Summary
A Demon Princess, a Bastard Prince, and a Haunted FBI Agent. Three people from three very different worlds (both literally and metaphorically) find themselves thrust into a situation none of them are entirely prepared to handle. It is well known that The Things Man Was Not Meant To Know are hazardous to one's sanity, but they neglected to mention the effects on one's personal life. Horrors beyond time and space can threaten to reopen old, mundane wounds, or expose secrets that threaten to tear a new family apart just as easily as they can open wounds and tears in reality.

Summary
Introduction of an outside element to any system can cause unforeseen consequences far, far later. Like a butterfly flapping its wings in Liberia causes a hurricane in the Caribbean, like a spider caught in the gears of a clock causes a man to miss his wedding, CHAOS THEORY holds that all things move from order to disorder. Radical changes or introductions from outside often only accelerate the process. The true power of the Universe, this one and all the others, understands this.
Sometimes people cross paths in strange situations, or disappear just as inexplicably. When a demon princess with a missing father, a bastard prince with an unknown mother, and an ex-FBI agent whose a member of a conspiracy with missing morals cross paths, things begin to spiral in ways more subtle than they could hope to unravel or predict.

Summary
After the events surrounding the Glenridge Chiropractor, normalcy seems to have finally come to the lives of Jon Snow and Octavia of the Ars Goetia. And while their adopted father, freshly-retired FBI agent Curtis McRay, has obligations to the secret conspiracy he joined so many years ago, they seem to have finally settled into being a family.
But things are not so simple. The Conspiracy makes demands of everyone, and secret government projects seek to shut it down for good. Royal dynasties find themselves on the edge, and jealous relatives strike out to recover that which they believe they are owed. And all the while, evils so ancient they preceded the words to name them plot the total domination of all things.
Family comes in many forms: borne by blood, found by chance, or forged in adversity. The one thing you can never do, however, is fully sever yourself from it. Family never forgets, and Jon, Octavia, and Curtis are all about to learn this the hard way.
