Haytham decided, if his son insisted on driving their relationship into that direction, the least he could do was to give the boy a proper education. And perhaps…perhaps he might even turn the tables and reclaim the upper hand.
But when he found himself flat on his back, with his son working on his prostate diligently, he thought—well, perhaps this wasn’t entirely unacceptable. And the boy—thank God—the boy wasn’t far too beyond educable after all.

Haytham rolled his eyes, turning his head to the side, hair fanned like a broken halo across the pillow.
“I really have!” Connor insisted, pouting faintly, pressing down unnecessarily.
“Yes, I know, I know!” Haytham hissed, breath sharp, “Would you get off me before saying that?!”
In other words, Haytham just had to provoke his son, and got himself fucked, literally.

5. Mary Read carries Jenny’s letter to the Kenway House, and Edward is going to have a heart attack.
6. Haytham shows Connor the portraits hang in their house in Queen Anne's Square.
7. Haytham talks with Jenny once they finally find her.

Lucky for him, this time it only took him five years to return, unlucky for him, it’s still not quick enough—Haytham was already gone, killed by the man’s own son.
Too late was him to realise that the mission was only an excuse, a distraction, all but to send him away, to protect him, and Connor too, from each other.
From Charles Lee, Shay learnt that Haytham had given him one last mission, and this time, it would take him the rest of his life. And he took it anyway.

It will be written as Haytham’s personal journal entries, but less similar comparing to Forsaken—it has much too many storytellings for a personal journal entries, for the readers’ sake yes, but since I have already posted my Through the Eyes of A Child, it would be utterly unnecessary to re-present the whole story once again, I think you all would agree.
So if you haven’t read it yet, read it first please, at least read the chapter 1-6 and chapter 9, or you will get really lost. Then, take this as the bonus chapter(s).
This work will not include father-son incest. From it, You can see through him easily that how complex and torn he is. The child can be the child, but the Haytham is the same old Haytham after all.
