Summary
As their lunch stretches on Aziraphale slowly comes to realize that Crowley is—enjoying him. Enjoying Aziraphale’s conversation, and company, far more openly than he has in most of Aziraphale’s memory. And Aziraphale knows that he himself is just chattering on, letting conversational tangents carry him along, and—it’s definitely relief, for him, knowing for the first time in a long time that they aren’t being watched, that no one is keeping score for now.

Aziraphale realizes that Crowley's been saying something rather loudly for a week. -

is that your flaming sword (or are you just pleased to see me) by Deputychairman

Summary
“No, it -just reminded me of your sword, that’s all. The flaming one. You know, you pinning me against the wall with it like that - ” he gestured airily to the shelf, “and, uh, I don’t know, smiting me with holy love or something.”
He directed an unmistakable onceover at Aziraphale’s physical form, perhaps justifiably doubtful that his message would get across without it.
But to their mutual surprise, Aziraphale had understood him perfectly.
“Oh I see,” he said.
Crowley opened his mouth, then closed it again. The unexpected success of communication had left them both at a bit of a loss for words.

Summary
The bookseller and his friend must have gotten caught up in the general sense of joy that had encapsulated the street, because they seemed to have resolved things quite nicely. How else to explain the way they now held hands in the park, or walked arm in arm to the pastry shop around the corner, or kissed each other on the cheek when they thought no one else was looking and pulled away in a sort of silly, dazed euphoria. Anya said she had seen them snogging in alley, and Sharon even claimed to have heard all manner of unusual sounds coming from the backroom of the bookshop late at night.
Now, that was all well and good, but this… hm.
This was a little much.Or, one hopeless shop clerk's brave attempt to make sure two man shaped beings of the world don't get arrested mere weeks after they've finally figured everything out.

Summary
Crowley stretched his long legs over the arm of the couch, crossing his feet at the ankles. All things considered, he liked feet. You could do so many useful things with them. Wear high heels, for one. Run very fast. Both at the same time if you were particularly talented, or if you cheated. People took feet for granted.
Of course, most people had never experienced alternatives, but that was their own problem.
