Inspired by Time Princess’ book The Perfect Storm.

Casey’s heart was beating faster than ever. She studied his face: brown reddish hair, mysterious brown eyes and the little scars that showed the experience of years at the sea.The world disappeared as Casey could only focus on the man before her eyes.
—I know who you are. — She said as she furrowed her eyes. — You’re Derek Venturi.
He looked a little too smug for Casey’s liking.
— As much as I hate to interrupt your ego boost, I’m a very busy woman and you’re blocking my way.
She intended to move away just pleading to God he wouldn’t recognise her but luck was never on her side. He reached forward slowly keeping her from escaping and said in a low and threatening tone:
— Oh, I know you too, Princess. You’re the woman who destroyed my cabin. So, homewrecker, you owe me one. Do you know what happened to the last man that owed me something?
Casey raised her chin to match his height. She refused to be intimidated by this man! If he wanted to play, Casey was more than willing to put up a fight! Someone had to show that prepotent, disgusting and irritating playboy to not mess with captain McDonald!
