Summary
Izuku is Quirkless, but knew that. Only humans can get Quirks, after all.
He has knowledge instead. Knowledge on how to manipulate time. Knowledge of metals and tactics from a time and space far removed. Knowledge that he hungers for the souls of stars.
Knowledge is preferable to Quirks, in his opinion.

The II and XI Primarch, the Forgotten and the Purged, wiped clean from all records of Imperial history. The most successful censure ever performed in the Imperium, erasing every single one of their greatest deeds and worst shames. Both went missing during the Rangdan Xenocides but records never said how they went missing. But all those who were sworn to secrecy, from the Primarchs to the surviving Astartes, knew that the IInd Primarch was lost with his battleship, the Viridiscent Shield, with all hands during a Rangdan Ambush.
But what truly happened? No scrap of their ship was ever found, no trace, not even to the 41st Millnium after the great Horus Heresy torn the galaxy asunder and burned all hopes of progress and achievement. What happened to Izuku Midoriya, Primarch of the Emerald Warriors?
