Sitting on top of a rooftop while waiting for the sun to go down, Rouge is bored out of her mind with nothing to do other than wait. However, all of that changes when she spots a young fox boy with two tails being chased by a pair of fox bullies. Curious and eager to save him, the naked bat knocks them out before taking him back to her rooftop where she gets to learn more about him than she knows. And the young fox boy known as Tails is going to be learning more about her beyond just education.

After the vagabond Sonic gets into legal trouble with Clean Sweep Co., he's hired to be a janitor (blackmailed into being a spy) for Spagonia University, specifically the wing that deals with the merfolk. Despite their violent nature, Sonic starts developing a bond with the sea creatures, particularly Nine, the one who looks like the brother Sonic lost. Even stranger than that, he's also forging relationships with the workers at the university and the people connected to them.
But the truth of who he is will come out eventually, and the fallout might be impossible to handle if he doesn't figure out Clutch wants in all of this.
Or, Sonic teaches merfolk how to belong while also learning this lesson and how to healthily deal with his own grief

Started: April 2nd 2025 - Finished June 13th 2025
The gala was a mess, but at least Battie was safe to heal after it all in Yuri and Zero's villa in Casino Park Zone. Much to the little brown bat's disgruntlement, the ghost of their past come back to haunt her. She gains a new friends, enemies, and an unexpected lover along the way.
(Some of the chapters has my first attempt at two kinds of scenes: a court scene and a sex scene. If it's painful to read, you can skip it. You don't lose much in terms of plot.)
