Thank you so much, I'm glad you liked it. I must admit I was a total tease about Vetinari's daemon! Once the idea occurred to me I just couldn't not run with "Vetinari's terrier." I do think it would make an already interesting dynamic between Vimes and Vetinari even more interesting as the daemons often reveal aspects about their humans that the humans don't always do themselves.
