“Sure did,” Shikako said, and looked at the dates—hang on…
“Kakashi,” Shikako said chidingly, looking up. “You should have told us you were in a war with the Homeowner’s Association.”
“Oh?” he asked, raising his visible eyebrow.
“Mom had horror stories about her time as a single chuunin, Sasuke was being bothered about the Uchiha District, and you know even if Naruto hadn’t gotten some complaints himself he’d have sided against that sort of organization on principle. We would’ve loved to help, or at least hear about it,” Shikako said. She grinned slyly. “It would’ve been a bonding experience, Sensei.”
“Well, in that case…” Kakashi said, and pulled out a piece of paper. “I could use some help with this.”

Shikako looked at it. “Leaving shunshin leaves in people’s yards, Kakashi?” she asked teasingly.
Kakashi shrugged. “Shinku told me he wanted me to ‘leave immediately’…”
“Oh, well in that case,” Shikako said, and Kakashi laughed.
