Summary
Since before she could remember, Elaerea Targaryen knew her future. She would wed her cousin, have his sons, and rule by his side as Queen of the Seven Kingdoms.
-X-
The Targaryens have been ruling the Seven Kingdoms for two hundred years. King Daeron the Good has prevailed over the Blackfyres, and the realm enjoys times of peace and plenty once again.
The family, too, has enjoyed peace and plenty. Too much, in King Daeron's view. Too many dragons are just as dangerous as too few, as he is wont to say. He has betrothed Prince Valarr Targaryen, heir of his heir, to his cousin Princess Elaerea Targaryen, daughter of his second son. They just have to deal with the fallout.

Summary
It's as simple as that: a man and a woman are found dead after a party that involved a lot of vine, drugs and whores.
At the first glance, it seems an open and closed case: he murdered her, she poisoned him.
Maybe he poisoned himself.
But look deeper and everything becomes a lot less clear. And why oh why was Prince Baelor, the pillar of moral character and the ideal husband, present at that party?

Summary
Some would call foreknowledge an unfair advantage when playing the game of thrones. It was less so when one needed to not only hatch dragons anew to Westeros, but also navigate the Blackfyre Rebellions - an era for which said foreknowledge has very little use.
(Or, a self-insert fic that will not include the following: industrial revolutions, perfect schemes, pristine morals, and bashing. No prior knowledge of this era required to read.)

Summary
The Tourney at Ashford is the last nail in the coffin of Aelinor Penrose's inner peace. She might have somehow found new balance, were it not for the fact that she is thrust into the glaring attention of the realm, when her husband unexpectedly inherits a throne neither thought he might ever ascend to. The problems of her past, far from fled, swoop down upon her into a whirlwind of outrage and scandal.
AU! The ill-fated marriage of Lady Aelinor Penrose and the newly minted King Aerys, the first of his name, is dissolved on grounds of consaguinity. To save face, a new husband must be produced for the former queen of the Seven Kingdoms. But in the throes of intrigue, amid schemes and plots, such a valuable alliance cannot be given too little thought.
Catching wind of a conspiracy which would see the Blackfyre usurpers claiming the reins of power, Brynden Rivers, Hand of the King, decides to take matters into his own hands, especially with evidence of Lady Aelinor and Lord Gormon sharing a closer relationship than strictly comfortable mounting.

Summary
Every parent, every good parent, would love their children equally but also every parent would have a favourite amongst their children. For Daeron, his favourite was a bit too obvious and the consequences of his neglect will have dire repercussions for his family and house. He might have been a 'good' king but he surely was not even close to being a 'good' father.

Summary
The second marriage of Lady Aelinor Penrose was a subject resting upon many a pair of lips, not only because of its manner of coming about, but because of the other half of it. Brynden Rivers was no one's idea of a gallant hero, thus when he stepped in (might be under duress, as suggested by some, at the behest of Princess Elaena) and offered Lady Aelinor the benefit of his protection, the realm quivered with barely suppressed interest.
Or, the life and times of one Aelinor Penrose, from the indignity, albeit freeing quality of a dissolved marriage to her reign as lady wife of the feared Bloodraven.
