Ah, the dreaded Ronald Reagan returns to the White House in 2004. Unlike his time living in the White House, he is immensely unpopular amongst the Presidential ghosts. Although Washington and most others thinks he's the most insufferable, annoying man to hold the office since Andy Johnson, Washington has learned his lesson from Jackson. Everyone needs an equal introduction, even if they truly don't deserve it. However, when Reagan finally fell at his feet in that small room, the man he met was nothing like he expected.
