Chapter Text

Day 15 - Semi-public

Bakugo POV

Katsuki turns and presses the front of his body into the curve of Izuku, his warmth enveloping him completely. He’s only just woken up, and after remembering where he is, he can’t help but smile. He’s not sure if he’s supposed to feel this happy and giddy, but he doesn’t care. He can’t keep the smile from his face.

Izuku’s alarm goes off a few minutes later, making him groan. He reaches over and silences the alarm, then drapes an arm around Katsuki and pulls him tight.

“Morning.” Izuku mumbles, kissing the top of Katsuki’s head.

“Morning.” Katsuki answers, placing a kiss on Izuku’s shoulder. He blushes at the bite marks he sees there.

They stay like this for a few minutes, breathing each other in, gently running their hands over one another. Enjoying the moment. Then another of Izuku’s alarms sounds and he sits up to silence it. He runs a hand through his messy hair, then drags it down his face.

“I wish I didn’t have to go to work.” He complains, stretching his limbs. Katsuki nods in agreement.

“Wanna get dinner together afterwards?” Katsuki suggests, tilting his head up to Izuku.

“I’d love that.” Izuku says, smiling softly. Katsuki thinks he might be glowing.

“C’mon, I’ll drive you to work. My car is downstairs.”

With that, the two roll out of bed and busy themselves around Izuku’s apartment in a comfortable silence. Katsuki showers as Izuku makes them both coffee, then helps himself to some clean clothes from Izuku’s drawers. Izuku showers after, and before Katsuki can stop to question it, he heads to Izuku’s fridge and prepares him a light lunch. There isn’t much for him to use, but a small meal is better than nothing. He snaps a lid onto the tupperware and nestles it inside a small bag, placing it on the counter next to Izuku’s work satchel.

“Yo, what’s got you so happy?”

Katsuki blinks at Eijiro, his steps faltering as he walks toward his office. They’ve just finished a hero shift. Eijiro bounds along next to him, grinning mischievously.

“Nothing.” Katsuki answers then, his head turning away slightly.

“Dude, I’ve known you forever. I know when something’s going on with you.” He knocks his shoulder into Katsuki’s, smiling down at him. “What is it?”

Katsuki’s mind races, he doesn’t know what to say. He’s in love. He wants to shout about it from the rooftop, but he also wants to keep it sacred and hidden. His heart thumps as it contradicts itself.

Just then his phone pings in his pocket. Izuku. He knows it’s him because his phone is set to silent, except for the notifications from Izuku. He’d changed the settings a while ago, never wanting to miss one of his texts, even before they’d hooked up. He thinks it’s funny now, looking back. Maybe I’ve always been into him? His heart flutters in his chest.

SMS 13:29PM From <Nerd ❤️ >

Lunch was so good, thank you!

“Holy fuck, you’re seeing someone?” Eijiro’s voice cuts into Katsuki’s mind, he startles and switches off the phone, pulling it close to his chest. Eijiro is standing behind him, leaning over his shoulder.

“What?” Is all Katsuki manages to choke out.

“Bakugo, I literally just saw a heart emoji, and now you’re blushing like a school girl! It’s true, right? You’re seeing someone?” Eijiro’s red eyes sparkle with delight.

“So what if I am?” Katsuki grumbles out, shoving his phone back in his pocket. He makes a mental note to reply to Izuku as soon as possible, not wanting to leave him on read.

“Oh my god, tell me everything!” Eijiro grabs Katsuki’s arm and tugs him to a sharp stop. Katsuki’s eyes widen. This is bad…

“What’s her name?” Eijiro presses, still beaming.

“Like I’m gonna tell you.” Katsuki scoffs, crossing his arms.

“Oh c’mon. Don’t be like that! Tell me everything!”

Katsuki remains silent, his face totally disinterested, despite the blush creeping across his cheeks.

“Do I know them?” Eijiro asks. Katsuki says nothing. “Is she a hero?”

Eijiro waits for Katsuki to answer, but when he doesn’t respond again he peppers him with questions. Katsuki’s shoulders tense with each one, his stomach turning.

“At least tell me something!” Eijiro groans then, throwing his hands up in the air with a well-practiced dramatic flair. Katsuki chews on his cheek for a moment, looking down at his feet.

“Their hair…” He starts, his words quiet. “They have… green hair.”

Eijiro laughs then, slapping his hands on his knees. Katsuki shifts on his feet, feeling exposed.

“What’s so fucking funny?”

“N-nothing,” Eijiro coughs out around his laughter, “for some reason the first person I thought of was Midoryia’s mother!”

Katsuki stiffens, his blood running cold. Eijiro notices the change and his laughter stops immediately.

“Wait… you’re not dating Midoryia’s-”

“Of course I’m not!” Katsuki cuts in, his fists clenched.

“Then why is your face so red right now?”

Katsuki’s mouth hangs open, words escaping him. Eijiro raises an eyebrow suspiciously.

“Th-that’s because you’re asking me all these dumb fucking questions.” Katsuki spits, shaking his head and storming off.

“Table for two?” A lady in a white dress shirt and black fitted trousers asks, lifting two menus from the podium she stands behind.

Katsuki nods, his mouth dry, his heart racing. He’d barely managed to get away from Eijiro earlier today. He’d been tense and stressed. The thought of seeing Izuku is the only thing holding him together.

“My fr-” he cuts himself off, swallowing thickly. “My boyfriend will be here soon.” The words roll off his tongue easily, he feels butterflies wreak havoc in his stomach. He wanted to say the word, see how it felt leaving his mouth, see how it sounded out in the universe. It sounds right.

He does his best to suppress a shy smile as the lady ushers him to a table near the window. She places the menus next to the plates and gestures to the seat. “Some water for the table?” She asks politely.

Katsuki nods, “Thanks.”

He sits down then, tucking his legs under the long tablecloth, and rests his hands on his lap. Why am I so fucking nervous?

The water arrives, and he pours himself a glass, taking large mouthfuls.

“Yes sir,” Katsuki hears the waitress say a few rows behind him, “your boyfriend is this way.”

Katsuki almost chokes on his water as the lady steps toward the table, a red-faced Izuku popping out from behind her. His eyes are wide, and he looks between Katsuki and the waitress like a deer in headlights.

“Oh, no- um, we’re-”

“Thank you.” Katsuki interrupts, cutting off Izuku’s rambling. Izuku’s face flushes as the waitress smiles between them and then turns away. Izuku sits, still staring after the woman who just left.

“I didn’t- it wasn’t- I didn’t tell her-”

Katsuki laughs, his head tilting to the side. He looks at Izuku, truly takes him in, as the man scrambles for words.

“You’re such an idiot.” Katsuki says, smiling.

Izuku frowns. “Hey-”

“I love you.”

Izuku freezes, his freckles disappearing behind a dark blush. His mouth opens and closes several times, looking for the words he wants to say.

“I love you, too.” Izuku answers then, his tone soft, a lopsided grin on his face.

“I told her,” Katsuki says simply, pouring Izuku a glass of water from the glass bottle between them. “That my boyfriend would be joining me.”

Izuku sucks in a sharp breath, Katsuki can’t hide his smile.

“Was I wrong?” Katsuki asks then. He’s confident he’s not, but there’s still a tiny part of him that worries. That thinks he’s making everything up in his head. Two months ago, he never dreamed he’d be sitting here with Izuku, feeling these feelings, saying these words. He doesn’t care. He’s so happy.

“N-no.” Izuku stammers, his eyes wide.

“Good.” Katsuki nods, then picks up a menu. “I’ve never been here before, so don’t ask me what to order.”

“So that’s when I accidentally-” Izuku abruptly stops mid-sentence as Katsuki runs his foot along Izuku’s lower leg. They’d been chatting and eating and drinking for hours. Time passes in a blur when they’re together.

“Kacchan..” Izuku mumbles under his breath, his story already forgotten. Katsuki tilts his head innocently, his foot travelling higher. Katsuki watches as Izuku physically trembles. “I’m holding myself back enough already.”

Heat pools in Katsuki’s stomach, the bottle of wine they’d shared making his mind wander to all kinds of impolite thoughts. His tongue darts over his lips, and he notices the way Izuku stares at it.

“You’re so easy to tease, though.” Katsuki flirts, leaning across the table to take a strawberry from Izuku’s plate. He lifts it to his mouth and bites down, eyes locked onto Izuku’s.

Izuku places his glass down on the table, a little unceremoniously, and stands abruptly.

“Follow me.” He orders.

Katsuki stands slowly and casually follows Izuku. He walks them both into the empty bathroom and then pulls Katsuki into one of the stalls. He locks the door, his hands trembling, before he turns on the spot and grabs the back of Katsuki’s neck with his hand.

He pulls their faces close together, staring at one another, lips barely a breath apart, as he crowds Katsuki up against the wall. He pushes his hips into Katsuki’s.

“What’s got you so hot and bothered?” Katsuki whispers innocently, a smirk twisting his lips.

“You’re gonna get us in trouble.” Izuku says, voice stern. His hard length presses into Katsuki, and he can’t help but push forward a little bit. Izuku groans softly.

“Then we better be quiet.”

With that, Katsuki reaches between them and slips his hands beneath Izuku’s trousers. He palms Izuku, already hard and leaking at the tip.

“How are you so hard?” He whispers into Izuku’s ear, his tongue licking across the thin skin. Izuku shudders.

“You- you can’t be serious…”

Katsuki pushes Izuku’s trousers down past his hips, wasting no time, exposing his thick cock. He bites Izuku’s earlobe as he wraps a hand around it and fists a few times. I must be out of my mind right now…

“Kacchan,” Izuku mumbles, his hands planted firmly against the wall behind Katsuki.

Shh.” Katsuki whispers, reaching to unzip his own trousers. His erection springs free, slapping his stomach. He presses them together, both hands barely reaching around them. He moves.

Izuku’s heavy breathing warms Katsuki’s cheek as he pumps them both, his hands slick with pre-cum. His hips rock into each movement, and his eyes roll back as the pressure builds. He bites on his bottom lip to hold back a moan, then realises there’s a better way to cover them up. He leans his head forward and kisses Izuku, his tongue lapping against his lips, exploring the inside of his mouth.

Don’t stop.” Izuku pants against his mouth, a firm hand clasping around his own. They move together, fast and hard, messy and desperate.

Izu- I’m gonna-” Katsuki’s vision blurs as his legs tremble. His pleasure climbs to its peak, the alcohol in his system making it impossible to hold back.

Me too,” Izuku whispers, his hand tightening around them. “Let’s cum together.”

A few more passes over his aching cock is all it takes before he’s releasing himself, his body shaking. He leans his weight against the wall as Izuku pushes into him, groaning softly, spilling himself over their knuckles.

They breathe heavily, hands slowing, as they ride their orgasms together. Katsuki feels like he’s died and gone to heaven. Izuku chuckles after a minute of silence, leaning his forehead against Katsuki’s.

“You’re going to be the death of me.”
