Summary
Alternative Retelling of Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack featuring Sayla Mass's involvement in events as the main love interest to Amuro Ray after Universal Century 0079 (MGS) to 0089 (MSGZZ). Mostly adapting from events of the original movies, Char's Counterattack, The Origin, Char's Deleted Affair, and Zeta Define. Carries elements & inspiration from Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX such as "the kira kira" or I would like to call the "Newtype experience" because it just sounds better and more importantly "MAV" battles during The Second Neo Zeon War. Haman is also alive for these events by the way just for some fun. :) Sayla will get to pilot a Gundam alongside Amuro, they will work together as Mavs which is honestly what they did in the original show.

It is the year 0085, and the Earth Sphere is more divided than ever. “Then what kind of man are you, Char?” Garma asks, not perturbed in the slightest. So he expected to be turned down today, very interesting. And very self-aware.
Hm.
So he takes a long drink of his wine, watching Garma as he watches him, and plots.-
Yes, Char is named after the sound effect 'shaa', as in 'appearing suddenly', but his name is also partially inspired by Tomino's favorite lounge singer, Charles Aznavour.
What if someone with way too much time on his hands took this little fact and ran with it?
aka the Charma lounge singer AU that no one asked for. -
