Chapter Text
Trevor and Derek began the recap.
"Last time, on Disventure Camp! Amelie and Marissa were faced with a game-changing decision and had to choose between 3 gifts to take back to their team. Marissa let Amelie walk all over her and gain an Immunity Totem, while she took back a supply kit. The two agreed to a fabricated story, though Amelie seemed to have some conflict with her team regarding it. Spencer and Jade discussed forming a majority alliance, but their plans changed when Amelie barged in on their meeting and the two were convinced to add her to their alliance to use her as an extra vote and shield. Hannah tried fixing Amelie's attitude, but Amelie decided she wasn't in need of fixing. Natalia tried getting the Girls to agree to an alliance, which worked. Logan approached Alessio and tried getting him to open up but failed miserably. The challenge saw the campers having to duel each other above a pit of mud. It was close, but in the end the game was decided in a match between the two team leaders, Marissa and Diego. Diego narrowly won it for his team, sending Blue to elimination. Lynda caused a commotion in front of the team, reprimanding Marissa for losing the game point, but Anastasia wasn't having it and pulled her aside. Ted overheard this conversation and planned to use it to rally the Guys together to counter the Girls. Among the Girls, Lynda pitched Ted as a vote due to him confronting her over the Girls Alliance. Marissa wanted to repay the debt she owed him, though, and so the target was shifted to Alessio, which Lynda didn't appreciate. Among the Guys, Ted struggled to get the intellectually inferior group together in an alliance, but convinced them to target Natalia in the end, not wanting to upset his potential allies. Ted approached Marissa and Lynda before elimination, aiming to secure his safety and an alliance. In the end, Ted's pitch swayed Lynda and she flipped on the Girls, causing a tie due to Alessio throwing his vote to Ted due to his distrust of him. In a rock draw tiebreaker, Natalia was sent home as the first boot. 17 are left, who will be going home tonight?"
---
The intro plays.
The Carnival of Chaos opening sequence begins as the camera pans out to show Derek and Trevor before zooming into the Stawaki Carnival as it pans past Emily. It then shifts to Alessio and Logan. The former is painting the Eiffel Tower, while the latter is playing with a jousting stick before they both draw their attention toward a butterfly.
Next, it shows Benji and Hannah happily conversing before Amelie hands Benji a stack of wooden planks—Hannah is angered as Amelie interrupts their conversation before the two get startled by Benji tumbling over. After that, Anastaia rides down a broken Ferris wheel, excitedly greeting Marissa, who happily helps her get down. It then cuts to Richard and Lynda arguing with each other before Ted breaks them up. After that, it cuts to Natalia and Isabel, the latter attempting to take a selfie before bumping into the former; the two are excited to see one another as Isabel takes a selfie of the two. It then cuts to a zoomed-in shot of Spencer, who is pondering a note he is holding before Diego startles him by excitedly greeting him, causing the former to stumble backward, stumbling into Jade, who pushes him into Diego's open arms. Afterwards, it cuts to Zaid, Tristan, and Ivy, Zaid blowing a kiss to Ivy while holding a stack of pancakes as she dramatically responds to it in awe, the two leaning into one another as Tristan leans down, coming back up and cuddling a purple sloth plush.
Next, all the contestants walk in groups of two to pose together for a group photo—the opening sequence concluding with Emily seemingly annoyed as Derek and Trevor affirmingly nod at one another, the camera panning out to an overhead view of the carnival as the logo appears on-screen.
---
The Blue Team walked back into camp. Ted strutted forward with a smirk on his face before turning back to face the Girls.
"Well ladies, it would seem that your plan to blindside us failed." He noted. Isabel smiled at him.
"That as a good blindside, Gordon." Ted smirked at her.
"Stay on your toes, sister." He turned to go to the shelter. Isabel frowned.
Confessional:Isabel
"Natalia going is bad. She was my closest ally here. Without her, there isn't really anyone I can trust or share my plans with. On top of that, the Girls Alliance was a total bust. I'm not really sure where to turn to next... The men? Ted is weary of me, and Lynda is unreliable. I could stay with the Women, but that just leaves me on the bottom. And the 4th option is working with Alessio and entertaining his crazy conspiracy theories... sigh. I have a lot of work to do."
Confessional:Ted
"Last night couldn't have gone any better for me! Natalia's gone and the Girls alliance is now dead in the water before it could ever get off the ground running. Now all that's left is for me to pick up the pieces. But what I'm left with is a fragmented team and an unstable majority coalition. I have to ensure that CERTAIN people remain loyal."
---
Ted and Lynda walked along the beach holding barrels of water. Ted turned to Lynda with a frown.
"Hey, uh- Thanks for, you know, voting with me and everything." Lynda smiled at him.
"Oh, don't mention it Ted." She said. Ted raised an eyebrow at her.
"I'd like to know why though. You had a majority with the women, why turn on them?" Lynda sighed.
"Well, it's just... that Anastasia, she reminds me of my kids, and the way she treats me..." She trailed off, and Ted seemed confused.
"If she acts like your kids, shouldn't you have aligned with her?" Lynda shook her head.
"I love my kids, but they act a little... difficult sometimes." She admitted. Ted nodded.
"Yeah I feel ya, I've got a wife and a kid back home, and they can both be a bit much as well." Lynda gasped and then grinned at him.
"Oh yea, you're married?" Ted smiled at her and chuckled.
"Yep. I know it seems that a guy like me would be single, but this old bear was lucky enough to find someone who actually loved him." Lynda nodded.
"Yeah, you could say we're both lucky to have a family. How about we talk about em- My oldest son's just graduated." Ted grinned at her.
"Oh, what? No kidding? Wait, where's he headed?" He asked. Lynda sighed.
"Well, 'ya know, I want him to go to college, but he's got his dream set on riding off into the sunset with his girlfriend, "happily ever after", 'ya know." Ted nodded.
"Ugh, kids right? Y-y-you raise 'em your whole life, but they'll choose some, like, random pimpled flunkie over you!" He exclaimed. Lynda chuckled.
"Too true." Ted then bent down and scooped some water up.
"Well, that was a fun conversation. And, uh... by the way Lynda, I'd love to you know- be your number 1 ally or whatever if you're up for it." Lynda smiled.
"I think I'd like that Ted." Ted returned her smile with one of his own, and the two fistbumped. Anastasia then marched up to Lynda.
"Lynda! What the hell was that back at the elimination!? Why did you betray us!?" She asked enraged. Lynda rolled her eyes.
"Why are you surprised? You and you're little G.I Jane girlfriend treated me like crap! I told ya'll I wanted the vote to be on Ted, but ya'll just wouldn't listen- It's like I said, when a gal don't feel like she's bein' appreciated, she has to do something about it."
Anastasia glared at her. "Why on earth would you work with that walking, talking sleazeball!? Marissa is more trustworthy than he could ever be!" Lynda rolled her eyes.
"Maybe, maybe not. But if you really thought that, why didn't you agree to vote for him then?" She asked. Anastasia's resolve faltered for a second
"Well, that is... I- Marissa wanted it, so I supported her. She's our leader after all." Lynda narrowed her eyes at Anastasia.
"See? There you go, always diverting back to Marissa. It's clear you didn't have my best interest at heart- not you, not the leader girl, and not the nun either. ya'll would rather be loyal to each other over me. It was clear as day I was on the bottom of that group, so I did what I had to do." Anastasia glared at her.
"You'll regret this Lynda! I will not forget this betrayal, and I'll ensure you go home." Lynda laughed at her face, causing Anastasia's glare to deepen.
"What is so funny you insufferable ved'ma!?" She asked. Lynda immediately stopped laughing.
"You and what army Anastasia? Face it, you're on the bottom, and lil ol' Lynda's gonna pick ya'll off one by one. Better hope we win the next challenge- oh, and the one after that too."
Anastasia glared at her back as Lynda walked away.
Confessional:Anastasia
"Ugh, I hate that old rat. But... she has a point. Me, Marissa, and... Isabel are severely outnumbered. We need to find a way to fight back against the boys and Lynda, but I'm not sure how."
Confessional:Lynda
"I'm done lettin' that little russian bitch boss me around! From here on out, Lynda's taking control of her own destiny."
Confessional:Ted
"I didn't come here to socialise, but with how unreliable and stupid my allies are, I probably need to actually bond with them- at least a little bit to ensure their loyalty. And besides... Lynda was surprisingly pleasant."
---
Most people were asleep in the shelter as Isabel stole Richard's hat and placed it on her own head, then proceeded to try and drift back off to sleep. Alessio was muttering to himself as he stared down at the ground. Logan looked over concernedly at him and walked over to him.
"Hey man... Whatare you doing?" He asked. Alessio raised his head and raised an eyebrow at him.
"Greetings, my muscular friend. I was simply contemplating how Ted is playing us all." Logan sighed as Alessio rolled his eyes.
"Come on, Logan, you must see it! The man is a liar. He's using all of us!" Alessio exclaimed eccentrically. Logan looked at him sadly.
"Alessio, come on, man..." Alessio sighed.
"Logan, my friend, I'm afraid that the man of the cards has blinded you. I'm not sure how- he seems terribly incompetent, but I must warn you that you cannot trust him! He will betray you the first chance he gets." Logan crossed his arms and shot Alessio a stern look.
"Oh, really? Cause last thing I remember is that YOU were the one who betrayed us last elimination and almost messed up the numbers for us." Alessio faltered for a second before regainging his resolve.
"That may be so, but I had good cause! Ted clearly had dealings with the women if he managed to convince Lynda to flip. He went behind our backs to converse with her!" Logan just gave him a confused look.
"Uh, Alessio? He literally told us he was going to try and flip her..."
...
...
...
"Oh." Alessio said meekly. He seemed to be spacing out, and Logan waved his hand in front of his face.
"Uh, Alessio? You ok, bro?" He asked. Alessio smiled emptily.
"Yes... Everything is.... fine. I... Um... I need some time alone. I must... gather more evidence in my growing case against Tedford. I shall see you later, amico." Alessio waved him goodbye and walked away, causing Logan to just stare after him, confused.
Confessional:Logan
"I'm a bit concerned over Alessio. I'm glad I got him to open up, but it looks like ever since he disregarded his painting obsession, he's just traded it in for a hobby of trying to prove Ted is untrustworthy. sigh. I just hope his new... passion doesn't result in the others getting fed up with him."
Confessional:Alessio
"AGH! Absolutely pathetic! Insermountably absolutely utterly unacceptable! First, I fail at being an artist, and now I fail at proving Teddington Gordone's deceit and lies! If I can't even convince others to distrust an obviously deceitful man, what good am I for anything?"
---
Jade was on the beach scouting around for an Idol, but she didn't really seem to be having much luck
"Hmm... Now if I was an Idol where would I be?" She asked. She then sighed and facepalmed.
"Ugh, what am I thinking? That line of thinking is stupid. I should-"
"What are you doing?" Amelie asked as she walked up to Jade.
"Oh, hey Amelie! I was just... going for a nighttime stroll?" She asked with an uneasy smile. Amelie narrowed her eyes at her.
"Sure... In any case, I was thinking we should discuss some strategy. Jade, we have each other and Spencer, but in case your brain hasn't comprehended it yet, we are only 3 people. We need others to work with us if we want to succeed." Jade nodded slowly.
"I was more focused on making sure we had a core group first, but the thought had crossed my mind. Still, you make a good point Amelie." Amelie smirked at her.
"Of course. I appreciate the praise. I did wonder who we could add, but I realised I don't really approve of ANY of our teammates as their all incompetent. After all, that is the reason I approached you and Spencer for an alliance in the first place. Who would you suggest?" She asked. Jade pondered for a second before responding.
"I think we should add Diego to the alliance. He seems to have taken a... liking to Spencer, and he's the leader of the team AND our strongest member. It would be beneficial to have him on our side." Amelie nodded.
"A wise choice. Out of all those buffoons, Diego is the one I would have the most faith in to be a reliable alliance partner." Jade nodded.
"Right. We need one more... I know you won't like to hear this but... I think it should be Benji." Amelie's eyes widened.
"Q uoi!? Why him!? That imbecile has only a singular functioning brain cell and will contribute nothing to our strategy! All he's good for is making dirty jokes that are in poor taste! Why not someone like Tristan?" She asked. Jade sighed.
"Look, I understand your apprehension- Trust me, I'm not thrilled about it either- but in every alliance, someone needs to be on the bottom, and Benji is the perfect guy for that. Having him on our side takes the heat away from all of us. Besides... I think you need a shield with the amount of enemies you've been making..." Amelie sighed.
"Fine. I'm not happy about it, but sacrifices must be made. Au revior, Jade." She waved Jade goodbye and left.
Confessional:Jade
"Few. I think that went well. It's pretty hard, but I think I'm doing a good job at finding a balance at appearing to not be too smart to catch Amelie's notice and allowing her to take control while also reigning her in and offering my own input. It's probably for the best that she approached me anyway, it wouldn't have been a good look if Spencer and I just recruited Diego and Benji into the alliance without her knowledge."
Confessional:Amelie
"As annoyed as I am, Jade made some good points. I have made enemies with a large majority of my teammates, and in order to stay safe, I will have to use the idiot as my meatshield."
---
Jade and Spencer were walking together in the woods when Jade signalled for them to stop.
"Alright? Is this place good?" Spencer asked. Jade nodded.
"Yes, I doubt anyone will overheard us now." Spencer smiled before raising an eyebrow at Jade.
"Alright, partner, fess up- What is this about?" He asked. Jade sighed.
"I talked to Amelie last night, and I told her about who we were to include in the alliance." Spencer nodded.
"Makes sense. But I'm sure that isn't your only reason for bringing me out here, is it?" He asked. Jade cracked a smile.
"Perceptive as per usual. In any case, I think it's pertinent that we get our hands on the Idol before anyone else does. I'm going to go and look for it- I need you to distract the others to give me an opening." Spencer raised an eyebrow at her.
"And how would I do that, exactly?" Jade put a hand to her chin and thought it over for a second before coming to a decision.
"Go talk to Diego. Considering your influence over him, you should be able to convince him to do another one of those "group yoga sessions" he's been planning." She offered. Spencer nodded.
"Well... I suppose that IS the easiest way to get everyone in one place together and distract them for a long enough time so you can find the Idol... Very well, I'll do it. But what if he, or anyone else for that matter, suspects something is up? It WOULD be a little bit suspicious if I just asked him to do a group yoga session out of nowhere, after all." Jade nodded.
"You raised a good point. Well, maybe try flirting with him, or something? I don't think people will suspect you have ulterior motives if you act like you want to do it just because you want to see Diego flex his muscles, after all." Spencer blushed furiously.
"I- W-What!? You want me to... flirt... with Diego!? N-Not that I don't want to but it's just... Agh!" Jade chuckled at her friend's flustered reaction.
"Look, I don't want to force you to go out of your comfort zone, but right now we both have reputations as... strategists, for lack of a better term. This is the only way I can think of that will make it NOT come off as a strategic move. Besides, I think it's pretty in character for you. You seem like you would enjoy watching him stretch his muscles, after all." This caused Spencer to blush even harder.
"A-And what gave you that impression!?" He asked, clearly flustered. Jade shot him a deadpan look.
"It's obvious. Just do it, ok?" Spencer put a hand to his face in embarrassment and groaned
"Fine... It's for the game! That's the only reason why I'm doing it!" Despite his statements, it was clear Spencer himself was unsure if he really meant that. Jade chuckled.
"Alright, go back to the shelter, and I'll go looking for the Idol."
"R-right... Of course."
Confessional:Jade
"Look, I like Spencer, he's a good guy and all, but he's kind of easy to read. I think Diego is obviously into him, and I'm pretty sure he feels the same way. I just hope he doesn't let his feelings get in the way of the game."
Confessional:Spencer
"Jade raised some good points. It's imperative that she finds the Idol before anyone else. If someone else got their hands on it, that wouldn't be good for our alliance. So it's up to me to distract everyone else... I just have to remember... It's for the game... Definitely for the game."
---
Spencer walked up to the shelter with an unsure expression on his face. He closed his eyes and breathed in.
"Just remember... It's for the game." With his self-assurance out of the way, he walked over to Diego and sat down next to him. This caused a bird to flutter away. Diego looked over at Spencer curiously.
"Hey Diego... It's uh... Pretty hot in here, isn't it... Though I'm sure that's because of you!" Diego raised an eyebrow at him.
"Spencer? Are you... feeling ok?" He asked. Spencer gave him a strained smile.
"Why wouldn't I? Everything's better when you're here, of course." He finished the sentence while intensely blushing, which caused Diego to blush as well before he chuckled.
"Well, Spencer, I am flattered but... This conversation is a bit weird. Mind spelling it out for me?" Spencer flushed and nodded frantically.
"O-oh! Of course, my apologies. I was simply wondering if you could uh... Flex your muscles for me? They're pretty big... and strong... and whatnot." Diego seemed a little confused, and Spencer flushed yet again.
"And of course, with how good they are, you also use them quite efficiently for yoga! Considering what a success your previous group yoga session was, I think it would be a great idea if you did it again. It would ensure that team morale is high for the upcoming challenge! That's definitely why I want it to happen and not because I want to see you stretch those big muscles of yours or anything like that..." Diego still seemed a little confused, but then smiled and stood up, offering his hand to Spencer. Spencer smiled at him earnestly and took said hand.
"That's a great idea, Spencer! Your ideas are always good, but especially this one. How about you help me gather everyone? I'm sure the experience will be good to unite us further as a team." Spencer nodded.
"Uh, y-yes, that was exactly my thought process!" He exclaimed. The interaction brought smirks and rolled eyes from people around the shelter, but soon enough, the entire team sans Jade was gathered for a yoga session.
Confessional:Spencer
Sighs. "Nailed it!"
---
The entire team was gathered for yoga when Zaid, Tristan, and Ivy began speaking.
"Ooohhh! Baklava!" Tristan said confidently. Zaid smirked at them.
"Pistachio, hazelnut, ground cinnamon, sugar, and ground clove." Zaid replied with a grin on his face. Tristan smiled at that
"Impressive!" They exclaimed.
Zaid smirked. "Come on, guys, you have to give me a one that's harder than that!"
Ivy nodded, ready to step up to the challenge. "OK, uh... pastilla!" She remarked. Zaid scoffed.
"Ivy, come on! Warka dough, squib, shredded chicken, or lamb." Tristan sighed.
"Ugh... this game is making me hungry." They admitted. Zaid grinned at Ivy.
"Ivy, you choose a Moroccan dish I've cooked a million times! Come on, who do you think I am?" He asked. Ivy rolled her eyes fondly.
"Alright, buster, don't let it get to your head." She said. Zaid chuckled and then cleared his throat before putting both of his feet on the ground and disrupting his yoga position, beckoning the two of them closer.
"Alright, so um... What do you guys think of our team? It may be all sunshine and rainbows right now, but when the going gets tough, we're gonna have to vote someone out." HE explained. Ivy nodded.
Tristan nodded. "That is a good point. If anyone, I was thinking Amelie! She's just... bossy." Zaid nodded.
"I agree with that. That lady is nothing but bad news." Ivy narrowed her eyes in the direction of Diego and Spencer as Diego helped fix Spencer's yoga position, which caused Spencer to blush.
"I have Spencer on my radar. After that little display with Diego in the shelter, it's clear the two are getting tight. Not to mention I've seen him talk with Jade a couple times as well." Tristan's eyes widened.
"Wait, tight!? What do you mean by that, Ivy?" Tristan asked with a smirk. Ivy's eyes widened before Zaid grimaced.
"Tristan! Come on! Get your mind out of the gutter. What, has Benji been rubbing off on you?" Tristan chuckled.
"Yeah, well... maybe a little bit." They admitted. Ivy sighed.
"Guys, come on, we have to be serious here! Spencer, Diego, and Jade are shaping up to be a powerful alliance, and we have to take action if we want to remain in control." Tristan looked away, ashamed, and Zaid sighed.
"Alright... harsh, but I see your point. Let's just hope we won't have to decide so soon." Tristan nodded solemnly.
"Yeah... let's..."
Confessional:Tristan
"I feel a little bad being so unserious when we were talking strategy, but I don't really like getting all too serious. Being positive, cheesy, and unserious is just how I roll."
---
Diego walked over to Benji, Amelie, and Hannah and assumed a yoga position. Benji smiled at the three.
"So, who do ya'll think got voted out?" He asked. Amelie smirked.
"If their smart, they voted out the weakest link." She remarked. Hannah scoffed and rolled her eyes.
"Oh, because that's all you're focused on, isn't it? Culling the weak so only the strong can survive?" She asked. Amelie rolled her eyes.
"I wouldn't be so quick to judge if I were you. In my environment, we have no tolerance for weakness. It's a dog eat dog world out there. And in this game, the weak will be devoured. Keeping weak links in the team phase will lesson your teams chance of winning. I'm just being logical. Though as an emotionally charged young teen, I'm sure you wouldn't know a thing about that, would you?" She asked with a snicker. Hannah glared at her.
"Ok, what is your problem!? All you've been doing since you've got here has been insulting us, being bossy, and overall just being a bitch! What's your damage!?" Amelie sneered.
"My problem is when emotionally immature young woman such as yourself don't know your place." She spat. Hannah gasped in shock before returning to glaring at her.
"OH, that's it! I've tried to be kind and pateint with you, but I'm done with this! You need to change your attitude Amelie, or else." Amelie chuckled.
"Or else what? You'll vote me out? As if an inexperienced recruit such as yourself has the knowledge and expertise to pull off such a move." Hannah pouted and glared at the ground, though she knew Amelie was right. The two's arguing had attracted quite a crowd. Benji was staring at the two with his mouth wide open.
"Well... shit." Was all he said. Diego frowned and sighed, getting in between the two of them.
"Alright you two, cut it out. Look, we're here to have a peaceful yoga session, alright? Save the fighting for later or ah, maybe don't fight at all? Please?" He asked with a pleading look. Amelie turned her head and huffed as Hannah did the same.
"I won't talk to an immature girl such as her." Amelie claimed. Hannah rolled her eyes.
"And I'm not putting up with a pompous, rich asshat like her." Amelie scoffed, The two then walking away and Diego looking between them worriedly as they walked off.=
Confessional:Hannah
"Like I said, I've dealt with a lot of people like Amelie before. Or at least... people who used to be like her. The things is... I really DID want to help her change. But I guess some people... are jus too far gone to accept my help. Besides, doesn't help that she's a total bitch."
Confessional:Diego
"I'm supposed to be the leader, and yet I can't even stop one squabble from breaking out when we're at a yoga session. I wonder what madre would say... Nothing good, I think. I hope I can stop things like this from happening in the future, though."
---
Jade returned from her search not long after, looking incredibly tired. Spencer raised an eyebrow at her.
"Any luck?" He asked. Jade shook her head with an annoyed look on her face.
"None. That Idol is impossible to find. They did a good job at hiding it this season, it seems." Spencer nodded.
"Well it really could be anywhere. I suppose it's always possible that Amelie or Marissa got it from the Journey. I assume we'll have to continue pandering to Amelie to get her to trust us enough to open up about the Idol." Jade nodded.
"Yeah, that's our best course of action. What happened while I was gone, by the way?" She asked. Spencer shrugged.
"Nothing much. Hannah and Amelie got into a bit of an argument, but that's nothing new." Jade groaned.
"Ugh, of course Amelie has to continue making enemies... I know she's a good shield for us, but I also don't want no one to work with us because we're working with her." Spencer shook his head.
"Not to worry. I'm sure I can convince Diego to side with us, and Benji is desperate enough for friends that he'll accept our alliance proposal." Jade nodded.
"Well, one can only hope..." Spencer nodded.
"Exactly."
---
Trevor and Derek stood before the assembled campers with smirks on their faces.
"Red Team, getting your chance to look at the new Blue Team. Natalia voted out at last night's elimination!" There were a few surprised looks at this, and Derek raised an eyebrow.
"Red Team, I'm seeing some surprise! Any reason why?" He asked. Spencer shrugged.
"Well, I figured it might be someone like Alessio. I can't exactly say Natalia stood out in any meaningful way, but she certainly wasn't my pick for a First Boot." Alessio glared at him.
"Well, you thought wrong, nerd man!" Spencer rolled his eyes, but that was the end of the commentary from his side.
"In any case, hope onto the train, and we'll explain today's challenge."
---
Derek and Trevor appeared before the campers on a TV screen.
"Today's challenge will focus... on your fears!" Trevor exclaimed, cackling.
Benji chuckled. "He thinks we're afraid of trains?" He asked Diego who also cracked up at this.
"Your goal is to progress to the front of the train. Each car has a challenge of truth or dare, and every player can only compete in it once. The only way to progress is to finish your challenge. If a player fails to finish a challenge, the entire team gets a 5-minute penalty." Trevor explained
"Since Red Team has one extra member, one person can avoid the hot seat. Who's it gonna be? Oh, and any sit outs will have to compete in the next challenge." Emily explained. Red Team deliberated before Hannah raised her hand.
"I'll sit out!" She announced. Emily nodded.
"Alright, Hannah will be the person sitting out for Red Team then. First up, Amelie, Marissa, Truth or Dare?" She asked. Amelie and Marissa both gave Emily determined looks.
"Dare." Amelie said confidently.
"Truth!" Marissa exclaimed. Emily nodded.
"Very well then. Amelie, your dare is reading this out to your team." She walked over to Amelie and handed her a stack of papers. Amelie raised an eyebrow at this. When she read it her eye's widened in shock before she glared at Emily.
"What the hell is this!?" She yelled. Emily smirked at her.
"It's all the 1-star reviews from your company." Amelie glared at her.
"I don't have any 1-star reviews!" Amelie exclaimed defensively. Hannah scoffed.
"I'm not surprised that you do." She snickered. Amelie glared at her.
"What was that you said, Hannah?" She asked while narrowing her eyes at her. Hannah smirked at her.
"Oh, nothing." She said, smirking at her.
"Alright, Marissa. For your truth, you must rank your team from most valuable to least." Marissa's eyes widened.
"I-I can't do that!" She said, horrified. Anastasia smiled at her.
"Of course you can, it's easy!" Marissa shook her head.
"I care about everyone on my team, it's messed up to rank them publicly like this!" She exclaimed. Emily rolled her eyes.
"Duh? Once you finish you can move onto the next car." She explained.
Ivy, Tristan, and Zaid then peeked over Amelie's shoulder to read the papers. Amelie glared at them.
"Keep your eyes off this garbage!" She shouted at them. The three instantly backed away, scared. Hannah rolled her eyes.
"I wouldn't say it's garbage at all. Makes sense that someone as bossy, rude, and unpleasant as you would get so many 1-star reviews. I bet the people leaving them are actually reasonable, level-headed people." Amelie glared at her and threw the papers to the ground.
" Je ne tolérerai pas ça ! I'm not doing this! I refuse!" She threw the papers to the ground and stomped off, eliciting annoyed glares from the entire team.
Confessional:Spencer
"Look, as much as I want Amelie to be a shield for Jade and me, I also want to actually win challenges. Not to mention the more she makes a target of herself, the more it reflects negatively on us when we try and convince others not to vote her off. I haven't planned ahead for the vote yet, and I'd like the opportunity to win a few challenges before having to do so."
---
"Just do it, Marissa." Isabel pleaded with her. Anastasia nodded with a smile on her face.
"Da! None of us are going to be upset!"
Richard grinned jovially at her. "I've been picked last for dodgeball before, this is nothing!" He exclaimed.
Confessional:Marissa
"I can't do this without putting an immediate divide on our team. No, it's best to stay unified, even if it cost us time."
"Emily, I forefeit!" Marissa announced as she raised her hand in the air. This illicited glares and annoyed looks from a majority of her teammates.
Emily smirked. "Well, it looks like the Red Team and Blue Team both get a five minute penalty! Talk about Drama!~" Everyone rolled their eyes at this.
Lynda glared at Marissa. "Well, gee, thanks for your service!" Anastasia narrowed her eyes at Lynda.
"Do NOT speak to her like that." She growled. Ted shook his head.
"I believe you're forgetting your place, Anastasia. Remember who runs this team? Last I checked, it wasn't you. You know, considering your alliance lost out at the last elimination. Besides, I agree with Lynda, that's gonna cost us!" Anastasia seethed but remained quiet anyways.
Confessional:Anastasia
"I believe in English you refer to Ted as a... "meatrider"! That sounds about right."
Confessional:Isabel
"Look, Marissa's great and all, but I think she's forgetting that our alliance is down in the numbers. The Red Team just through away their shot at getting ahead and we had an easy chance for an advantage... I know she wants to keep people "unified" But she isn't even in the power position on the team!"
Confessional:Lynda
"That Anastasia doesn't know her place. Luckily, Ted is actually a reliable ally."
---
The Red Team and the Blue Team then moved into their next carts at the same time.
"Alright, for Red Team, Zaid is up next!" She announced. Zaid looked at Tristan and nodded at them with a determined expression on his face.
"Emily, I'll go for truth!" He announced. Emily grinned menacingly.
"Describe the worst dish you've ever made." Zaid's eyes widened in horror.
Ivy smiled. "Oh hey, that's not so bad!" Zaid chuckled nervously.
"Uh-huh... Maybe we could choose something else?" Tristan smiled at him.
"What? Bro, you're like-- you're like Gordon Ramsay! Who cares if 'ya, made an undercooked steak once, you know? Come on, just tell her!" Tristan encouraged him. Zaid sighed.
"Ok, Ok! I... sighs I cooked... Koala tacos." Diego's eyes widened in horror.
"I-I think I'm gonna puke..." He admitted.
Tristan stood shell-shocked. "I... I stand corrected." Ivy gave him a strained look.
"W-why the koala... Zaid?" She asked. Zaid sighed.
"I was hired... to! I didn't know beforehand, and I-- I needed the money! I-- [sighs] I'm sorry..." Zaid admitted. Emily rolled her eyes.
"Blue Team, Richard is up for you. Truth or Dare?" She asked. Richard grinned at her.
"Well, I'll pick dare! Hit me with your best shot, Emily!" He excliamed. Emily smirked at him and pulled a chair in front of him.
"You must shave your head!" She announced with a smirk. Richard's eyes widened.
"Oh.. buttertarts."
Confessional:Richard
"When you get older, you tend to treasure the few things that keep you youthful! For me, that's the last few hairs on my head!"
---
Anastasia and Ted tried to force him into the chair.
"Come on, we need to make up for lost time!" Anastasia yelled. Richard gronaed.
"Y-You can't make me!" He whined. Ted grimaced.
"Sorry Rich, but we need to win this challenge." Alessio shook his head.
"No, I agree with Richard here. His last two hairs are his sense of pride in life. For me, my pride was my art. And for him, it was his hairs. Take away a man's passion and inspiration and he's left with... nothing. Is that the kind of man you want to be, Tedford? A man who takes away from others what makes them whole?" He asked. Ted raised an eyebrow at him, unamused.
"Ya done?" He asked. Alessio raised an eyebrow in turn.
"What do you mean?" He questioned. Ted chuckled which just confused everyone.
"I mean... Come on man! I'm a gambler. I literally take away people's earnings for a living, what did you expect?" He asked with a snicker. Alessio faltered. Ted rolled his eyes and forced Richard into the chair.
Emily grinned menacingly as she shaved off Richard's remaining hairs. Richard looked horrified.
"N-NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!" He screamed as he fell to his knees. Emily raised an eyebrow at him, clearly unimpressed.
"Really? All that over just two hairs?" She asked.
Confessional:Richard
"[sobbing] At least... I still... have my... pride."
Everyone then moved onto the next cart. Logan smiled at Richard and put a hat on his head.
"Cmon, coach! Lighten up! You've still got your hat, so no one can even see it! It's like nothing would've ever changed." Richard sighed and nodded.
"Yeah... you're right, son. I can't let this get me down! Let it be known that Richard Miller ain't no quitter!" He exclaimed with determination. Logan smiled at him.
"That's the spirit, coach! Now let's go to the next cart." Richard smiled at him and nodded.
"Right!"
---
From there, a montage takes place: in the third car, Ivy is dared to eat worms, and Ted is dared to bathe in ice-water. In the fourth car, Lynda dares to pet a rabid dog but refuses, while Benji is forced to admit he cosplayed. In the fifth cart, Jade is dared to solve a complicated math question while Alessio is dared to chug an espresso.
---
Both Teams had then moved onto to the next cart.
"Next up, Tristan from Red and Isabel from Blue!" Emily announced.
"I'll take truth!" Isabel declared proudly.
Confessional:Isabel
"It boggles my mind why everyone isn't picking truth. It's just one question. How hard can it be?"
Emily read off of a piece of paper. "Isabel, how did your upbringing contribute to your conversion to the lord?" She asked. Isabel's eyes widened.
"What?" Isabel asked. Emily raised an eyebrow at her.
"Do you need me to read it again, "Sister" Isabel?" She asked. Isabel shook her head.
"No... it's just.."
"I'll take dare Emily!" Tristan announced excitedly.
Confessional:Tristan
"[scoffs] I'm feeling left out. Ted got an ice bath, and Benji got to show off some dope cosplays. Where's my moment in the spotlight, y'know? [chuckles]"
"Tristan! Your dear is to punch one your team members in the face!" Emily announced. Tristan gasped.
"Uh... how hard?" They asked nervously. Emily gave them a relaxed grin.
"Strong enough to hurt, weak enough to not cause a lawsuit." She explained. Tristan looked at the ground uncomfortably.
"Um... I don't know man. I don't really wanna hurt anyone... Can't we just... do something else?" They asked pleadingly. Emily rolled her eyes.
"This is the dare, take it or leave it." Zaid sighed and stepped forward.
"I volunteer to be hit!" He announced. This got confused looks from everybody.
"Um, Zaid... Why, man?" They asked. Zaid sighed.
"Well, you seemed pretty pissed about the koala, so... I thought it's a good time to get even. Don't worry about me; I've been punched before." Ivy grinned.
"Go, Tristan, get him right in the face!" She yelled. Zaid and Tristan both cringed at that.
Ivy raised an eyebrow at Zaid, unamused. "What? You cooked a koala? Those are an endangered species, you know." Zaid looked away from her, ashamed.
"I-I know..." He said weakly. Tristan looked at them with pity.
Tristan then took a deep breath, and... punched Zaid, albeit very weakly. Emily chuckled.
"Aww... not gonna count. Has to be a little harder than that, Tris." Tristan gave their team apologetic looks.
"Come on Tristan, pretend I'm your worst enemy!" Zaid encouraged.
"I ain't got none of those!" Tristan complained. Zaid scoffed.
"Whatever you say, Marilyn Manson!" Tristan grunted and punched Zaid, causing him to fall to the floor.
"And that's a pass from Red Team! Move on to the next cart!" Emily announced.
Confessional:Tristan
"The motto goes, "Don't do unto others, what you don't want done unto you." It's not that deep, but... man, do people need to hear that! Ay, despite the black-on-black, I'm actually a pretty positive person. To me, brooding just doesn't really do anything... except, um, make you miserable. The world keeps spinning regardless if you're frowning or smiling, so... I guess I choose to... keep smiling."
---
"And that was the last time I snorted lines behind the bleachers. If I wasn't already on Jesus' side, that definitely got me there." Isabel admitted as she finished off her explanation. Marissa raised an eyebrow in confusion.
"I... honestly never would've expected someone like a nun to do that, let alone you." Ted shook his head.
"Well, I would've. Isabel's got a good poker face, and I've known from Day 1 that she's crafty. Doesn't really surprise me that she's a drug addict either." He admitted. This instantly caused Anastasia and Isabel to glare at him.
"Say that again, sleazeball?" Anastasia asked menacingly. Ted grimaced but Lynda scoffed.
"Oh, you watch what you say to Ted, Missy! And me, for that matter. It was plain as day that Isabel's untrustworthy. I mean, what kind of nun comes out on a show like this? Besides, you don't got no right to speak up after your little alliance blew up in your face. Far as I'm concerned, you aren't callin' any of them shots no more. So keep yer trap shut, would ya?" Anastasia glared and seethed, but quieted down nonetheless. Ted and Lynda exchanged smirks while Logan and Richard looked around uncomfortably. Alessio narrowed his eyes at Ted.
Confessional:Anastasia
"Oh, how I hate that insufferable old hag! She thinks she can just run the team into the ground!? Lynda is a piece of work. I wish there were some way to undermine her, but she's right. She and Ted hold all the power. For now, I have to keep my mouth shut before us Girls come up with a plan."
Confessional:Alessio
"Ted knowing about Isabel's untrustworthy nature is further proof that he is conspiring with the girls! I must confront Logan afterwards to inform him of my new discoveries!"
---
Both Teams then entered the second to last cart. Emily smiled at Anastasia and Diego.
"Alright you two, it's both of your turns. Truth, or Dare?" She asked.
Both of them replied with Dare.
"Diego, you've gotta fight Freckles Jr. for thirty seconds. Winner doesn't matter." She explained. Diego raised an eyebrow in confusion.
"Freckles.Jr? I can't fight a kid!" Emily chuckled.
"That won't be a problem." She brought a table on wheels out and unveiled a cage, which had a chicken in it.
"Hell, yeah! An easy one!" Hannah cheered. Diego looked at it in horror.
"I... I can't fight an animal. Animals are our friends!" He complained. Amelie rolled her eyes.
"So you forfeit?" Emily asked.
"No, he doesn't. Go, Diego. Go!" Jade gave Spencer a meaningful look, and he sighed before placing a hand on Diego's shoulder while smiling at him earnestly.
"Diego... I believe in you. You can do this! And if you want to make up for it... Well, I suppose you can always... I don't know, help out on a farm when all this is over and care for chickens or something?" Diego blushed.
"W-wow... that's really thoughtful of you, Spence." Spencer blushed at the use of the nickname.
"A-Ah... It's no problem, really. I just want to ensure our team wins by getting you to the dare, is all." He explained Diego nodded, now with a newfound confidence.
"Alright... I'll fight Freckles.Jr." Freckles.Jr then started attacking Diego and he cried out in pain.
Anastasia cleared her throat to get Emily's attention. Emily smirked at her.
"Oh, Anastasia, you're not gonna like this. You have to shave off your eyebrows!" She announced.
Anastasia gasped before glaring at Emily. "Absolutely not!" She yelled in indignation.
Richard smiled at her. "Don't worry Anastasia, it's "just hair." Isn't that what you told me earlier?" He asked her. Anastasia directed the full force of her glare towards him, causing him to step back in fear.
"Come on, Anastasia, it's not that-" Logan was interrupted when Anastasia grabbed onto his shoulders and gave him a menacing look.
"I'll rip your arms off!" She yelled. Logan walked back in fear.
"O-ok... I'm sorry. You can forfeit."
"I guess Kate Moss forfeits! 5 minute penalty for Blue Team."
Confessional:Anastasia
"I'm a model. Looks are everything. At 24, I've already accomplished more than most. I was born to be a model, and superficiality pays very well. But under the constant surveillance of men, I crave to be seen for my intellect and determination. Looks fade. And I need to win, before that happens."
---
Diego finished his fight with the chicken soon enough, though with a black eye, and it was clear the chicken had won despite Diego's immense size. He coughed up a feather, and Benji moved to support him.
"Red Team, onto your last car!" She announced. The Red Team all cheered except for Diego and Benji.
Lynda rolled her eyes. "Guess we're losin' again." She remarked bitterly. Marissa shook her head.
"Come on Lynda, we can't give up now! They can still fail at the last challenge." Ted shrugged.
"Guess we'll see what happens then."
---
Emily smiled as Red Team entered the final Car.
"For Car 8 we have Spencer! Truth, or Dare?" She asked. Spencer put a hand to his chin and considered his options for a second before coming to a decision.
"I'll pick... Truth. I think Dare would be harder." Emily smirked at him.
"Tell us about your previous relationship!" Emily exclaimed all too happily. Spencer's eyes widened in fear.
"Huh? Relationship? Pfft, I never had one." He lied through his teeth. Emily chuckled and shook her head.
"Ah-ah-ah! Lying might work with the contestants, but not us." She explained. Spencer glared at her before looking down at the ground with a remorseful expression.
Diego smiled and placed a hand on his shoulder.
"Spence, don't worry. None of us are going to judge you for what happened in your previous relationship." Spencer shook his head solemnly.
"I'm sorry... it's just something I'd rather leave buried in the past. Thank you for the support, though." Diego smiled at him and placed a hand to his chest.
"Hey, the past is just the past, right? If it makes you feel better, just hold onto me." He offered.
Blue Team then entered the cart.
"Yes! We still have a shot!" Alessio exclaimed.
"Hey, Logan! You're up!" Ted shouted as he shoved Logan toward Emily. Logan smiled at her.
"I'll do dare!" He exclaimed jovially.
"Your dare is... to kiss a model we brought backstage!" Emily explained. Logan now looked even more excited.
Confessional:Logan
"A model?! Bro, who gets this lucky? I gotta look my best for this girl!"
The model then walked into the cart. He winked at Ivy, which caused her to blush and several other contestants were also flustered by him.
Logan had his eyes closed.
"Hello gorg- DUDE!! Th-That's a dude!" He exclaimed shakily. Ted rolled his eyes.
"Yeah, we know. Great observational skills, Logan."
The model winked at Logan.
"Come on, my friend! He is nothing but a man! Every man has a weakness! It is for you to find it!" Alessio exclaimed. Logan glared at him.
"How on earth is that supposed to help!?" He asked. Alessio shrugged.
Anastasia rolled her eyes. "Hurry up, gingerbread! I'm not losing this challenge because YOU want to protect your fragile heterosexuality."
Logan sighed and kissed the model.
"Eh... Erm... Oh..." He maid several noises as it seemed like he enjoyed the kiss. After he pulled away, he blushed intensely while several others were blushing as well.
"The final door is open, run!" Anastasia yelled at her teammates. They obliged.
"Blue Team, finally, wins immunity!" Derek announced.
Marissa smiled as she placed a hand on Logan's shoulder.
"You did good, Logan. Thanks for taking one for the team." Logan smiled weakly.
"Y-Yeah... it was nothing."
Confessional:Logan
"This show is wild. Ah, well... The kiss was fine, I guess. [chuckles] Oh, God, it's the photo montage part; I've been so nervous for this. OK, um... I'm being forced to mention this, but I won third at the Olympics for Canada in swimming last year. Getting praised by my parents and siblings is kinda my bread and butter. Honestly, I feel like, with their support, I can accomplish anything. Still, I would like to keep my accomplishments on the DL for now. Not trying to paint myself as a threat just yet."
---
"Red Team, you've lost your first Immunity Challenge! Pack your bags and head back to camp."
None of the Red Team seemed particularly pleased by this turn of events.
---
Amelie and Jade met up in the woods to discuss the vote.
"So, I take it we both have the same idea?" Amelie asked as the two met. Jade nodded.
"Yes, I believe we do. We can't take out anyway who's planned to be in our alliance, so that just leaves either Hannah or Ivy's trio." Amelie nodded.
"Well, as much as I would like to get rid of that immature young imbecile, the trio is much more threatening. We'd have to vote for one of them." Jade raised an eyebrow at her.
"I was about to say... I know you and Hannah have beef, and you'd need to quash it for this alliance to work. I thought that you'd suggest voting for her." Amelie chuckled.
"Jade, I'm afraid you don't know me well enough yet. As if I would allow my personal feelings to dictate my actions. In business, you have to work with people you don't want to all the time. The same applies to this game. Or, in this instance, keep around." Jade smiled and nodded.
"A smart philosophy to have. Something tells me you'll do well in this game." Amelie smirked at her.
"Thank you for the praise, Jade. I believe you have a similar ideology to mine as well. As they say, great minds think alike." Jade's smile grew even smugger.
"Of course. Also, Spencer suggested that we mislead Ivy's trio in the vote. He's going to meet up with them in a short while alongside me and Diego to propose a 6-person alliance, but our actual loyalty is to you and Benji. We're going to get them to throw their votes on you, since you're the target we're sure they'll agree with. Hannah will throw her vote who knos where, and the five of us will have a majority." Amelie nodded.
"A smart plan. Very well. I shall see you at the elimination. Au revior, Jade." Jade nodded.
"Likewise."
Confessional:Amelie
"I trust Jade to a certain amount, but I'm not sure if I want to show her my Idol just yet. For now, I'll keep ahold of it for myself."
---
Spencer, Jade, Diego, and the members of the Vibe Tribe then entered the shelter to discuss the vote.
"So, the six of us should talk." Spencer stated as they all were sitting in the shelter together.
"Spence, if this is about the challenge, it's ok! None of us are going to judge you for it." Diego offered. Spencer gave him a confused look.
"What? No! I just meant what our options are." He explained. Jade nodded.
"Right. We were hoping for Amelie."
"She brings down morale and could be a detriment later on. Besides, I don't want to have to deal with her constantly bossing us around. Do you?" He asked. The 3 members of the Vibe Tribe shook their heads.
"That is true... But she did succeed in today's challenge." Ivy noted.
"True, true. But she is one hostile lady! Plus, better her than us." Tristan offered. Spencer nodded.
"It's decided then?" He asked. Zaid nodded.
"Yup! the six of us are locked in for this alliance," Spencer smirked.
"Glad to hear! Now, let's go our separate ways so no one suspects us." However, Hannah overheard them from outside and gasped.
Confessional:Hannah
"I may not be the best at playing this game... But I do know that when a group of people get together, it's usually not very good. If I don't do something soon, i could be voted off after Amelie or Benji!"
---
Hannah then approached Benji, who was picking up sticks.
"Benji! Have Jade and Spencer talked to you?" She asked. Benji shook his head.
"No... I mean, to be fair, nobody's really talked with me. But uh... Why ask?" He asked. Hannah sighed.
"That's good... I think. Spencer and Jade are planning a majority alliance without us. We have to strike back! Would you vote for Spencer?" She asked. Benji nodded.
"Sure, but why him?" Hannash shrugged.
"Trust me... I'd rather vote off Amelie. But if we do, we won't be able to get further in this game. Also, Spencer lost the challenge for us." Benji nodded and sighed.
"Yeah... I guess I can't argue with that logic. Thanks for informing me." Hannah smiled at him.
"It's no problem, really." Benji nodded, and Hannah then left.
Confessional:Benji
"Why was I not consulted by Spencer? Am I that lame?"
Confessional:Hannah
"This is very bad! There's a majority alliance on the team without me in it, and if I don't do something soon, I'm going to be picked off right after Amelie! I don't like her, but... I guess sometimes you have to make a deal with the devil if you want to get farther in life."
---
Amelie was then approached by Hannah individually.
"Amelie! There you are, I've been looking all over for you!" Amelie raised an eyebrow at her.
"Well this is certainly an interesting turn of events. After the morning's yoga session, I was under the impression that you didn't want to speak to me again."
Hannah rolled her eyes. "Oh, trust me, I'm not thrilled about this either. But Spencer and Jade are planning a majority 6-person alliance without us, and we need each other to survive." Amelie feigned ignorance.
"What!? And why was I not consulted over this?" She asked. Hannah rolled her eyes.
"Probably because you're such a bitch." She mumbled. Amelie narrowed her eyes at Hannah.
"Say that again, Hannah?" Hannah shook her head.
"It doesn't matter! Look, we have to vote Spencer this elimination, or otherwise we're doomed." Amelie sighed.
"Very well... I see your point. For now, I propose a truce." She held out her hand for Hannah to shake. Hannah sighed and shook it.
"Truce." She responded.
Confessional:Amelie
"While I normally would've declined the request, I'd be an idiot not to accept it as if I didn't, more votes would go towards me. In case Benji or Diego flips, I can't afford to have Hannah vote for me as well."
Confessional:Hannah
"I don't like her, but for the sake of the game... This is what needs to be done."
---
Spencer then led Jade, Diego, Benji, and Amelie into the shelter. Benji raised an eyebrow at him.
"Spencer? What is this about?" He asked. Spencer smiled at him.
"Oh, nothing much. I simply wanted to propose that we form an alliance- the 5 of us would have a majority after all, and also to discuss tonight's vote." Benji recoiled in surprise as Jade quickly nodded.
"I'm in. I'd be stupid to refuse such an offer." Diego smiled and nodded as well.
"If an alliance has you in it, of course I'll join it." He admitted. Spencer blushed.
"Ah, thank you, Diego."
"Y-You really want to be in an alliance with me?" Benji asked, still a little surprised. Spencer nodded.
"Yes. You're a useful member of this team Benji, and your input is always appreciated." Benji smiled.
"Y-Yeah, I guess it is, count me in then!" Amelie smirked.
"I'm in as well." Spencer grinned menacingly.
"Excellent..."
"So uh, who are we voting for?" Benji asked. Spencer grinned at him.
"Oh... I have someone in mind."
Confessional:Benji
"I'm torn. Spencer offered me an alliance, but Hannah told me he formed another one with Tristan, Zaid, and Ivy. Is he just playing me? And I could either vote for Spencer, or who he wants me to... I don't know what to do."
---
Zaid, Ivy, and Tristan walked to elimination. They then suddenly stopped.
"Oh, you talked with Hannah as well guys?" Tristan asked. Ivy nodded.
"Yeah, I did. She wants to vote for Spencer..." Zaid nodded.
"It was a solid point. Spencer is a threat, what with him and Diego and whatnot."
"I guess we decide who goes then, right?" Tristan asked.
Zaid sighed. "I'll be honest with ya'll... I'm torn, but we can't betray our alliance. That's not the honourable thing to do."
"Well, whatever we do, we don't have much time, so, let's decide if we're pro-alliance or start fresh." Ivy explained.
---
The nine campers were gathered for elimination.
"Alright, newbies, welcome to the dreaded Elimination Trials!" Trevor announced. Derek smirked at them.
"You all know how this works, get voting."
Several voting confessionals were aired.
"Amelie. I'm sorry, but the way you've acted towards everyone else is kind of concerning. Bossiness just... doesn't sit right with me." Tristan admitted as they held a vote for Amelie up.
"Spencer. It's not personal, but given you wenr out of your way to exclude me from tonight's vote, I have no choice. Besides, you're a threat." Hannah explained while holding a vote for Spencer up.
Eventually, all the votes were counted.
"Alright... I'll read the votes. First vote...
...
...
...
Spencer." Spencer rolled his eyes. Hannah and Benji exchanged uncertain looks.
"Next vote...
...
...
...
Amelie. That's 1 vote for Spencer and 1 vote for Amelie." The vibe tribe all looked down at the ground remorsefully. Spencer and Amelie exchanged thourghly bored looks. Jade rolled her eyes.
"...
...
...
Amelie. That's 2 votes for Amelie." Amelie checked her nails boredly. Spencer yawned. Hannah looked confusedly over at Spencer.
"...
...
...
Spencer. That's two votes for Spencer, and 2 votes for Amelie." Spencer's eyes widened in confusion as Diego placed a hand to his chin and raised an eyebrow. Hannah looked over at Benji, who gave her a supportive smile. Tristan, Zaid, and Ivy all exchanged worried looks.
"...
...
...
Amelie. That’s 3 votes for Amelie and 2 votes for Spencer. 4 votes left.” Amelie glared at the Vibe Tribe, and Ivy glared back. Zaid and Tristan looked away guilty. Spencer still seemed worried but Diego placed a hand on his shoulder to comfort him and Spencer smiled at him. Benji and Hannah both exchanged worried looks before Jade let a small smile cross her lips.
”Next vote…
…
…
…
…
…
Tristan.” Tristan, Zaid and Ivy’s eyes all widened while Jade smiled. Amelie smirked at Ivy, while Spencer and Diego both breathed sighs of relief. Benji’s eyes widened in realisation before he sighed. Hannah raised an eyebrow in confusion.
”…
…
…
Tristan.” Zaid and Tristan exchanged worried looks. Ivy’s eyes widened before she glared at Spencer and Jade. Amelie had a shit-eating grin on her face. Hannah glared at Amelie.
”…
…
…
Tristan. That’s 3 votes Tristan, 3 votes Amelie, and 2 votes Spencer. 1 vote left. Second person voted out of Disventure Camp…”
Spencer, Jade, and Amelie all exchanged incredibly smug looks. Diego looked apologetically over at Tristan. Tristan smiled sadly while Zaid and Ivy’s each placed a hand on their shoulder for comfort. Benji frowned at Spencer while Hannah just looked defeated.
”…
…
…
…
Tristan! That’s 4 votes and enough. It’s time for you to go.” Trevor announced. Ivy stood up and cried out “NO! It should’ve been me…”
Tristan smiled at her sadly.
”Hey, Ivy, it’s ok don’t be upset… I guess I just wasn’t cut out for the cutthroat part of the game.” Zaid shook his head.
”Still though. It shouldn’t have been you. So much for our alliance…” He directed glares at his former allies. None of them seemed to give a single shit though.
”Just promise me one thing… Keep on smiling, for me?” Tristan and Ivy’s eyes allow both nodded tearfully.
”Of course.” Ivy said.
Tristan nodded tearfully and walked toward the boat of losers, jumping into it and closing their eyes while smiling.
Confessional:Spencer
”While we truly could’ve voted anyone from the trio, we decided Tristan was too likeable to be allowed to remain in the game, and quite frankly, their challenge performance was bad too. More than enough reason to vote them off. But, it seems like someone in the alliance defected. Mark my words, I’ll get to the bottom of it.”
Confessional:Benji
”I couldn’t vote for Tristan… Not after they were the only one to not laugh at my cosplays. I’m worried voting for Spencer will come back to bite me though.”
