The only things I remember of the fic is that tobirama is a sensor or similar to that and madara is basically like his “centar”(that wasnt the name used for it in this fic) or similar and in this universe is a Centar rejects their sensor it becomes harder and harder for them to not “flow away”. The scene in the fic that I remember is that there is a celebration and that a little sensor girl comes to tobirama and asks him if hes a sensor too, he basically tells her to pray she never meets her center.
