When Cid Kagenou was reborn into the world of an Otome game, he didn't expect for things to roll out so perfectly for his dreams of becoming an Eminence in Shadow. Nor did he expect to make many friends along the way and starting The Shadow Garden, a shadowy organization that lurks in the shadows and hunts the shadows. But with so many of them being girls (everyone but him), Cid figured one day, hey, why not recruit that one male friend I made the other day. He's cool.
When Leon Fou Bartfort was born into the world of an Otome game, he didn't expect to have to go on an adventure to save his life, nor that he'd eventually meet a reincarnated Chunnibyou who effectively started a cult and decided to recruit him by force.
