In an alternative timeline that parallels the canon reality of the original Naruto anime/manga series, Naruto Uzumaki finally fulfills his lifelong dream of becoming Hokage of Konoha; only this time, it's done in a more respectful and fitting manner. Prior to this memorable moment, however, the blond jinchuriki shinobi ninja is relieved and thankful when it comes to confessing his sincere feelings to his pink-haired teammate and friend, Sakura Haruno, not long after the Fourth Great Ninja War officially came to an end. It gives Naruto the chance to reflect on the lessons he has learned throughout his ninja journey, including from Sakura herself, Lady Tsunade (the current Hokage), and even his mentors. The perception he once had for why he strove to become Hokage has changed in large part due to an encounter with his father, Minato Namikaze, during his battle against Pain. For this story, I am going to explore the blond ninja’s tenure as Hokage from the perspective of the challenges he will be facing, along with the help of his new family, friends, comrades and mentors as they protect all five hidden villages from evil and disaster.

This fic is based on one of my many perceptions of Deidara's childhood and years leading to him joining the Akatsuki. Obviously, the reader wouldn't be included in that canonically, but it still gives me the opportunity to explore his childhood relationships (platonic and romantic) and his family tree. There isn't a ton of canon information about his life in Iwagakure. However, there is enough for me to use as a backbone for this story. With that being said, I hope you enjoy.

A week after Uzumaki Naruto received the title of Master Jounnin of the Hidden Leaf Village, he was assigned to a reconnaissance mission to investigate an organization whose objective was to revive the Akatsuki. However, something went wrong, and Naruto was infected by a malicious energy known as Black Breath... This energy awakened Naruto's evil and negative side, causing him to lose control and attack his companions.
After the entire incident, Uzumaki was judged by his friends and the village without even seeking a sensible explanation for what had infected him, simply branding him as evil and an aberration.
During his trial, he was subjugated by everyone, and in a moment of rage, he vowed justice where all these traitors would pay for all the suffering they brought upon him since his childhood.

Após todo o incidente, o Uzumaki foi julgado por seus amigos e pela vila sem ao menos buscarem uma explicação sensata sobre o que havia infectado ele, simplesmente o tachando de maligno e uma aberração.
