I have shown you the dirty secrets of the hero commission. I have shown how the people you call villains are created by your so-called heroes. You have chosen to ignore me. So, in response, I have chosen to take matters into my own hands. I am declaring war on society. Heroes, villains, and civilians alike. Be Warned. The era of quirks is over. I’m taking back what once was. The quirkless will reign, the quirked will fall. This is my formal declaration of the war against quirks. I suggest you all prepare. Why? Because I am here.”
The screen went black with the simple name “Devolution” in bright red letters.
