bed. When she sat, her legs were spread with enough room for Ekko. Ekko held her back on her knees at each side of his body, pulling her crotch close to his. The anticipation gave him enough excitement to get semi hard. Him rubbing his tight boxers against her covered cunt only got him more excited.

He kissed Powder deeply, sucking in any air she had in her lungs. The kiss growing sloppy as he tongue fucked her mouth. The wet kiss left to the side of her mouth, down her neck, turning her on further, making her cunt constrict. Ekko flipped her over and raised her robe enough to expose her soft round ass. A cottontail plug occupied her ass while her cunt was already wet. Ekko kissed the slick slit of her cunt. Powder let out a soft moan at his contact. He trailed his tongue from her clit up to her entrance then sank his tongue into her. Powder let out a sigh, the feel of his wet tongue against her slimy walls coils the spring of nerves in her stomach. Would fuck her with his tongue then switch to sucking her clit. Just as she’s about to cum from clit stimulus, he pulled back, and rubbed his boner against her cunt. Her slit twitched and she’d let out a squeak every time it brushed against her sensitive pink clit.

She could only lay on the sheets while he tortured her in the best way possible. He edged her until she whined. “Oh Bunny, where’s your patience?” He cooed at her. Powder let out a frustrated groan before pushing her hips against his. “Put it in already!” She pouted. Ekko's hands trailed up her back while he pushed back into her. “That’s no way to ask.” He reprimanded. “Ask politely.” He demanded. With a sigh, Powder obeyed. “Can you please stick it in, sir?” She asked. Her head turned toward him, pleading with her round doe eyes. Ekko pulled down his pants and undergarments, freeing his cock from his boxers. “You want it? Huh bunny?” He asked. “Yes!” She whined, getting desperate. Ekko rubbed his dickhead through her slit, collecting as much slick as possible. “You gonna take all of it?” He asked once more. Powder nodded frantically. “Mhm!”

Her begging was obliged, he sunk his cock deep into her. Pushing their hips together until her cunt swallowed him whole. Powder let out a long soft moan. She didn’t have a lot of time to adjust, Ekko laid on her back, pinning her under him before drawing his cock out to the tip and slamming it back into her. “Fuck!” Powder yelled. Ashamed to feel so full already. Ekko set a decent, mind melting pace. Deep enough to get her cock drunk, rough enough to get her sex drunk. His cock hit all of the spots she needed. She loved the fact he hits her g-spot without effort, but the slight cervix kissing was a bonus. The thought drove her wild with lust.

It’s hard for Powder not to cum every 5 minutes.

“That’s right bunny…”

“You take it so well for me…”

He kept going, even when she tapped out. Leaving her to squirt over the floor. Powder incoherently begged for more, but her body said otherwise. Her eyes were getting just as wet as her cunt, her hands tapping faster than Ekkos thrusts.

“You look so pretty begging…”

“You’re so close, baby, just a little more…”

His words added fuel to the fire.

Ekko slowed his pace until he fully buried himself in her. Powder let out a content sigh-moan as she felt his load fill her. Ekko left hot, wet kisses down her back while she came down from her high. Powder was still panting. Ekko pulled out of her, barely any cum spilling out of her. He leaned down toward her ear. “I’ll be back,” he whispered, and he placed a kiss on her head before leaving.

For the night, she snuggled close, and so did he.

God he loved her, and she loves him.

They wouldn’t have it any other way.

After Christmas, the couple spend their last few honeymoon months on the same schedule. Coming home, eating dinner and being sickening with their passion. They celebrate their one year anniversary with a nice restaurant and a drawing of each other. Powders was more cartoonish while Ekkos had been very detailed. Powder could tell she was his muse, and she was head over heels for it.

He treated her like a princess. A spoiled one at that. Giving her anything she asked for, or anything she gasped at. Powder though that was just him being sweet, oblivious to the power she had over him.

Ekko had made love to her anywhere, and everywhere. Fucked her slow on the couch, rough and sloppy on the coffee table, and he thrusted into her while sat on his lap in his art studio.

Now they operate with less sex, more passion more than anything. Taking naps after work together, watching movies, making a shared playlist. Now after work you can only find powder in Ekkos arms. He tries to encourage her to go out and make friends, but she finds herself not needing to. He was all she wanted. All she needed.

They were together on a Friday night. It was a stressful week. And on top of that, her period was probably about to start. Powder buried herself in Ekko’s arms. He was asleep but she couldn’t. Like usual. The pain kept her up. She told herself maybe that pill she took would solve the issue but that was hours ago. Her periods are bad within themselves, so she never stressed to Ekko about it, but now it was growing intolerable. She let out a soft groan as another one hit. She couldn’t take it anymore.

“Ekko.” She called. “Yes, Dear?” He answered. “Ekko I’m in pain. I can’t tolerate it anymore.” She said, on the verge of tears. Ekko opened his eyes and looked down at her. “What do you mean?”

“My stomach, it’s been killing me for hours, I took a pain killer, I can’t take it.” She stressed. “Okay, okay,” he said. Ekko got up and slid on her slippers before his own. He held his hand out for her to grab. “Come on Bunny.” He said. His tone trying to calm her down.

Luckily for them, Ekko didn’t live far from the public. It didn’t take too long to get to Urgent Care. While waiting, Ekko stuck by Powder's side, trying to sooth her by rubbing her back, holding her when another cramp hit.

“Powder Doux?” A nurse called from the back. With a sigh, she pushed herself up. After describing her pains, and how her periods usually aren’t this harsh, she had to take a pregnancy test and wait. God she looked miserable. She felt miserable. It hurt Ekko to see her like that. He stood next to her and let her bury her face in his jacket. Finally letting herself cry. Ekko ran his fingers through her hair and kissed her head. “It’ll be over soon..” he told her.

When the nurse came back, she had an ultrasound. “Well, Ms. Doux. Your pregnancy test came back positive.” She said,

Thrown off, Powder separated herself, “Okay? Why am I cramping up so much? I can’t be that far along if I am.” She asked. “Not sure, that’s why I brought the ultrasound.” The nurse said. They ran the ultrasound and yeah. Powder was very pregnant.

“Ms. Doux, you’ve carried this baby full term.” The nurse said, wiping the gel from Powder's stomach. “How when I’m not even round?” She asked.

“It’s a condition, cryptic pregnancy. Some women don’t find out until they’re in labor, and you, Ms. Doux, can pop by tomorrow. I suggest you check in at the women’s hospital.” The nurse warranted. “By tomorrow?” Powder asked once more. “By tomorrow, yes.”

Now discharged, the two made their way to a women’s hospital. Ekko cancelled all classes for the next week. Powder filed her maternity leave. Powder was still distraught when she got a room. Ekko beckoned her to just lay down.

“I’m gonna go pick up some stuff tomorrow, but for tonight, just rest, okay Bunny?” Ekko told her. Powder just nodded and sunk into the sheets.

By morning Powder laid awake in her bed. Ekko was out, so it was just her.. and the baby too she guesses. She didn’t want to watch TV but it was playing in the background anyways. She drank the (stale) water. And waited.

Ekko walked up the apartment door, hoping Violet was home. He knew she wouldn’t want to talk unless Powder was there but he didn’t really care. He knocked gently on the door, patiently waiting for her to answer. With a groan behind the door, Vi opened it, and rolled her eyes at the sight of him. “Where’s my sister?” She asked.

“In the hospital right now,” he said,

“Why? What’s wrong?” She cut him off before he could continue,

“She’s pregnant, and nervous. I was wondering if you’d like to come by? She could really use your support-“

“No.” Violet said. “I told her to leave you alone and she got pregnant by you, now she wants me to come to her rescue? Like she said, it was her mistake to make.” Violet spat. The nerve only pissed Ekko off more than usual.

“No Violet. She doesn’t want you to come to her rescue!” He yelled. “I'm asking you because YOU’RE her sister. I can’t give her that familial comfort!

I don’t give a rat's ass on what you think about me, but I’m coming here for her sake, finding you knowing you could possibly make her feel more relaxed. But if you don’t give a shit then why am I here.” He said storming off. He can admit, he shouldn’t have blown up at Vi, but now was not the time. Vi looked conflicted as he left, stewing on what he said. “Maybe when you get some sense you’d actually consider being there for your sister.” He grumbled. Vi was able to pick it up and furrowed her brows. She slammed the door. She does care for her sister. Who was he to tell her?

When Ekko returned, he put on his best poker face. He had a bag full of her clothes, his clothes, breakfast, some baby essentials like diapers and gender neutral clothes.

Powder's eyes were puffy, signaling that she’s been crying. “Sorry I was gone so long, Bunny,” he said. He sat everything on a couch and came over, wrapping his arms around her. Powder melted into him. “I thought you left for good,” she said. “Oh no baby.” He pulled away, wiping her eyes. “I’d never leave you sweetheart.” He said, kissing the corner of her eyes. After holding her for a while she wiped her face. “The pains are back..” she whispered. “Did you tell the nurses?” He asked. She shook her head no.

Ekko ended up calling the nurses and getting Powder settled trying to get her comfortable. It seems she had the baby in the oven and it was ready to come out any hour now. God she was nervous. Just last week she was planning to ride Ekko until he started whining as pay back. Now that’s postponed 6 or more weeks..

She was swaying side to side. Ekko had been a good help but she’s still shook. Within hours the pain grew more and more,

Skipping the dramatics— Powder was frantic by midnight. She was fully dilated, not prepared for anything. Ekko talked her into an epidural, telling her it should dull the pain by sometime. By the end of it, Powder was still freaking out. Ekko tended to the baby while calming his lady down. Letting Powder hold their now newly born daughter after helping her collect her breath.

She adored their baby’s face. She wonders if this is how her mom felt looking in her and Vi’s face for the first time.

Shit.. she needs to tell Vi that she had a kid. Maybe after the first few days. How would Vi react? Knowing her sister, she’d act all dramatic and act the same way she did when she found out Powder was fucking Ekko. According to law, Ekko and Powder had 10 days to find a name. Maybe they’ll find some time between a nap time for the baby.

For the first day, Powder was exhausted. But to be fair, she had no mental preparation, and not a single clue on how to parent. That doesn’t mean she’d let it show. She hid it well, but Ekko could tell. He didn’t mind taking care of his girls, though that didn’t mean he didn’t need help. When the baby was asleep, they discussed what they could do. They would have to put together their savings for a larger home. For now they could find a bassinet for their room. Powder's body wouldn’t feed their daughter, which wasn’t a surprise. Her body wouldn’t show she had a baby, her body didn’t acknowledge it either.

When they were discharged, Ekko called his parents over for help. Powder was tired but wouldn’t take a break, Ekko was growing tired too. Inna and Wyeth came down. They had several questions. Why didn’t they tell them about Powder's pregnancy, why they didn’t have a name.

“We didn’t know until the very end.” Ekko said. The baby fast asleep in his arms.

“My body didn’t show signs or symptoms. I still menstruated, I wasn’t sick. Until one night I thought I lacked total electrolytes. My stomach ache turned into a person.” Powder explained. “I spent most of my energy freaking out… now I’m just tired…” she said.

“Well sweetheart, I can see why you two needed our help.” Inna said. “Wyeth and Ekko can take care of baby girl, while I help Powder get adjusted.” She said.

“While she naps, we can build some sort of schedule.” Powder added.

The four built some sort of plan for the baby. Baby Blue (an agreed placeholder) was asleep, and so were Powder and Ekko. Thankfully she slept a lot which gave them time to take cat naps and plan a schedule.  For the next couple of days, they made a schedule to adjust to. Powder took a maternity leave from her job while Ekko took his paternity leave. While watching Powder hold and care for their baby, he could feel himself growing more protective over her. More possessive of her. Around the house he would clean whatever needed to be tended to, then glue himself to her side for the remainder of the day.

Watching Powder coo at baby blue only made his heart melt more.

“We only have two days left, Bunny. Got any name ideas?” Ekko asked.

Powder hummed in ponder. “I like the name Willow..” She said, her eyes never leaving the chubby face of her baby.

It didn’t take long for Ekko to think it over. “I love it.” He smiled. Powder looked at him with a wide smile. He placed a chaste kiss on her lips.

The first week passed and Powder was surprised at Ekko and his parents' patience. to which she was grateful for. She had not the first clue on raising children.

While Inna fed Willow, a knock hit the door. Powder went to open the door and audibly gasped when she saw Vi. She wrapped she in a tight hug instantly. “You don’t know how happy I am to see you!” Powder said. “Come on in!” Powder invited to which Vi accepted.

Vi trailed behind Powder, a little thrown off to see two extra people here.

“Inna, Wyeth, this is my sister Vi.” Powder introduced. “These are Ekko’s parents.” Powder beamed to her sister. Though Vi wasn’t fond of him anymore, she could see how much it meant to her sister. So she pushed through her stubbornness. “Hey,” she smiled at the older couple.

Powder immediately walked over to Inna for her baby and picked up baby blue. “Look look look!” Powder said, her face full of pride. Violet had seen her proud of her academic achievements, but never so proud. “She’s so cute!” She cheered. Powder showed Vi her baby, and her heart warmed instantly. It was like seeing Powder as a baby once more, just with a darker complexion. “This is my stomach ache. Her name is Willow.” Powder explained. “Stomach ache?” Vi asked. “I’ll explain later.” Powder brushed off.

Violet enjoyed her stay over with her sister and the new baby. She was close to never letting Willow go. Powder had been right, the baby is cute. Trance inducing cute. She did have some sort of attitude. She would roll her eyes when someone spoke too loud, and cry when Powder was too far away or too quiet. In the arms of Ekko, she would take cat naps. At Vi, she would scrunch up her face. With Inna and Wyeth, she didn’t complain. They loved her. By late noon, Vi had to leave. Having work in the morning.

“You better come back later.” Powder demanded. The sweet smile on her face said otherwise. “I’ll be back, I promise.” Vi smiled back.

The new parents figured how to settle in for the night, Willow's bassinet on Powder's side, since she can’t go without seeing her mothers face. In bed by 6pm, Willow asleep by 7pm, shower and sleep by 8pm.

It’ll be hard, but Ekko is determined to go through this with Powder. He would do anything for her. Anything with her. And he knew she’d to the same.
