But somehow he started to feel great about the way it looked, he was starving and almost dying of malnutrition, so he couldn't understand how could he see something good about his body. Maybe it was just he feeling good about the fact that he hasn't eaten not even a single part of a fallen child?, maybe seeing his sick body made him think that the others were eating more and that calmed him down a little?. He wasn't sure.
