Recognizing the team's need for additional expertise, they recruit the successful yet newly washed-up lawyer, Louisa Lavellan, to direct them in their International Relations and policies. And possibly legal help when needed.
Louisa is fierce, works hard, has her heart on her sleeve and wants to do good in the world. She catches the eyes of Cullen Rutherford, former Templar Military Captain who is working through his own life challenges. How will they navigate these feelings with world conflicts and personal conflicts that get in the way? Will Thedas ever experience peace?

She slowly walked through the torn streets cautiously, constantly looking around thinking something was going to pop up and ambush her. But her thoughts were interrupted by the sound of a monstrous roar. Several actually and the sound of a wolf. Amanatha sprinted towards the sounds, leaping over and sliding under the debris until she found herself blocked by what appeared to be mutated plants. The roars sounded again, and she spotted the source ahead. She saw what looked to be several corrupt dragons, even more massive than the dragons in the waking world. Something stirred within her. Something familiar and terrifying. A dark howl ripped through the sky. It was defiant but singular and radiated a power she had not felt before, yet it was familiar. Her eyes widened in surprise as she rounded a corner. A wolf as black as night with six eyes as red as a burning fire stood before the several dragons.

Solas knew very little about the woman who bore his mark except that she was a very beautiful and compelling mystery.
The green glow lit the small cell. The magic on her hand never fully subsided, but when it spit green fire the woman grew restless. He felt a connection to her that the presence of the mark did not explain. Solas almost did not want her to wake up.
The moment he interacted with her, she was bound to disappoint, failing to live up to any of his imaginings.As if to mock this sentiment, the elf stirred. She opened her eyes to reveal bright green eyes. Solas caught his breath, transfixed.
She said accusingly, “Is this another trick? You think I can't escape from your prison, Solas?”
The breath froze in his chest and everything stopped.
She knew him.Solas had no memory of her.

Both Rook and Solas travel back in time to the begining of the Inquisition. From the beginning, Solas senses a bond linking him to Rook. This changes everything.Not a strict retelling. Can be read solo.
Heavy emphasis on Rook and Solas's relationship. Anyone else notice the tension between Cassandra and Varric?
Expect plenty of party banter as well.
