Summary
Several years after they thwarted the Calamity, Link, the High King of Hyrule, has gone missing beneath Hyrule Castle. Zelda, the reincarnation of the Goddess Hylia awakens on a mysterious sky island to find that an ancient enemy has returned when she is at her weakest.

'Give it up, Ganondorf. We predicted your deceit long ago.' Rauru responds to the puppet, as if it were the man himself standing in front of him. He knows, regardless, that the traitor is surely lying in wait somewhere nearby.
The puppet gives an eerie chuckle, before dissipating into swirls of red and black - the colours of Ganondorf's darkness magic, the only kind Rauru had forsaken. He wouldn't need darkness to bathe the world in light. On cue, the man appears behind his failed illusion, preparing for a fight.
Then, he stops in his tracks.
