Usually, the suggestion box adventures were still not fun, but better than the ones Caine planned. However, it was a bit different today. Instead of picking suggestions that were already there, Caine made us write up some new ones, and he would basically pick them out of a hat randomly. Let's rewind a little, though.

Jax has been noticing things between Ragatha and Pomni. Blushing, fidgeting, sweating &- it all adds up. It's so obvious. They're crushing HARD. It was fine at first; he rarely paid attention to those two anyway, but this was insufferable and unavoidable. Every interaction they had together was pure awkward lesbian shit. Knowing them, he knew they would never confess anytime soon. Teasing them is too predictable. He needed to try something new. He had the perfect idea.

Back to today. Jax had his normal smug, annoying smile on his face as he walked towards the others. Per usual, the two girls were trying to hold a conversation without freaking out, but were miserably failing. Jax got to the group and sat down. Though he said he might lay off the teasing, he wanted to just do a little. He made his way over to the two and tapped Ragatha on the shoulder.

"Hey, dollface, come here for a second." Though skeptical, Ragatha followed him. "Don't think I know about your little thing," he said, trying to hold back laughter.

"What? What thing?" The doll was totally lost. Jax looked behind her towards Pomni. Ragatha turned, and sudden realization hit her. "W-what! How did you-"

"Before you ask, yes, it's that obvious. I'm pretty sure we all know by now." The doll is beyond embarrassed.

"Don't start trying stuff!"

"You don't have to worry your little head about me, dollface. What! You don't trust me??" He said, grinning. Suddenly, Caine interrupted the two's bickering.

"HELLO, MY SUPERSTARS! TODAY WE'RE DOING SUGGESTION ADVENTURES AGAIN, BUT THERE'S A CATCH!" This is gonna be a long day, isn't it? "HERE IS A PEN AND PAPER. YOU'RE GONNA WRITE NEW SUGGESTIONS AND I WILL PICK FROM THEM RANDOMLY!! START BRAINSTORMING EVERYONE!" Suddenly, Jax had a perfect idea. He was gonna set the two up on a teamwork adventure and lead them to confession. He shouldn't care this much, but he just wants things back to slightly normal.

Like Caine said, a pen and paper appeared in front of everyone. They all quickly got to writing, and obviously, Jax got done first. Even if his adventure doesn't get picked, he could conjure up another one later. For now, though, he wanted to try this at least.

Once they all turned their papers in, Caine and Bubble appeared. "LET'S SEE WHAT SUPER SUPER DUPER FANTASTIC ADVENTURE WE PICK BUBBLE!!" He snaps his fingers, and a piece of paper with writing pops into his hands. "LET'S GO THROUGH A MAZE WITH CHALLENGES IN PAIRS TO SEE WHO MAKES IT OUT FIRST... WHY NOT!!" No way. His plan fucking worked!! "PAIR UP AND THEN WE CAN GET STARTED!"

Pomni started to make her way towards Ragatha, playing with her hands. "Hey, uh, Ragatha...?" Ragatha turned down to look at Pomni. "Do you maybe wanna pair up with me? I-I-I mean it's fine if you don't want to though..."

"No! I uhh was gonna actually ask you that exact question." They stand there awkwardly until Caine interrupts them once again.

"LOOKS LIKE YOU'VE SPLIT INTO PAIRS SO LET'S GET STARTED"

They get to a wide, stretching grass maze. Caine gave no directions, so they're all alone. Jax decides they should split up, mainly to have his plan actually work.

The doll and jester walk in awkward silence for basically the whole time until they run into their first split path.

"Which way should we take, Rags?" Pomni asks, looking up at Ragatha. She internally freaks out over the nickname but can't physically show it. People call her that all the time, but it's different coming from Pomni. "Rags?" focus.

"Uhh, I'm not sure... You can pick! It's a gamble either way, honestly." She says.

"Alright! The left, I guess? I'm not sure, I'm just guessing." They walk over still in awkward silence. I mean, what do they have to say anyway? Everything that they say to each other is nonsense. They're too busy freaking out over each other to notice what they're saying.

They walk for a while until they're met with a wall with a card on it. The card reads, "Challenge one: tell each other one thing the other doesn't know." Now this could go one of two ways. Would they straight up confess? Or would they just say something random?

"So what is something I don't know about you?" Ragatha asks Pomni. She knows exactly what she doesn't know about her. She's totally in love with her. But will she actually say that? God no. Instead, she takes a bit of a risk.

"Well, this is kinda random, but I have a bit of a 'thing' for someone in the circus..." Realizing what she just said, she starts to freak out internally. Ragatha's face slightly lights up, though she's not trying to get her hopes up. Maybe it really is her, though

"Really? I actually kinda do too.." Pomni also feels a slight beam of hope. Maybe she does have a chance!!

Suddenly, the wall slides to the side, and the entrance is open. They start to keep walking through the maze. They still walk in silence, but their minds still wander. Who could the other possibly like??

They stop at another wall with a card that reads, "Play a quick game of truth or dare between each other." What are these challenges?! They stare at each other in confusion for a moment until one starts talking.

"Well, we have to make it out of here somehow. Truth or dare?" Ragatha says.

"Oh, uhm... truth?" The doll knew what she wanted to ask, but she didn't wanna seem pushy, so she left it alone for now.

"Hmmm... What do you wanna do after you get out of the circus?"

"That's actually a good question! I probably would wanna check on everyone and everything I left behind. Even though I didn't plan on getting stuck, I still feel guilty somehow... I wonder what's happening there right now..." She looks kind of sad saying that. She's always homesick, but she has days way worse than others, and I guess today's one of those days.

"I understand that. I'm sorry."

"It's okay. It's not your fault, but it is your turn. Truth or dare?"

"truth." Pomni has the same thought process as Ragatha. She decides to ask something a bit similar to what Ragatha asked.

"Do you promise that once we get out of the circus, we will find each other again?" Ragatha wasn't expecting that question, honestly, but the answer was easy.

"Yes, of course," Ragatha says reassuringly. They smile at each other, then hear the wall moving out of the way. Continuing to walk, Pomni thinks about the answer she got. Is she overthinking it, or did that mean something? Something about the way she said it made it sound like she didn't mean it in a "just a friend" way. She was quickly snapped out of her thoughts and was met with the last and final wall and the last and final question.

The card read, "Any confessions you need to get off your chest? Remember, if you lie by saying no, the door will not open." Shit. They both have confessions they don't particularly wanna say. They look at each other, then quickly look away, blushing.

"pomni?"

"Yeah?"

"There's something I need to confess..." Terrified, she turns toward the jester and grabs her hands, looking into her eyes. "I like you. Like more than a friend. I totally understand if you don't feel the same way. I just wanna get out of this stupid maze!" Pomni turns into a flustered mess, still maintaining eye contact with the doll. But she grabs her cheek and pulls her into a kiss. Startled, Ragatha flinches, but soon returns the favor. After a little bit, they pull back.

"I like you too," Pomni says, still looking at her. Soon, the door pulls back, revealing the exit to the maze. They walk out hand-in-hand, happy and content.

They get back and see everyone else sitting together. Jax notices them chatting more relaxed and holding hands. He knew his plan worked. He snickers and looks to Ragatha. She's pissed but also grateful for the little push. Without it, she probably would never have been brave enough to tell her how she feels. She'll deal with Jax later, though. They walk to their rooms talking and walking together happily. Jax finally feels like the circus is back to somewhat normal.
