Work Header

Yandere Bakugou

Summary:

Bakugou is crazy in love with Deku. They are in class 3A now, and Bakugou is done with people being around Deku.

Also, the war pretty much just didn't happen during their first year of UA. I started writing this story on Wattpad long before season 7, and I don't read the manga, so a lot of what happens in this fic wouldn't be possible if the war still happened when it did canonically.

Notes:

I wrote this over a year ago and posted it on Wattpad, and it still isn't completely finished. My writing style changed considerably over the time of me writing this story, so beware of that when reading.

I'm going to be posting all of the chapters that I already have posted on Wattpad, so there will be quite a bit posted at once. Keep in mind; I started this story at the end of 2023. I update VERY irregularly.

This is my first time posting on AO3, so if there are any mistakes, feel free to notify me in the comments.

(See the end of the work for more notes.)

Chapter 1: Get Ready for Death

Chapter Text

Bakugou's POV:

Tch. Stupid Deku. Why does he have to be so damn cute?

I have had a crush on Deku since forever, but of course, he would be dating that stupid Half-n'-Half bastard.

I can tell that Deku doesn't like him, but I know that he is just too nice to reject him. All because he wouldn't want to hurt the bastard's feelings.

But little does Icy-Hot know, I will do anything to make Deku mine.

ȺꞤɎȾĦĪꞤ₲.

In Class:

Bakugou's POV:

Ugh. This class is so boring, good thing it's almost over.

And once it is, my plan will go right into action.

After Class

"OI, HALF-N'-HALF!" I yelled.

"Yes, Bakugou?"

"Meet me in the library after school."

"Ok."

"Perfect" I thought to myself. "My plan is falling right into place"

After School:

As I approached the library, I rearranged the 2 knives in my pockets, making sure that no one could see them.

One was a big butchering knife, and the other was a smaller paring knife. (if you don't know what it is, go look it up.)

The knives fit in my pockets perfectly, and unless you were trying to see the knives, you wouldn't be able to.

My plan is to get that stupid Half-n'-Half bastard to go on a "walk," and then I take him into a dark alleyway that I have prepared ahead of time, and then, well, kill him. Simple as that.

Todoroki’s POV:

I skipped a date with Midoriya for this, so whatever Bakugou wants, had better be important.

I waited in the library for almost 5 minutes before Bakugou got there, and then he asked me to come on a walk with him because he wanted to talk.

We had been walking for almost 10 minutes, when Bakugou turned to me and said,

"This way Icy-Hot."

The way he said it seemed to be almost too calm, but almost as if he was excited. But, I decided not to think too much of it.

So I listened to him, and he led me into a dark alleyway. Big mistake.

Then we suddenly came to a dead end, and Bakugou turned to me and cackled like a witch in a horror movie.

"Nowhere to run now, eh, Half-n'-Half?"

I just looked at him confused.

Then he pulled out the knives.

One had a blade that was about the size of my thumb, but the other one was a butchering knife.

They both looked extremely sharp.

"B-Bakugou, w-what are y-you d-doing?" I stammered.

"What does it look like I'm doing?" He asked. "I'm going to make sure you don't leave this place alive."

"W-what?!"

Then he bent down, picked something up that I couldn't see, and then before I could react, he had me pinned down with my arms behind my back. I could feel something wrap around my ankles and wrists.

I tried to scream for help, but he taped my mouth shut before I could.

The first thought that came to my mind was,

"Is Bakugou the UA Traitor?"

Chapter 2: The First Death

Chapter Text

Bakugou’s POV:

I pressed the smaller knife against his throat.

"B-Bakugou," he asked, "Are you the traitor?"

"No" I respond, and keep the knife pressed against his throat.

"Then why are you trying to kill me?"

I let out a small laugh before responding,

"You are in the way of me getting to Izuku."

"W-What?"

I press the knife harder against his neck, breaking the skin. Slowly blood starts seeping out of the wound.

"B-Bakugou, please, stop!"

That was the last thing that stupid Half-n'-Half Bastard ever said. Because after he got the sentence out of his mouth, I stabbed him straight through the heart.

A few minutes later:

I just got a fire lit, and now I'm working on getting the body into the fire.

I made sure to cut off one of his hands so that someone will be able to tell that he is dead.

I drug Icy-Hot's dead body over to the fire, and threw him into it, and then I watch it burn with a smile on my face.

"Finally got him out of the way."

I had come here beforehand, and prepared a spare pair of clothing, so I burned the bloody clothing that I was wearing, and put on the spare clothes.

I made sure to get the blood off of my hands, and my face.

Before I left, I placed the severed hand next to Icy-Hot's ashes.

A Few Days Later at UA:

Nobody had known about me taking Half-n'-Half anywhere, so nobody asked me any questions about where he was.

Deku was obviously worried about Icy-Hot, and Floaty Bitch was trying to comfort him about it. She was getting a little too close to him for my liking.

It was obvious that she had a crush on Deku.

All of a sudden, Iida ran into the room and said,

"Guys! Come look at the news!"

Everyone rushed over to the T.V, to see what Iida was so upset about.

"BREAKING NEWS! A hand was found in an alleyway next to a pile of ashes, Tests have proven that this is the hand of Shoto Todoroki. Son of #1 Pro Hero Endeavor, and part of class 1A in UA high school."

Everyone just stared at the T.V in shock.

I had to pretend to be surprised.

Some of the people started crying. These people included Izuku, Floaty Bitch, and the majority of the other girls.

I just stared at the T.V in fake shock, and no one suspected a thing.

Chapter 3: The Note

Chapter Text

A Few Hours After Todoroki’s Death, Everyone is in Their Dorms:

Uraraka’s POV:

Finally, Todoroki-Kun is gone. I can finally have Deku-Kun all to myself.

Although Todoroki-Kun's death was kind of sad, it was necessary to get him out of the way.

I am thankful for the person that killed him.

As long as Deku-Kun is mine, I don't care who dies.

Izuku's POV:

I am sad that Todoroki-Kun is gone, but he was never really the person I wanted to date.

I have only ever had eyes for one person, but there is no way that they like me back.

Everyone in class has seemed more tense since finding out about Todoroki-Kun's death.

Even Iida seems more tense, I didn't know he could get more tense. He's always telling people what to do, but he has barely spoken since we saw the news.

While I sit in my room thinking about everything that's happening, I hear a knock on the door.

"Who is it?" I ask.

"It's me, Uraraka."

"Oh, come in." I told her.

She walked in the door, seeming happier than usual.

Now that I think about it, she has seemed a little happier after Todoroki-Kun died.

"Deku-Kun?"

"What?"

"Do you think they are close to figuring out what happened to Todoroki-Kun?" She asks.

"I don't really know," I respond, "They don't have much to go off of, and they don't have any suspects as far as I know. And the murderer burned the body, and any evidence, so the police and Pro Heroes don't have any clues."

"True, they only knew that it was Todoroki-Kun because of the severed hand." She says.

"Yeah, It's almost as if the killer wanted us to know that he was dead." I say.

"Deku-Kun, I have another question for you."

"What is it Uraraka-San?"

"Do you have a crush?" She asks me.

"Why do you want to know?"

"If I tell you mine, will you tell me yours?" She asks.

"No. I don't want to tell you." I say.

"But why Deku-Kun? Aren't we friends?"

"Yes, we are, but that doesn't mean I have to tell you everything." I told her.

"Come on, just tell me."

"No." I say.

"Yes."

"No."

"Yes."

"No!"

"Come on, Deku-Kun!"

"Just get out of my dorm." I told her.

"But why?" She asks.

"Just get out!" I say.

"Fine!" She says, as she walks out of the dorm and slams the door.

A Few Days Later:

Bakugou’s POV:

Floaty Bitch and Izuku haven't really been talking very much anymore.

I can still tell that she has a crush on him.

It's been my plan from the start for her to be the second one I kill. I just haven't quite figured out how I want to kill her.

Then I got an idea.

The Next Day

Uraraka’s POV:

This morning when I woke up, I could see an envelope on the floor next to my door.

I went over and picked it up.

It had my name on the front, so it was clear for me.

I opened it up, and saw no signature on the bottom.

The note said,

"You're next, Ochaco Uraraka........"

Chapter 4: A Slow Death

Chapter Text

Uraraka's POV:

I quickly decided that after I get breakfast that I would go to Mr. Aizawa and show him the note.

I got ready for school, and after I left my dorm I walked straight to the kitchen to see what was for breakfast.

Yaomomo and Bakugou made breakfast, and they served everyone their food.

After we were all done eating we all started heading for class.

I was walking with Mina and Tsu, and it wasn't until we were almost to the classroom that I realized that I left the note in my dorm.

Class was about to start, so I didn't have enough time to go back and get it.

After Class:

I rushed back to my dorm, but no matter where I looked, I couldn't find it anywhere.

It just disappeared.

After about a half hour of searching I finally gave up searching.

Now I have no proof that someone is going to try and kill me.

A Few Hours Later:

I finished my homework and went to the common room.

Bakugou and Yaomomo already had dinner ready, and they were handing it out.

Mine tasted a little strange, but it was pretty good otherwise.

Bakugou's POV:

When I finished eating my dinner and started thinking about how long it should take for Floaty Bitch to be dead.

"I used half a teaspoon, so it should take 2-4 days to kill her" I whispered to myself.

It took careful planning, but I managed to poison Floaty Bitch.

It is slow reacting poison, so it should take a few days to kill her.

I'm hoping she dies in front of the rest of the class.

Just to see their traumatized faces.

I will, of course, have to fake being sad again, but it will be worth it.

Chapter 5: She's Dead

Chapter Text

3 Days Later:

Izuku's POV:

Uraraka-San seemed different today, but why should I care?

All she does is cling to me 24/7.

It's like she wants to be more than friends, even though she should know by now that I only see her as a friend.

Thinking of her makes me think of Todoroki-Kun.

I never wanted to date him, I dated him to try and lose my feelings for someone else.

It obviously didn't work, my heart still almost triples in speed when he smiles at me.

His smiles are rare, and he almost never smiles at anyone, and almost never at me, so it feels 10x better than anyone else's smiles.

One other reason I dated Todoroki-Kun was so that his feelings didn't get hurt by me rejecting him.

I should have just rejected him, but I couldn't.

To be honest, I kind of want to meet this killer, and thank him for taking such a weight off of my shoulders.

I was sad about his death at first, but I'm honestly not that sad anymore.

There was something in his eyes that made me weary of him.

Bakugou's POV:

The poison is finally taking effect.

She was clearly weaker today.

I have waited too long for this.

She should be dead in a few hours.

If she's lucky, she might die in her sleep.

Sadly, the poison doesn't cause any pain.

It only makes the person weaker, and weaker, until they die.

I want to see the look on her face when she realizes, much too late, that she has been poisoned.

The poison is also almost undetectable, so it will be hard to figure out how she died.

I just can't wait.

A Few Hours Later:

Everyone is in the common room watching the news watching to see if there is any evidence about who killed Icy-Hot.

Floaty Bitch is almost dead.

I can see it in her eyes.

She was leaning against a wall, trying to stay upright.

Then suddenly, she falls to the ground.

Everyone turns to look at her in shock, and the frog, being the closest to her, frantically checked for a heartbeat.

"Nothing..." She says quietly.

Everyone froze in shock, and I had to hide my smile.

"She's dead..." The frog says.

Chapter 6: Izuku's Undying Love

Summary:

This is kinda a filler chapter.

Chapter Text

The Same Night as Uraraka's Death:

Izuku's POV:

I don't know why, but I don't really even feel bad about Uraraka-San's death.

I honestly think she deserved it.

I almost think that her death was planned, but that's not right is it?

Now that I actually think about it, both Uraraka-San and Todoroki-Kun died when they started getting close to me.

Uraraka-San clearly had a crush on me, and I was dating Todoroki-Kun.

Maybe both of their deaths were planned out.

But by who?

The Next Day, In Izuku’s Dorm:

Uraraka-San's parents had been informed about her death at this point, and they weren't exactly happy.

I was still wondering about who had killed Uraraka-San and Todoroki-Kun, but at some point I had started thinking about the one person I didn't want to think about.

I started dating Todoroki-Kun to try and get rid of feelings for someone else.

It clearly didn't work.

Because of course, right when I was supposed to be thinking, all I could think about was him.

I had been trying to get rid of my feelings forever, but nothing ever seemed to work.

There is no way that he likes me.

I don't know why I like him so much.

It's just… Everything he does is so perfect in my eyes.

It's hard for me to even think about him without feeling a little bit better.

Even when he is sitting at his desk doing his work, and all I can see is his back, he is just so perfect.

No matter what he does, I will probably never be able to lose my feelings for him.

He could kill everyone I love, and I still wouldn't be able to do anything but love him.

He isn't someone that kills, but even if he did, it wouldn't matter.

In my eyes, he can do no wrong.

Chapter 7: More Death (Finally)

Chapter Text

A Day After The Previous Chapter:

Izuku's POV:

I can't decide if I should tell him or not.

I have liked Kacchan since forever.

He is just so pretty, how could I not like him.

He has acted a little differently since Uraraka-San and Todoroki-Kun died.

I can't help but wonder, does he know something about who killed them?

Bakugou's POV:

No one has really been getting too close to Izuku lately.

I know that it won't last long, but for now I can enjoy the peace of not having to plan peoples' deaths.

Still, as far as I know, no one has suspected that a UA student, and especially not one in class 1A, was the one causing the deaths of the students.

I burned Icy-Hot's body to get rid of evidence, and I shredded the note that I gave to Floaty Bitch to make sure no one else saw it.

I also disposed of any leftover poison I used on Floaty Bitch, and the knives I used to kill Icy-Hot.

It's almost too easy to get away with a crime, when nobody suspects you.

A Few Days Later:

It's been really quiet around the dorms lately.

Not that I'm going to complain.

It's been almost too peacefu-

My thoughts were cut off by a sudden alarm blaring.

"Damn villains." I mumbled to myself.

A voice over the PA system was telling us to stay put and to let the heroes take care of this, but since when do I take orders?

I left the dorms, Four Eyes was yelling at me to come back, but I didn't listen.

It didn't take long for me to spot the villains.

All the heroes were busy fighting, so they didn't see one of the villains attempting to sneak away.

I watched the villain, almost immediately recognizing her.

She was trying to find her way around the heroes, and was doing a pretty good job about it too.

I watched her as she got past the distracted heroes, who were too busy with their fights to see her.

I saw her walk towards the back of the school, and I followed her.

She soon reached the back exit.

When she stepped outside, I followed her, quickly devising a plan.

When I stepped outside, I didn't see her.

That was until she tried to stab me.

"Hey there Blasty~" She said in her usual annoying voice

"Hey Toga." I said, sending a couple explosions at her.

"I would love to have some of your blood~" She said, as she was dodging the explosions.

"Not gonna happen." I replied.

I launched myself at her and she clearly wasn't expecting it.

She jumped back to dodge me, and in the process lost grip on her knife.

I quickly picked it up.

"Hey! I need that!" She yelled.

"And for what exactly?" I asked.

"So I can get Izuku-Kun's blood~" She said dreamily.

Almost as soon as the words left her mouth, I slit her throat.

"Izuku is ₥ł₦Ɇ." I said to her, as she was dying, "You won't ever lay a finger on him."

And before she could respond, she was dead.

I left her body where it was.

I didn't get any blood on myself, so I put the knife in my pocket, careful not to get any blood on my clothes when doing so, at least not any that would be visible.

Then I walked back to my dorms like nothing had happened.

Thankfully, there were no cameras in the part of the school that I killed Toga, so they would once again, have little evidence to work with.

I will once again be disposing of the knife that I used for the murder.

When I finally got back to my dorm, I hid the knife so I could get rid of it eventually.

Then I mumbled to myself, "Another one gone."

Chapter 8: She Knows Something, But What?

Chapter Text

In the Midoriya Household:

Inko's POV:

Izuku is supposed to come home today for a visit.

I hope he is doing alright.

I have seen on the news that two of his friends were found dead.

I hope he isn't too upset about it.

They all knew what they signed up for when they decided to go to UA.

It does surprise me that the teachers, nor pro heroes, seem to be doing too much to find the killer.

They have been leaving all of the searching to the police.

The police haven't found any evidence on who the killer might be, and recently news reporters have been saying that a villain has gone missing.

I have a nagging feeling that the villain's disappearance might be connected to Izuku's friends' deaths.

What were their names again?

Ochaca? Todo-something? I don't know.

If Izuku truly cared about those two, he would have come home to me crying about it.

He hasn't so much as texted me about it, which tells me he is either too upset to tell me, or he just doesn't care enough to tell me.

A Few Hours Later:

Izuku's POV:

"Mom! I'm home!" I yelled as I walked into the house.

"Izuku, sweetie, I've missed you!" She said.

"I've missed you too."

"Mitsuki invited us to have dinner with them tonight."

"Okay."

I wonder if Kacchan knows about us coming over, or if we'll show up and he'll have no idea we were coming over.

That is what happens normally.

Auntie just doesn't normally tell him that we are coming over.

30 Minutes Later:

At The Bakugou Family Household:

For once Kacchan actually knew that we would be coming over.

Auntie told him about it a few minutes before we arrived, but at least he knew about it this time.

Last time we came over for dinner, Kacchan knew nothing of it and was extremely confused about why we were there.

It didn't take long to explain to him, but sometimes I wish Auntie would tell him these things.

Masaru has just gotten used to us showing up randomly because Auntie asked us to.

He doesn't really do anything about it either.

He seems to enjoy our company.

We are also the only reason Kacchan and Auntie stop yelling for long enough to have a normal conversation with.

After Dinner:

Inko's POV:

"Katsuki, come talk with me upstairs."

"Okay." He answered, slightly confused.

We walked upstairs in silence.

We went into a room with dim lighting.

I could tell the more I stayed silent, the more confused he got.

I eventually turned to him.

Chapter 9: Inko Did WHAT?!?!?!

Chapter Text

Bakugou's POV:

"It was you, wasn't it." She said.

Confused, I responded, "What do you mean?"

"You killed them."

I froze.

"W-What?"

"You killed those two kids in your class, and I think I even know how."

How could she know anything about it?

Not even the police could find any evidence.

I covered my tracks perfectly.

"You burned the first one's body, after killing him. You purposely left his hand there for someone to find so that they would know he was dead. And you poisoned the girl. Slow reaction poison, something very hard to trace. You killed the missing villain too, didn't you?" She said.

"H-how do you know all of this? Not even the police have found any evidence."

"You killed them because they were getting too friendly with Izuku, correct?"

"Y-yeah... How do you know this?"

"Let me tell you a secret, Katsuki, I've killed people for someone I loved. Izuku's father, to be exact. I killed a total of four people before people finally started backing off. No one ever found out."

I just stared at her in disbelief.

The sweet Inko Midoriya, wasn't as sweet as she seemed.

She was a killer, like me.

"I didn't think you would be one to kill someone, Auntie." I said to her.

"Most people didn't, and still don't. Izuku's father didn't even find out." She responded.

"You know Katsuki, Izuku doesn't really care what you do."

"What do you mean?"

"I found one of his notebooks the other day, inside it had a whole bunch of stuff written down about how, no matter what you did, he wouldn't be able to not love you. He has had feelings for you, for a long time. Don't tell him I told you." She said.

I just stood there for a few minutes.

The boy I had been in love with, the boy I had killed for.....

Loves me?

Chapter 10: Don't Mess With Mama Inko's OTP

Summary:

Inko literally just represents the BkDk shippers at this point.

Chapter Text

3 Days After The Previous Chapter:

Everyone is either in the dorms or walking around the UA campus:

Katsuki's POV:

I was walking past the training grounds when I heard someone talking.

I went to investigate the noise, and when I peaked around the corner, I saw some rando flirting with ₥Ɏ Izuku.

I didn't recognize him, but it was clear that he went to UA, he was wearing the uniform.

I stepped around the corner and started walking towards the two.

The moment the rando saw me he shut his mouth and started to quickly walk away.

It didn't matter though, I had already committed his face to memory, and I would be seeing him again soon.

"Thanks Kacchan. He was really starting to get annoying." I heard Izuku say. It didn't hardly register in my mind because I was already starting to plan another murder, but it registered enough for me to respond.

"Tch, whatever."

After getting the response, Izuku smiled his beautiful smile and walked away.

As soon as he was out of sight, I started after the guy that had been flirting with him. I had watched him leave, so I knew which way he went.

He didn't go very far, and he was alone. Perfect.

I snuck up behind the guy and put him into a choke hold.

"What were you doing with Izuku, you fucker?" I asked him, and I loosened my grip on his neck just enough for him to respond.

"I was just flirting! Is there something wrong with that?!" The guy said.

"Yes, there is. I'll give you a warning this time, but if I see, or hear, that you went anywhere near him, it will be the last thing you do."

I released the guy and he sprinted off.

I would have killed him, but I was out in the open, and there was an easy chance of being caught. Being caught would have ruined everything.

I'll just have to get him another time.

The Next Day:

In Class:

Izuku's POV:

"Ok problem children, listen up," said Mr. Aizawa. "Tomorrow your parents are coming to the school."

Some of the other students groaned and complained about it, but I was happy that I would get to see my mom and Auntie again.

Even though we just saw each other a few days ago, it feels like it's been forever.

I tapped on Kacchan's shoulder, "Aren't you excited to see your parents again?" I asked him.

"Eh. I guess. We did just see them a few days ago, but I guess I do have a few questions for Auntie."

"Oooo. What kind of questions?"

"None of your business." And with that, he turned back around.

I sighed. Talking to Kacchan was nice, but sometimes I wish he wasn't so angry.

Although, he's hot, so his attitude can be overlooked.

The Next Day:

After classes are over, in the dorms with the parents:

Izuku's POV:

Everyone was talking to their parents, and I was talking to my mom and Auntie. Since I was talking to his mom, Kacchan was talking to his dad on the other side of the room.

His dad is one of the few people that he rarely yells at, and he has never told us why.

Anyway, back to me talking to mom and Auntie.

We were talking about random things and remembering old memories, when I decided to bring up what happened yesterday.

When I finished telling the story, mom and Auntie shared a look. I don't know what that look meant, but afterwards mom looked at me and said, "I have to go talk to Katsuki for a second." and then she walked away.

Inko's POV:

I wonder if Katsuki let the guy live. I know that if it were me, the guy would have been dead on the spot.

No one should be flirting with Izuku, except for Katsuki, of course.

No one should be getting in the way of my precious ship.

Anyway, I walked over to Katsuki, and when Masaru saw me coming, he must have sensed that something was wrong, because he got up and went to talk to Izuku with Mitsuki.

I sat down in the spot that Masaru was sitting in. "So, Izuku told me about the guy from yesterday." I said.

"We shouldn't be talking about this here." He responded.

"I just want to know what you did."

"I followed him and let him off with a warning. It was out in the open and there were too many chances of getting caught."

"Hmmm, good choice backing off on that one," I told him, "but, can you describe this guy for me?"

"Sure." Katsuki said. "He had short brown hair, he was wearing the UA uniform, he was slightly taller than Izuku, but shorter than me, I didn't recognize him, so he wasn't from 1B, and he had hazel eyes."

"Thank you for the information, dear."

Chapter 11: Yeah…… Someone Died Again

Chapter Text

A Few Hours After The Previous Chapter:

3rd Person's POV:

The parents had all left the UA campus by now, except for one.

She had told everyone that she was leaving, but that doesn't mean that she had kept true to her word.

And besides, someone had dared to try and disrupt her most precious ship.

Someone had dared to flirt with her son.

Someone had dared to flirt with Izuku.

And that someone, was not named Katsuki Bakugou, so therefore, that person should have never been talking with Izuku to begin with.

She was walking around the UA campus when she finally spotted him.

He was exactly as Katsuki had described, and was easily recognizable.

She snuck up behind the boy, and before he could react, there was a knife being pressed against his neck.

Inko's POV:

"What is your name, and why were you flirting with my son?" I asked the boy sternly.

"W-why does it matter?" The boy stammered out, clearly frightened by the fact that I was pressing a knife against his throat.

"Answer the dam questions." I said as I pressed the knife harder against his neck, just enough to break the skin, but not to draw blood.

"M-my name is Rody Soul," the boy stammered, "and why is it suddenly a crime to flirt with a guy?"

The Rody kid never got his answer.

I slit his throat before he even had the chance to process what was happening.

"That was for Katsuki." I said to the still bleeding corpse.

And then I kicked him.

"And that was for my own satisfaction."

I went home in a good mood that night.

The Next Morning:

Katsuki's POV:

I walked to the dorm common room to see everyone huddled in a group in the middle of the room. Curious, I walked over to see what was going on.

"What the hell is going on over here?" I asked the group.

"Some kid was found dead on UA grounds last night," said Pikachu, who turned his phone to show me a picture of a dead kid laying in the ground.

It was the guy that had flirted with Izuku.

But that didn't make sense.

Unless.....

Did somebody else kill him?

I rushed back to my dorm room.

There were only two people besides me that knew about the guy flirting with Izuku.

Izuku and Auntie.

Izuku could never do such a thing, he's too nice to even think about killing someone.

So that only leaves one person.

And it all checks out too.

She used to kill like me, and she knows exactly what the guy looks like. It has to be Auntie.

I didn't even hesitate to call her.

She picked up almost immediately. Almost as if she had been expecting me to call her.

The first words out of my mouth were, "It was you, wasn't it."

Chapter 12: Dam Inko

Chapter Text

Continuing The Phone Call From Last Chapter:

Katsuki's POV:

I could hear a quiet chuckling from the other end.

"Of course it was!" She said, "Why would I let someone just get away with flirting with my son? Especially if their name isn't spelled K-a-t-s-u-k-i B-a-k-u-g-o-u."

"I kinda figured." I said, "The only people that knew about it anyway were me, you, and Izuku. And either way, I know that I didn't kill the guy, and we both know that Izuku wouldn't kill someone. He's too nice."

"You aren't wrong, Katsuki. My son is too nice to kill someone. If I ever heard someone say that he did, I don't think I would ever be able to believe them."

"Yeah. The killing people thing isn't really something that I could see him doing." I agreed, "Even if I watched him do it, I probably still wouldn't believe it."

Auntie and I talked for a while longer before I looked at the time.

"Shit." I said.

"What is it?"

"It's almost 11:30 (23:30), and I have school tomorrow."

After saying our goodbyes and hanging up the phone, I got ready for bed and was asleep before my head hit the pillow.

The Next Day:

Aizawa’s Classroom:

Izuku’s POV:

I was pretty much zoned out for most of the class.

It was pretty much just everyone talking to each other because Mr. Aizawa decided to take a nap in class.

Towards the end of the class period, Mr. Aizawa stood up at the front of the class, still in his yellow sleeping bag, he just wasn't asleep.

Everyone got quiet after noticing that he was awake.

"Problem Children," he started, "I have an announcement to make."

The class was more focused now. Especially since last time someone wasn't paying attention to an announcement, *cough* Denki *cough*They got detention for a month.

"Some students from Shiketsu will be coming to UA for extra training." He said.

That started some whispers around the room.

Some people had some friends at Shiketsu that they hadn't seen for a while, and they were happy that they would be able to see them again.

I just zoned out after Aizawa was done speaking.

My mind drifted to Rody.

And the fact that he was found dead.

I hadn't really had time to process it before, but I wasn't very close to him anyway.

I mean, yeah we were friends, but we weren't close friends.

It didn't really hurt me to see him dead.

Although, I do wonder,

Who killed him?

Why did they do it?

Do I know the person?

Am I close to the killer?

My train of thought was disrupted by the bell.

I continued on with my day without another thought about Rody or his murder.
