"Uses the air currents like feelers, I think," Dream's breath was coming heavier as he carried on running. "Gets an idea of where things are in relation to him. He doesn't always get it right, sometimes there are cracks in things big enough to feel like an escape route and he slams into a wall. Or he doesn't angle close enough to the ground and trips on things. He's uh-" Dream flipped the communicator around, and Techno blinked as Bad flew through the air, screeching the whole way. "He's slippery."

Tommy hums absent-mindedly underneath his breath as he continues on his walk, and just as he sees the school come into view, himself being right on time, his phone begins to buzz in his pocket.
He doesn’t think much of it. It’s a calm morning, the city is quiet, and he’s not thinking straight, with it still being early. He expects it to be some telemarketer, if anything. He doesn’t expect anything of the worst.
(He wishes he never picked up that fucking phone call.)

"Good for you. So, did you get the piglin from your mother or father?" Wilbur asked. Tommy stared at him, blinking.
"...what? I'm a human." He clarified.
Or, Tommy goes to the nether to collect some nether wart to make some money. Things go sideways when he meets a pair of piglins who are convinced he's one of them.
