Summary
Alice Rowe, an independent woman living in Japan in the 1980's has a sudden loss of her brother Cora Rowe. When she asks police to do any investigation, they turn her down, only giving her back the NES he once owned and died upon. Alice, who decides to do her own investigating, soon discovers gruesome torment within this pixelated world, and is unable to handle it on her own. With many failed attempts to sell the console, she finally sells it to her upstairs neighbor, Nicholas Jackson, who just moved from America. Who is soon to discover and solve the cry of a ballad inside the haunted NES.
