The fae folk had been hiding from humanity for centuries. The dangerous and violent creatures that killed indiscriminately and destroyed everything in their paths. Still as humanity’s eyes became more numerous and their civilizations grew, the fae got ready for their eventual discovery.
That was the plan, until the day that monsters spilled forth from the mountain. The fae had convinced themselves over the ages that the human monster war was just a fable. A horrible nightmarish fairy tale, because if a race called monsters didn't stand a chance against the humans then what chance did the delicate fae have against them?
One thing was obvious though, The fae folk needed to reach out to the monsters and secure a relationship before anyone else, there survival depended on it. -

An abandoned mining town below Mount Ebbott where people seem to just vanish even to this day. So far out that no help could reach you so no one dares. Only armed with an antique mood ring that seems to even glow near mysterious skulls you’ve been finding. Also the strange eerie calm of knowing that you were meant to come here despite the circumstances. The kidnappers have a sadistic plan on making a snuff film with all of you the victims… Little did they know that by setting up camp in this old mining town they would be included.

If being a nurse wasn't hard enough, the thought of dealing with four horny human looking monsters' morning noon and night was the cherry of the cake. Granted the way she first meets three of them definitely didn't work out how they had wanted but hey, shit happens... Right? Right. Well now after that experience leads her to fall right into the arms of her first soulmate right off the bat, she needs to deal with how she is going to handle the other three. Because if she doesn't anytime soon then they were going to have one very exhausted and pissed off nurse to deal with. Which would be bad since she knows more than one way to turn them to dust while they slept.

There's something terrifying about change, even when it's for the better. In that shithole of an underground, you at least knew it's in and outs. You knew the rules, how things worked, even if you didn't know where your next meal was coming from or when the day would come that would be your last. It was still the same thing. Wake up, go scavenging, reset the traps, come home. Rinse and repeat.
Nothing new happened in an inescapable prison with slowly depleting resources. Just the inevitability that it'd all run out someday.
You knew, intimately, that you'd die there. Accepted it.
Until you didn't.
Until everything changed.
