Summary
A study of various DC characters, through song. Inspired by the Twilight Zone episode "A Piano in the House", which features a magical player piano which causes people to reveal their true selves, or hidden aspects of themselves.
A/N: Apart from the first couple of chapters, which are kind of a set-up for the whole work, the various chapters likely won't be very closely linked with each other, though they are meant to take place in the same universe. Basically, you can probably read one without having to read most of the others. Or, you can just read the summary above, if you would prefer.

Guests of the estate never seem to notice him, yet know he runs the show.
They remark how he had been there since the Wayne’s were alive. How he raised Bruce all by himself and manages the entire staff.
And how now even in his old age he still watches over the house.
He’s seen young masters leave and grow.
Yet one currently held his attention.
Two to be more precise, but really the one at the moment.
Tim had joined their household after nearly figuring out Master Wayne as the Batman.Series

It’s an existence Bruce hadn’t tasted before, not with Mona nor when the darkness had gripped his heart and sunk into it. Stranger, who is warmth and sunlight and something indistinctly divine, has taught him much about Eclipso and wishes that do not – cannot – damn him.
(Bruce Gordon contemplates his relationship with the Phantom Stranger.)
