Summary
Wei Ying is not in bed.
Normally, Wei Ying is curled up next to Lan Wangji when he wakes at five. Wei Ying will be strewn about, soft limbs and dark hair fanned and sprawled, leg over Wangji's hip, arms wrapped tightly around his chest, and face pressed into his neck. Even in sleep, Wei Ying is a bundle of energy; he is always moving. Now, Wangji wakes to a cold bed, and no Wei Ying.
A series of sleepwalking episodes leaves Wei Wuxian refusing to sleep, and Lan Wangji at his wit's end on how to deal with them. It appears, however, that it is anything but simple sleepwalking. And there is no telling just what may happen if the episodes are left unchecked.

Summary
Lan Wangji carries the siren into his arms and tells him to hold on tight, for he will now take flight.
“Why is your kingdom so high up?” Wei Ying asks much later, when they’ve arrived at the golden gates of the palace.
“So no one but us dragons can enter,” Lan Wangji answers.
He does not tell Wei Ying it is also so that no one but the dragons can leave.

Summary
My Prompt: The cultivation world is sent into a furor when YunmengJiang’s head disciple publishes his new inventions. Sect leaders find themselves interested in this son of a servant as he single-handedly makes waves within their world. Marriage proposals, requests for private tutoring, and offers for alliances all find their ways onto the sect leader’s desk. In the blink of an eye, Wei WuXian is the most talked about man within the sects.
However, they’re not the only ones who’ve taken an interest in him. Deep in the shadows is monster that hungers and desires. And it’s just laid eyes on its new prey.

Lan Zhan gets a few minutes of silence, which are companionable and warm despite the voice’s bemused indigence, before a slick-trickle sensation slips down his back. He straightens in alarm, but the presence in his head does...something that conveys the soothing sensation of rubbing his back in comfort. A flowing shadow edges along the edge of his vision.
This time, the voice doesn’t come from his head.
“Call me Wei Ying,” it whispers, like a lover, into the pink shell of his ear.
