Summary
The war has ended. Draco Malfoy lives with his mother in the desolate Malfoy Manor.
So when Harry Potter shows up on his doorstep asking him to teach Occlumency, he is surprised. But he agrees.
And both get more than they bargained for.

“No,” Harry said with a sardonic smile at the same time Hermione and Neville said “yes.”

This is one of the best character studies I have read on Draco (Malfoy) Black.
Draco gets sent back in time via a magical mirror to the day he receives his Hogwarts letter but still retains his memory from the original timeline. He bonds with Bellatrix Lestrange's wand and cannot use another which gives him greater power compared to the the OG timeline. With his newfound powers due to "The Talon Wand" and his memories he tries to ensure that Voldemort is defeated while trying to save everyone he can. But he soon realizes his goal is much harder to complete than previously thought and that his meddling will permanently change the course of the new timeline. With help from new friends such as Hermione Granger and Neville Longbottom, a new cousin in the form of Luna Lovegood, and a new romance in the form of Harry Potter; Draco tries his best to keep the people he loves safe. Estranged from the Malfoy family, newly acquitted Sirius Black and husband Remus Lupin adopt Draco. He uses this new attachment to the Order of the Phoneix as a resource to stop Voldemort.
