Summary
The line inched forwards, and soon Grantaire was watching Gavroche cheerfully receive a bowl of soup and some bread from a blond man.
The man was gorgeous, with soft hair and a sharp jaw. Infuriatingly handsome in a way that gave Grantaire butterflies and a fight or flight response. As he took an empty bowl, Grantaire snarked, “How much are you spending on shampoo for those curls nowadays?”
Shit. Talk about biting the hand that feeds. The man looked straight at Grantaire, and he felt like a butterfly pinned to a board.
The man spoke levelly, “That was a weak excuse for small talk.” He gestured for the bowl and Grantaire’s hand drifted forward automatically. Their fingers brushed as the bowl changed hands and Grantaire could swear his brain shorted out. At least that would be a good excuse for the next words out of his mouth.

Summary
Enjolras winced and held his head in his hands. Why was it so loud? Actually, why did it even hurt? He didn't have a headache before. Raising his head, he called, "Come in!"
It was, to none of Enjolras's surprise, Grantaire. He quickly scrambled to close the door, locking it. "Thanks, Apollo."
[The title is a lyric from Moonsickness by Penelope Scott.]

Summary
Enjolras is an MP and Grantaire presents a silly, vaguely satirical comedy programme. Enjolras takes some bait too well and wants to fight back.
'...six years on from that first meeting, Grantaire made a living by poking fun at politicians and, more often than was necessary, Enjolras. It was the same as when they were friends. He was trying to get his attention, whilst secure in the knowledge that Enjolras would never give him the type of attention he wanted. But things had backfired. He was here.'

Summary
Spending time with Grantaire is probably the thing that Enjolras looks forward to the most these days. It all started when Combeferre and Courfeyrac finally quit dancing around each other, so Enjolras decided to take initiative and give them some space—not that they would ever make him feel like a third wheel, of course. There were just a few emotionally scarring experiences he could’ve gone without… experiencing.
Sometimes, Enjolras goes to the library and works for an hour in the corner. Sometimes, he paces around a random park bench and recites speeches. Of course, the last time he did that, Grantaire happened to be around, sketching strangers. As it turns out, they have a lot more in common than they originally assumed. They just never took the time to learn about each other’s interests in favor of having yelling matches in the backroom of the Musain. Now, the two of them do more activities together than any of their friends would think. They play board games together, for heaven’s sake.

Summary
It was always entirely mutual between them, wasn't it? The anger, the frustration, the disdain; all of it. Somewhere in their almost-friendship they had silently agreed to live like this, each the foil to the other. Why then did Enjolras find himself so frequently struggling with uneasiness? Something else that felt a good deal too much like guilt, and at times even a heavy dose of longing?
If things were mutual, surely it shouldn't always feel quite so terrible?
The story of two men, not quite friends, not quite enemies, not quite sure how to handle one another and how they struggle on together through the months that led up to the building of the barricade and that terrible, tragic June.
Falling in love before the Barricades arise.
[With the intention of following this up with a second story; modern reincarnation.]

Summary
“You stole from the wrong teacher?” Grantaire asked, nicely on his way to drunk. Jehan swatted his arm and Grantaire shrugged.
“We all know he’s a multi-talented gamin.” Gavroche grinned at him.
“Not that, this time. You see, each year, our grade has a field trip to the Eiffel Tower. This year it happens on the 15th. But it can’t happen if there aren’t any chaperones. And no parents have volunteered.”
“I wonder why.” Combeferre said, not liking the direction this was going.
“So I figured that since you all are like family. Say, uncles or something. You guys could come be chaperones for the field trip!”
Pandemonium.
..........
Presenting a modern AU where Les amis become convinced they could survive being chaperones for 48-odd nine and ten year olds on a field trip to one of the busiest tourist attractions in the world.
Casualties are a given.
