Frank is taking a gap year before Rutgers to focus on his band, Pencey Prep. Between practicing, playing shows, and writing new songs, he's got enough on his plate--and this might be the last chance for them to "make it" before "growing up" gets in the way. Coincidentally, Mikey's older brother, Gerard, is back in town, fresh off a breakup and considering dropping out of college. Gerard decides to audition for the shadow cast and lands the part of Dr. Frank N. Furter. And look, Frank's not really into musicals. He's not into the lipstick and stilettos, the lingerie, the singing. That is, until he sees Gerard in a corset and fishnets. It's a total mind fuck that's got Frank questioning everything about his sexuality, his friendships, and hell, even his songwriting's getting out of whack.
