Eggsy was born a beta. It wasn’t a mistake, he didn’t have the parts to be an omega. But it always felt more… right… it felt like it fit him more, and his instincts always aligned more with it. It was just a hormone imbalance, the doctors said.
Merlin also had a hormone imbalance, but he never felt like anything other than omega fit, so clearly Eggsy was the exception, not the rule. Maybe Eggsy just needed a pack he could actually fit in with. He hasn’t had one of those since he was little.

Eggsy and Roxy seemed to share a single brain between them, but that’s okay. The Kingsman can deal with them just fine. They were cute. Sweet even.
It was a bit harder to deal with the aftermath of a decent chunk of the world’s population being killed and the rest being in chaos. Because… that includes criminal circles. So many missions are going tits up, and so many agents for both Kingsman, MI6 Statesman, any of the other worlds organizations of spies… yeah… they had to extract and recover a lot of undercover operatives.
Which might be why Eggsy and Roxy were part of the group of agents running themselves into the ground. They could use a bit of help relaxing.
