His confidence and cockyness aren’t on display, he isn’t performing, he’s being real, Remus can tell. He sighs before telling him “I will do whatever I can to protect him Sirius, I swear to you. But you talk about this as if I hold any power within the Order, which I really don’t. Let’s just hope that what you bring to table is enough.”
